Description

The fashion house of Dolce & Gabbana launches its completely new fragrance Dolce at the very beginning of 2014. Dolce represents an emotional and sensual journey through Sicily, which is the origin and inspiration of the fashion duo.

It is described as a soft and feminine scent of white flowers. Freshness of neroli leaf together with papaya flower open the composition making an introduction to the heart that dominates with white amaryllis, narcissus and white water lily. The base is soft with cashmere and musk.
Dolce by Dolce & Gabbana is available as 50 and 75 ml Eau de Parfum.

Catchy green fragrance. Maybe it’s papaya flower and neroli.

This is my absolute favourite. It’s been my signature fragrance since it came out in 2014, and I have never been tired of it. It smells fresh but sweet, aquatic and musky, warm but crisp. It doesn’t smell like shampoo at all, like someone said. Also I haven’t smelled anything similar to it, so it’s safe to say it’s an original fragrance (even though I’ve met quite a few women who also wore it). It’s gets me so many compliments! It has a great longevity on my skin, it lasts all day and my coat smells like it weeks after I’ve worn it. I usually don’t like perfumes which don’t have citruses in them, but Dolce is an exception (maybe the neroli leaves give it some citrusy freshness even if there’s no fruit). For the rest, I’m a huge fan of white florals. I would totally say this is a safe choice for a gift, it is quite inoffensive and ageless. Just to make an example, my best friend who hates citrusy perfumes and likes heavy, sweet scents like Decadence by Marc Jacobs, loved Dolce and wears it quite often. Overall, it’s a likable, fresh fragrance. Absolutely in love.

I got this a few days ago. A very summery, work-friendly fragrance. I get a lot of pear nuance in this, and some aquatic feel. Very fresh, nothing spectacular, i don’t smell any neroli in it though. Smells a lot better in the strip. Longevity is 3/10 bad!

The sexiest ‘floral aquatic’ I own. It’s not as generic as people state – its complex and intoxicating. X

A nondescript sweet shampooey scent to me. Safe for the office, but completely uninspired and unoriginal. If you’ve spent time in the shampoo isle sniffing bottles, then you’ve smelled this before.

Very weak on me. Fresh first but then nothing and musk. I can only detect a musky drydown.

  7. :

This is very nice. A fresh, citrusy, and musky green floral. I wish the sillage and longevity was better, but other than that it’s a keeper!

Gave the sample away as soon as I could, because it turned *completely sour* on my skin. I have no idea what happened, but it was like a bouquet of flowers straight up died on me and started fermenting. Looking through the notes to see what could’ve clashed with my pH so terribly, papaya flower is the only one that I haven’t had prior experience with, so I wonder if that’s the culprit. In that case, I need to stay away from fragrances with papaya flower in them.

not long lasting in my skin
    very disappointed with this one.
First spray fresh and light but
too soapy in my skin in the end.

It smells pretty but after about 10 minutes you cant smell it. There are fresh, clean, pretty scents that have good longevity & sillage. This perfume just isnt made well. Very sad.

  11. :

I’m so sad. Initial spray was beautiful but about 3 minutes in all I could smell was a sort of gasoline thing. Going to try clothing only staying to see if it works better off my skin.

  12. :

    4 out of 5

The initial scent was very pleasant; floral and inoffensive. Nothing unique, however.
On me, the longevity was very poor. Couldn’t smell the fragrance at all after less than two hours.

  13. :

I love it so much, sad thing it doesn’t last very long…

  14. :

This is way too soapy on me, then too musky. The fresh part lasted about 2 minutes for me, then turned into a fancy soap smell, like those French-milled, seashell-shaped guest/hotel soaps. But with a mouthful of powdery cotton. I like some white florals, and some powdery musks. When I wear Dolce Garden, I want to lick it off, it’s so good. This isn’t a scrubber (though bad longevity would be fine by me). I’m just disappointed after Dolce Garden.
ETA: I also am not getting sweet or aquatic on my skin 🙁

This was so much prettier than the reviews give it credit for. I didn’t have very high expectations but this one still exceeded them anyways. A fresh, crisp, and green floral, with a touch of something fruity. Musky notes usually go very sharp on me and dominate even the loveliest of compositions, but it played nice this time.
And this performed way better than I was expecting it to given what I’ve heard before… I was thoroughly impressed with everything about Dolce. I wouldn’t mind having a bottle for next spring.
I could see this working perfectly on a dewy spring day, where it’s breezy but the sun is still out. The flowers are blooming, trees are green again, and you are having a picnic in a meadow wearing a flowy dress. This is what I envision when I smell this fragrance.

Got a great deal off eBay! It’s wonderful!i can see me wearing this on some of our hotter days here on the coast of California! Lovely, sweet, clean with a smoother feel than some summer freshies!

    FYI:
If you yearn for Dolce but have a lean wallet, there are options. Walmart is currently carrying a quite decent dupe of Dolce – and it’s also available on Belcamshop’s website. Belcam’s other dupes are well worth checking out also. Good quality in their own right. 😀

It’s been fun reading the reviews for Dolce. One reviewer called it “a mom perfume in a mom bottle”. I don’t think they meant it as an endorsement lol! But my kids would agree. My mother wore Le Air Du Temps. The bottle with the doves sat on her vanity and my love of perfume is influenced by that ‘mom-to-me’ scent. Gentle cheery lovely Dolce I love that my kids will likely remember It along with the line-sisters in their flower caps on my vanity. (Except Garden. After a couple hours that coconut does me in) I have several favorites but what out of my collection am I most likely to have on? Dolce
Edit: I am surprised to see so many people compliment Dolce’s longevity. It goes to show how different people’s chemistry is I guess because I have to use my expensive! Dolce like a body spray and re-up at 5. I don’t mind because I love this cashmere heaven scent so much

Dolce is one of the best summer fragrance in my opinion. It is a sweet, floral, sunny and happy fragrance, longevity is very very good (+ 10 hours on my skin), Sillage is good too.
It is fruity/floral sweet perfect for spring and summer,
    Love it!!!!

I adore this fragrance, its pretty.. not edgy or heavy or too sweet, just really pretty ..and I like that…I would rather smell like flowers then a cookie but to each their own! I am happy to say that on me, it lasts a good 8 hrs if not more, lingering on the skin, I have a large collection of fragrance and find myself reaching for this often. Its floral but not intense, lightly warm, soft and lingering….as with all fragrance it should be tried to see how it develops on your skin …I will be buying the biggest bottle I can find when I use my current one up!

I agree this is safe, boring, and utterly conventional
but oddly enough didn’t put me to sleep w/boredom
Fresh Youthful Modern aQuatic and Alive. It’s nice !

Dolce is a mild, fresh, bit aquatic floral. Somehow it is like a pale shadow of Eden. While Eden is a jungle, Dolce is a view to a garden from behind a window. Arden Beauty also comes to mind, but that one has way more life and greenness. This is very peaceful, minimalistic, simple, and not very strong. Good for a quiet, meditative spring day in a Japanese garden, unless you want to honor the garden with something of more character.

Love the smell of waterlilies, amaryllises, neroli flowers and papaya flowers! Great combination!

Dolce is really beautiful scent, smells amazing but I can’t smell it after an hour althought my friend says it is still there. It is pretty gentle, such a shame. What suprised me is that I never received compliment when I was wearing it.

This is a lovely, safe, inoffensive, everyday type of fragrance. I see some reviewers saying this is generic or boring, and I suppose if you’ve got a large fragrance collection or are a fraghead, that could be very true. But sometimes, you need boring or generic. I also think this would be a good fairly safe gift.
For me, I do like (and even need) an occasional basic scent. I do not always want or need something outstandingly unique or different, and quite honestly, the fancier perfumes where I live are kind of well, sadly not appreciated. So, sometimes, I resort to “basic” or “generic”. Living in a small town, that sort of thing sometimes happens (although most times I wear whatever I want, haha!).
Anyway, I had been wanting some lighter type of fragrances for summer, I tend to gravitate towards white florals, and while this does have white florals, it somehow seems “different” to me than most of my other heavy-white-florals. The cashmeran lends a very slight warmth to this that is nice, yet still stays a soft Summer-type of fragrance. Although, really, because of the musk and the cashmeran, I think this is fine for year-round. More of a daytime scent, to make generalizations. Soft to moderate sillage, and the longevity is pretty decent. I tested this when this first came out and did not care for it, but I quite like it now. Funny how our personal tastes and what our noses can tolerate and how our skin can wear things sometimes changes. Kind of sad to see that this one seems to get so much dislike, but, I get it. Having said that, again, sometimes you need something safe/boring/generic. So to that end, I reviewed the fragrance itself. Yes, this might seem run-of-the-mill, but again, sometimes you need “run of the mill”.

Pretty white flowers and cashmeran…. In offensive and overdone,This equals forgettable. Nice scent. but forgettable.

This perfume wants to be J’Adore by Dior.
It’s almost as if this is J’Adore’s knock-off. Seriously, I love Dolce & Gabbana as a brand, but some of their perfumes are anything but original. “Dolce”is basically a try-hard, wannabe version of J’Adore.
But if you want something that has a better projection, and lasts longer, buy J’Adore. Don’t waste your time with this one.

  28. :

Dolce is very beautiful fresh floral scent. I think it’s one of the best D&G perfumes. Dolce smells like bouquet of spring flowers: tulips, narcissus, lily of the valley etc. I know, notes are given different, but that is how I feel the fragrance.
Perfume is translucent, aquatic, therefore perfect for spring and summer. But I can’t wear it because the floral notes are very high pitched like in J’adore. Both perfumes cause me terrible headache. Occasionally I adore it on other people, but I can’t have it on me all day.

  29. :

Inoffensive scent, but boring. Its just flowers and water.

  30. :

This is a lovely fragrance but I have other fragrances of this type I like to wear. I’m not getting much use out of my bottle. I have a 90% full, full size bottle for swap if anyone wants it. I was thinking of just keeping it cause it’s so pretty but that’s not a good enough reason.

    * These are my personal experiences/thoughts with this fragrance. Yours/others may differ. *
    Initial – cashmeran + musk
    Drydown – cashmeran + musk + narcissus
    Duration – 4-5 hours
    Projection – soft
Experiences – On my skin, this scent is completely dominated by the cashmeran note. For me, it’s unpleasant and headache-inducing.
Quick Thoughts – headache in a bottle

Well this one stole my heart back in 2014 when it was released. I was in my senior highschool years and new to the world of fragrance. One day, as I was talking to my classmate before the lesson started I noticed this very beautiful floral-green fragrance on her. It immediately cought my attention and I couldn’t help myself but ask her what perfume she was wearing. She answered that was Dolce, the new perfume released by the house, that it was a gift from her boyfriend and that it was the absolute perfume that she loved. I fell in love with that scent too. Even though on her it smelled rather acidic and sour and harsh I didn’t give up and decided to test it to the store. Fortunately some days later another classmate of mine that had been gifted the same perfume by her boyfriend brought for me the bottle to school so I could smell the perfume. It was a fantastic experience, on me the perfume morphed into a sweet green fresh perfume that smelled indeed like a Mediterranean Italian garden on the very first morning of summer months, during the dawn when the grass is still wet from the dew of the night. I love it because it’s quite balanced between the sweetness and the sour side.
I guess I don’t like sweet perfumes anymore as much as I did before and Dolce could be a good transition perfume that still satisfies my sweet tooth without renouncing from the freshness and cool, breezy feeling this fragrance gives to me.
The bottle itself is cute but the perfume cap and the black bow are well-thought details that offer a hint of elegance and delicacy to the design alongside with the light green juice that evokes nature at its best.

I guess I am among the very few who do not find this fragrance aquatic. I love the citrussy burst at start especially when the weather isn’t too hot because then I can feel more of the other elements as well. Then it becomes sweet. It’s wearable for sure and lasts on me.

It’s a fantastic after-shower fragrance. Trust me – just give it a chance if you don’t like it otherwise. It lifts you up and brightens your mind. On my skin I get alot of narcissus and musk, and it’s very warm and a little sweet but at the same time airy and fresh. Although being incredibly airy, this is not suitable for office. It’s too playful for that and can also give you a slight reckless vibe. But oh dear how refreshing it is during the hot weathers – perfect for summer time!
On my skin this fragrance sillage is very heavy. And it’s almost a little too much. I think narcissus and musk combination does that. But it can be excellent if you want to make guys daydream about you. It’s seductive, but not in a dirty way – this will make him fall in love rather than lust after you.
I also picture a brunette sweetheart wearing this in a pretty flowy dress. She’s very joyous and bright. And she loves dancing, going to picnics and dreaming about future. She’s the kind of girl who is always positive and never thinks badly about anyone.
Edit: I thought I should give you some backstory. I love sweet caramel-vanilla and woodsy perfumes, they warm up and project so incredibly well on my skin. So if you generally love these types of perfumes on your skin, you should definitely try this one. And definitely try it on the skin and not just on the paper, because I didn’t like it on the paper at all. But it is totally different on the skin.

I have a tester of this and find it pleasant, but nothing exciting or groundbreaking. It’s a springtime scent, floral and green and aquatic. I think it’s a safe choice – crowd-pleasing – but a scent I would get bored with quickly so therefore would not consider purchasing a full-size bottle.

  40. :

this opened very green, light and summery and for a moment i thought what a nice fresh summer scent. later it developed into aquatic scent, the scent that i smelled so many times three decades ago on so many people on warm summer months, when these people oversprayed this type of scents, assuming they were refreshing and innofensive.

  41. :

its really funny how women who have smelled too many perfumes start to think they all smell the same. just started becoming reallly obsessed with trying perfume i have tried a lot and bought a lot no two perfumes smell exactly the same to me. they all have a different scent and some of these perfumes i have were reviewed here on fragrantica with people saying this smells like everything else. Lol seriously? if it was really truly like that i dont think these perfumes would be selling so much…there is always a slight difference if you take the time to experience the fragrance.im so happy i havent become jaded when it comes to perfumes so i have a fresh perspective! anyways..i love Dolce! ! i dont LOVE everything but this is a VERY nice aquatic floral. It isnt generic or boring to me. It just smells GOOD, and clean and fresh. what more could a girl (or boy) want?

  42. :

    5 out of 5

this is a very aquatic yet sweet fragrance. I requested it through Scentbird but ended up being somewhat underwhelmed, it also gave me a headache which is weird for such a watery light scent. I passed it along to my co-worker. If you’re into season-casting perfumes (I am not) this is definitely a spring scent, the bottle (which is beautiful!) speaks for that IMO. Btw, it didn’t smell sweet on my co-worker at all, more green than anything.
Edit: I guess I wasn’t that underwhelmed by this scent because it keeps crossing my mind! Maybe this summer I’ll be more in the mood for this (I know, I know, I said I wasn’t one for season-casting perfumes, BUT when it’s warmer this might call to me, right now I’m into sweeter scents). I just might have to put this back on my want list…

So it’s floral, aquatic, and a bit sweet when first sprayed. Spring appropriate. At dry down, it turns spicy but clean.. i dont think im fully commited. It’s an edp, however, it only lasts an hour sometimes half and sits real close to skin. I had this perfume at a “like” but now ive removed it and left it at that. no “dislike”, no “love” either. As for now, i will finish the rest of my sample and casually enjoy the last bit of it, will not be buying a bottle in the future. My gut tells me to spray on more humid days.

Aquatic fresh floral, when sprayed it had something the untold edp by e. Arden has, like a warm pleasant sweat but not sweat, not nasty, I cant name it. Is it yellow flowers?? It goes away after the first spritz or two. I would have to douse myself in this one it’s so light. I may have an EDT tester I’m not sure.
It’s pleasant and I don’t think it will get on anyone’s nerves.
You can’t always have loud screamers in you arsenal.

  47. :

    5 out of 5

Boring but inoffensive. I got this as a Christmas gift and wore it occasionally because I don’t have many fragrances to choose from. There was nothing exceptional or note-worthy about this perfume, and I have a strong disdain for it. If you know any plain girls with no personality– this is the perfume for them. The only other purpose is a job interview, but I honestly think that a basic body wash/lotion combo would be better in that case.

  48. :

    5 out of 5

Beautiful white fresh floral. Perfect inoffensive reasonably well staying perfume. I really need more of these scents that i love like this with my intense love of patchouli and gourmands (which obviously aren’t great with everybody) 😉 Love the beautiful light lingering papaya and lily scents. The bottle is very cute (maybe appears more so in pictures?), but with a little work on the bottle shape, and the plastic lid particularly, it could’ve been a far grander and more exquisite bottle.

  49. :

    4 out of 5

NOTES of classic composition. The papaya flower is lovely. I love the cashmere. This scent is soft, and devine. Very feminine. It exudes, beauty, class and elegance. Is it original? Ehhhhh…. some may call it old, smelt it, had it, so many scents out there with the same thing. It may be true, however this scent is nice. You can’t deny that much. I think it’s very wearable in the spring. Daytime wear… longevity is so, so. I find it doesn’t last as long as it should. I also have the matching shower gel to this. Both together are great. So, the end game is, yes, I like it. It’s a simple beauty, with a freshness that is appealing. Xox

I don’t understand why these big designer houses such as D&G bother launching new fragrances that don’t bring anything new to the table. I mean, there’s nothing wrong with Dolce, except that it’s been done so many times before. Some white flowers, a bit of musk, and there you go. It’s perfectly nice, pleasant, feminine, inoffensive… in other words, completely unremarkable. WIth so many fantastic fragrances to choose from, I don’t know how anyone could be attracted to such a bland scent.

  51. :

    5 out of 5

This is a light fresh floral that isn’t groundbreaking and won’t offend anyone. It’s pleasant and lovely and a nice pleasing scent I feel I can wear anywhere.

  52. :

    3 out of 5

I bought the gift set of this a few years ago when it was released, and have never really used it. Pretty white floral with a bit of musky sweetness. As others have mentioned, nothing groundbreaking, but quite pleasant. I like Dolce better than any of the current D&G offerings. My only complaint is the lasting power. I smell it for an hour at best, and then poof–it is gone.

  53. :

    5 out of 5

I really don’t get the hate this fragrance gets. On my skin, the musk comes out and it gives the scent a nice depth, kind of makes it more mature. I find that the scent compliments my spontaneous, bubbly personnality rather than overshadows it. On me, heavier scents are just too over the top. This one balances my energy, gives me some space — not loud, not heavy, but isn’t too girly girly either. This fragrance suggests more than it reveals, I think it’s flirty in that kind of way. You just want to discover who’s underneath the smell. The simplicity of it just intricates me.
I think it would be a great perfume for the girls who, like me, doesn’t like young, sweet fragrances like Britney Spears, Lacoste, Paris Hilton — but still want to be feminine. This is more of a grownup scent, without being too old or severe. It is a fresh and aquatic scent that is, IMO, well balanced with flirty florals.
It is true that this perfume is not spectacularly unique, but if you are looking for an everyday scent that is fresh, aquatic, feminine (but not immature), and allows your personnality to shine fresh and bright, this is for you!

  54. :

    5 out of 5

I actually find this fragrance sexy for some reason.
Its sweet on me, not much citrus but lots of water lily and sweet musk.
Its fresh and clean, but different to the usual fresh/clean/florals.
I really enjoy wearing it on warm days, the sillage and longevity is great on me too.

  55. :

    5 out of 5

Aquatic? Fresh? Hmm… not on me. It’s kind of heavy, bittersweet floral scent. The scent doesn’t develop or change too much, it just keeps fading away hour after hour.

  56. :

    4 out of 5

Fresh, everyday scent for me. I like it a lot for summer too.

First spray was nice. the first 30 minutes was lovely! But the dry down… eek! What a mess…
    Has anyone else experienced this?

  58. :

    5 out of 5

I finally purchased this fragrance, as I am a fan of D&G scents; love Light Blue and La Lune. Unlike some posters, I found it quite long lasting, for example I applied this morning before going out, and still late into the evening the scent lingers. I find the floral notes lovely, and the dry down to be a subtle musk. I find the fragrance very fresh and it should be noted, a little goes a long way….

  59. :

    5 out of 5

I wasn’t expecting to like this. I’m not a fan of very sweet scents; considering the name “Dolce” and the tepid reviews, I thought I’d probably end up tossing the sample. However, the notes list hits all of my warm weather comfy-sexy buttons: soft fruit, orange blossom, white florals and that delicious masc-of-center aquatic/musky drydown. I even like the bottle; that ridiculous rose cap gives it all the kitsch factor of a Marc Jacobs without looking like it was designed for children.
Frankly I don’t understand the negative reviews. Sure, it’s not exactly groundbreaking, but it’s pretty, easy to wear, and I find the drydown slyly gender-bending, especially for a department store frag. If I ever find a near-dupe that’s maybe 25% less sweet at the opening, I’d buy it on the spot. I’ll certainly enjoy the rest of my sample.

  60. :

It’s one of those ‘fresh’ scents with extremely generic musky-powdery drydown. Ugh. Nice bottle though.

  61. :

If there was an intense verion of this, I would absolutely buy it!!!
So I asked Doce&Gabbana to make a new, stronger version of this. They will consider it and get in touch if they have any updates or news about it!

  62. :

    3 out of 5

It is just perfect! Fresh, clean and soft, it truly is the representation of a perfect lady! On my skin, it even works in the winter, where it transforms into this harmonic smell that just makes me feel so good. It is not loud, it is not excentric, it is just perfect.
Video for this fragrance is just beautiful too!

  63. :

    4 out of 5

Sort of smells like a nondescript watery/rainy white floral with a crisp edge of greenery. Leans a little “generically perfume-y” but not so bad that I dislike it. Unfortunately I keep getting whiffs of plastic bottle (I know oddly specific) every so often whenever I wear this, so it’s a pass for me.

  64. :

    I LOVE IT!
    long lasting somehow
    beautiful smell
I can’t recognize the notes, but yes it’s floral and citrus

  65. :

    5 out of 5

I quite like this one. It starts out very cool and fresh- wet flowers and citrus- and dries down to very soft floral musk with just a hint of citrus. It’s light and inoffensive, which I realize might sound like a terrible put down but I really don’t mean it that way- just that I think it’d be hard to truly actively dislike it. If you like big, assertive fragrances you may not care for this one. (Or maybe you will- I do enjoy them in cooler weather, but not in the summertime). It’s very light, with extremely low sillage and low to moderate wear time. I find that I get about three hours from it but it lingers very close to my skin. I completely understand where any of these things might be deal breakers for some, but in a steamy subtropical summer when the average daily temperature is somewhere around 90°F and the humidity hovers around 80% I really enjoy wearing something this fresh and light.
I do wish that it had a bit more staying power, but even as it is I liked it enough after sampling it to buy a 30ml bottle and if I manage to use this one up I can easily see myself buying more.
And finally, it may well be immaterial to many, but I do want to mention how much I love the bottle. It just looks very clean and unfussily pretty- not over or under done at all. Of course it’s not as if I’d buy any fragrance for the packaging alone– I do care more about the juice than the bottle, and some of my favorites are in rather dull packaging– but I definitely appreciate when the fragrance and its bottle fit so harmoniously as this one seems to me to.

Really wanted to like this one, the bottle is lovely. But the parfum is quite simple, boring, no staying power is existent and sadly dose not seem to compliment my body chemistry. I had the same results from floral drops & the rose one.

Dolce by Dolce & Gabbana smells like a fresh, aquatic skin musk. Clean and floral, very easy to wear – yet, not long lasting at all. I must say that this is one of the few fragrances that I have smelled that has a dominant water lily note. It is a very light floral with a crisp freshness to it and blends wonderfully with the papaya flow and neroli. I like this fragrance for what it is, an everyday fresh scent! I can spritz it on without much thought and go about my day either re-applying it in a few hours or even being able to switch to a new scent. Although Dolce & Gabbana’s creativity and diversity among their scents has taken a nose dive, the bottle is still beautiful.

Sweet and sophisticated fresh floral – without being ‘old’ or dated. Watery, airy qualities – without losing potency. And that’s where its strength lies. It has pretty decent lasting power for being such a light and aquatic scent. There’s nothing necessarily unique about this – I’m not sure I could pick it out in a lineup of similar fragrances, but it is nice.

I gave Dolce a shot at Ulta because the packaging is almost irresistible. The perfume itself, not so much… Although I suppose it IS somewhat impressive that someone figured out how to bottle boredom.
Nondescript watery floral, absolutely inoffensive, completely unmemorable. Better than Light Blue, because it at least doesn’t smell precisely like a household cleaning product. If light, aquatic florals are your thing, you’ll probably like Dolce, and if so, you can tell me to eff off.

I found Dolce to be a nice but unremarkable floral. It’s a bouquet of flowers on top of cashmere. The florals are subdued – not overly sweet or green. Dolce’s muted green liquid perfectly represents the cool florals it carries. The biggest problem for me was that my skin ate everything but a hint of the cashmere within an hour. Dolce will add its subtle fragrance to any daytime occasion, as long as it lasts longer on your skin than mine.

after two hours, this perfume is 70% close to J’adore EDT. as usual, Dolce is a typical floral perfume created by D&G. From top to bottom is flowery vibe. longevity and sillage are moderate even it was an EDP concentration. the good news is – if you’re looking the flowery vibe from D&G line, so this one is easy to wear. it’s not the best flowery vibe from D&G but it was really unoffensive and pleasant to sniff.

I bought this after trying it out in a store, i fell in love with it right away. Im one to love fresh scents, my favorites scents has always been fresh ( D&G light blue, davidoff coolwater, lanvin eclat d’arpege) so i thought this would be perfect. Its very citrusy on me, i dont get the musk at all. As much as i loove this perfume it just gives me a headache. It’s too strong for me. Maybe i should have bought the lighter version, but other than that it’s a great scent in my opinion, just too bad i cant wear it myself.

Very likeable floral, this. Likeable in a fabric softener way. In fact, I am positive my mom used to wash our clothes with a fabric softener that smelled more or less identical to this when I was a kid. Huh.

Beautiful flowery spring scent, nothing too special, but I always enjoy wearing it during early Spring time, as it reminds me of sunshine, narcisses and daffodils. Too flovery scents usually do not match my skin perfectly, however this one is fine but not perfect. The bottle is really a masterpiece, longetivity is really good on me up to 8 hours.

Smells like flowers in a bottle. Gardenias, to be specific. I’ll wear this all spring to feel good.

Spring is in the air! There is something about Dolce that makes it attractive and smells so nice. My bf complimented it a few times when I wore it, it is a delicate every day fragrance, with something floral but green as well. The bottle is so beautiful it looks perfect on anyone’s cabinet… It’s such a friendly fragance it can be worn for all occasions, cocktails, office, spray it after your work out. I wouldn’t wear it to an evening gala though… it’s too daylight for that. It is a spring/summer fragance.

I got one of those mini-bottle deluxe samples for my points at Sephora and I tryed it right away when I got home. First 1 hour or so smells almost identical to DKNY Be Delici
