Lacoste presents Eau de Lacoste L.12.12 Pour Elle, a new collection of feminine fragrances that match the men’s L.12.12 collection. The collection is inspired by Lacoste pleated tennis skirts and consists of three fragrances: Elegant, Sparkling and Natural. Each edition represents a different mood of the Lacoste woman.
Eau de Lacoste L.12.12 Pour Elle Natural is a fragrance that is mood-lifting, authentic and warm. Its fruity start of pineapple, raspberry leaf and mandarin leads to the heart of woody, powdery orris root along with jasmine and rose. A warm coconut note is combined with sandalwood and amber.
The fragrances are available as 90 ml Eaux de Toilette. Eau de Lacoste L.12.12 Pour Elle Natural was launched in 2015.

I am pleasantly surprised with this one. I was expecting to be underwhelmed, but I think it is super nice. It is sweet, but not too sweet. Yummy but not gourmand. Fresh but not cold. It almost has a caramel smell to it, with pineapple and a hint of coconut.

I was hunting everywhere for this, as I decided to pick up a Lacoste perfume as my Husband has a few Lacoste colognes and I appreciate they are formulated for activity. I decided to go for it and blind buy and was not disappointed. The initial top of pineapple/mandarin/raspberry green is very refreshing. As it dries down to the heart, the white flower jasmine is somewhat starchy-powdery with the orris and rose. Rose is usually a bit too powdery for me unless the orris is added, it gives it that starchy nuance that takes it away from that old school rose smell. The sandalwood/coconut/amber is a lovely base, slightly sweet. Very nice finish. The mid/base are like a sportier Calvin Klein Eternity Intense. Both share orris/sandalwood/rose. I’m so happy with this blind buy, very happy to have a sportier version of a perfume I love to wear in a more formal setting. I recommend if you are active/in a warm climate.

Interesting to read the reviews and how this reacts on different skin. On me this starts off smelling like a fruity jello salad, light and very Spring/Summery. But longevity here is poor. I get barely half an hour. But that half hour, this smells very gourmand to me, like a sweet light fruit salad or something along those lines. I don’t pick up any coconut, but a general “fruit salad” slightly sweet scent.

Sweet and tropical?! On me this is a fresh floral aquatic. I thought it was rose and lotus with some cucumber and lily of the valley and something green. Now when I saw the pyramid, yes there is pineapple, but my nose can not detect at all any coconut. I really like the fragrance, it’s nice for spring and summer and when you want to smell nice while you are working out.

I don’t really get any freshness from this perfume now that I own it. I thought so when I first sprayed it in Kohl’s, but that was also in January and now that we’re in hotter weather, I believe more sweetness comes out. It smells a little like a soft caramel to my nose. Like pineapples dipped in caramel. That may be the coconut, but I wouldn’t know truthfully. I think I’m gonna spray this again in the winter and see if I feel that freshness again, because that’s what I was going for when I bought this. If nothing else I love that I have a perfume with green juice and an alligator on it.

It’s so refreshingly delicious! Absolutely wonderful and juicy.
Lots of pineapple and coconut which oddly doesn’t add up to sickening sweet pina colada. Instead it’s so juicy and just the right amount creamy.
Such a shame that it has 0 sillage and longevity. Would’ve been a keeper otherwise.

Very sweet–smells like one of those electric blue fruity drinks with an umbrella in it. Definitely get the pineapple. Unfortunately there is so much going on with it that it comes across as something much cheaper and less sophisticated than I was expecting just from looking at the bottle.

This is a fruity-fresh-woody scent that makes you feel ready for the day. At first spritz, you immediately detect the woodiness of sandalwood, freshness of mandarin, and the sweetness of jasmine. Afterwards, it becomes powdery soft as the rose and raspberry open up. This fragrance has an element of softness to it which is probably created by coconut water. However, I am not able to detect it.

Gorgeous, woody raspberry with orris root, really sweet, unfortunately slightly spoilt by amber which makes it cloying. Otherwise it’s a beautiful, well-blended, soft, close-to-skin perfume, great for office, especially in winter.

I like it a lot, but honestly, with the name and the notes, I thought it’d be more… natural? More green. It is a kind of powdery green if such thing exist. The dry down is sharper than expected, on my skin anyway. It is a fragrance that is full of nuances, meaning it doesn’t smell the same at all when you spray it, after 10 minutes and after one hour. I like it, but I definitely prefere the Sparkling one.

This whole tennis collection smells v cheap and underwhelming. This is the only one of the 3 I could bare, but its not anything special at all. Very aquatic and dry green and savory to me. I couldn’t detect any of the notes listed above.

From the notes I thought this would be right up my street. It was nice-ish but I didn’t get any pineapple and then it just evaporated. Absolutely not worth your time or more than a couple of quid.

Looking at the notes, it seems very fruity. Actually smelling it, it registers more “abstractly” fruity – I can notice the pineapple, the coconut, the mandarin orange and the raspberry, but it thankfully manages to avoid going full-on fruit salad. The drydown reminds me a bit of Beyonce Heat Wild Orchid or Katy Perry Meow.

Very nice summery fragrance, unobtrusive, office safe. I agree that it has a lot of softness. However, something ‘extra’ is missing.

The softness is part of its appeal. It smells “pastel”, but not powdery like the Jil Sander Style Pastels. More of a water crisp version. Perfect for a slightly breezy, super sunny day in a little sundress. Feeling feminine and flirty.
And I actually like the new bottle design. Its like a more slender version of the mens’s L12.12 collection. And this particular color is so cute and unique sitting next to other typical bottles.

Well that’s a barely there fragrance. After a few hours it’s almost gone. The scent is not bad, it’s a soft tropical fruity scent, very mild. I can sense raspberry and pineapple in it.
Still, I wouldn’t recommend this, because it seems to have the sillage and longevity of a body spray.
I think it might be my favorite from that line.

different than other “fresh” perfumes has a certain softness in the base notes, not screechy. nice for daily use, soft to moderate sllage.
