It is available as 50 ml EDT.

All I get at first is sweet fruit, and teh nut doesn’t arrive til at least 20 minutes has passed. It’s mostly sweet citrus. After about two hours, the Pink Sugar aspects finally yeild a sillage that is the marzipan I was hoping for. the up close is still sugary, super foody vanilla, but there’s marzipan in there if you don’t sniff too hard. Not enough for me to love this though.

This one started sticky and turned to mush on my skin, like fermented fruit, ending in a rosy wood alcohol. I gave it to the props mistress at the children’s theater and on her it became frosting flowers and sass.

Smells delicious! Sweet and delicious. The almond is there but not overwhelming. Kumquat and tonka are blending well together. Same kind of spirit and same sweet macaroon vibe as La Tentation de Nina. Excellent longevity and projection. A delight, of course 🙂

Love macroons and this scent is just that yummy!

I love marzipan, but I only usually eat it around St Nicholas, when it’s sold everywhere where I live, and that’s as it should be. It’s delicious, but extremely sweet and heavy, and easy to overdo and get tired or even sick of. So I was intrigued by the idea of using it as a perfume note, but at the same time quite sceptical.
But I needn’t have worried: as it turns out, I really like Pink Macaroon. Of course it IS very sweet, anything else would be strange with marzipan as a main player, but it’s also surprisingly light: not cloying at all unless you go really overboard when spraying this on. At first the fruity notes add some welcome contrast to the powdery sweetness, and then after a while the rose blends in beautifully. That touch of fruity floral lightness, although not dominant at all, is definitely what makes this fragrance work in my opinion. In fact I think it actually works better right now in moderate summer weather than it did when it was colder!
So yeah, I think this is great. It’s not exactly a mature kind of scent, though, and I felt a lot more comfortable wearing this while relaxing at home than I did when I wore it out to work one time. Also, I really have to be in the mood for this; it might not be as heavy as real marzipan but it definitely works better to satisfy an occasional craving than as an everyday scent. I would like a bottle of this once I finish my decant, but only because it’s discontinued and I want to keep using this from time to time – I’m sure that bottle will last me a lifetime if it doesn’t go off.

Oh, little Sweet, Delicious, Pink Macaroon, how I adore you!
If the color pink was a scent, it would definitely be this perfume. It opens up with a playful punch of tangy kumquat, sweet, juicy peaches, succulent pomegranate and sweet, delightful marzipan. Marzipan lingers alongside pomegranate as the rose, tonka, and amber come out to play. The lusciousness that is left on the skin is something I crave to smell.
The discontinuation of this perfume saddens me, but then I sniff my wrist and cheer right back up.

I’ve always been a fan of the Delicious line. I was absolutely panting to have this, and I’m SO glad I do. It’s a sweet, floral, and somewhat lemony (must be the nectarine)scent that smells fresh and lovely. I’d compare it to really fresh laundry, dried in the sunshine, in a meadow of the sweetest flowers you can imagine.
    Love it.

Very skeptic to try the sweet range of Be Delicious-a mistake!!
A friend of mine gave to me her bottle just to spritz it on me….wow!Spring all over!
Light flowery, very smooth and uplifting, not a special note to take over and thank God,not sweet at all!
Not a “macaroon” feeling I was skeptic for!
An amazing choice for every day use or to bring in February, a sunny spring air.
Not a great longevity and a little bit hard to find-is a limited edition I think.
If you have the chance, take a sniff before refuse it!

I’m in accord (no pun intended!) with many of the reviewers who were drawn to the “sweet, pink, and macaroon” suggestions but ended up with a rather bitter, tangy sharp concoction. After an initial spray, this was my experience. Then soon after, I detected a very nice, tempered sweetness with soft tartness that I got excited about.
Being the impulse buyer that I am, I grabbed a bottle and doused myself with multiple sprays once I got home. So far I am disappointed to be waiting here at home for the changeover to that wonderful scent that developed in Kohl’s. Wait! As I sniff again it may be settling into that softness!
Takeaway thought–try it and wait to see what happens before dropping $40!

Compre este perfume pensando y leyendo reseñas que era dulce y nada que ver muy cítrico y floral para mi gusto, nada dulce.

Tried it on in kohls, thought I liked it. I bought for 48.00 a quick impulse buy. I have tried about three times and it’s very sweet, almost too sweet…..last a long time , good be good or bad thing. I’ll keep trying to like it, but not a fav for sure!

Hello heavy kumquat 🙁 first sprays was all about that heavy citrus note 🙁 Very dominant on me, the marzipan note tries to get noticed but the kumquat is mean and wants to kick it back every time it gets noticed 🙁 so far it is kumquat with a little sweet note of marzipan and tiny bit of pomegranate. Hope it smells better, because i really want to like and wear this.
Very refreshing in the heat though.

This perfume smells absolutely delicious, for about 15 minutes. Then it’s anyone’s guess what it smells like, because *poof* it’s gone! If the first 15 minutes of lovely marzipan, rosey, fruity goodness lasted longer, I’d be all over a full bottle. But alas, the lasting power of this (and other DKNY apple flankery scents) is just so poor that I can’t bring myself to do it. I’m really glad I have a 5 mL decant though!

I’ve tested this one a few times. I do like it, but I just don’t think I could buy this one.
I really wanted something that smelt like how a macaroon tastes, I’m okay with the rose and fruity element idea, but I think it’s the kumquat that is throwing me off. Unfortunately, I think the nectarine blends and adds to the huge kumquat note. On me the kumquat is so, so strong and I’m not getting the rest of the fragrance enough. I feel like instead of calling this pink macaroon it should have been called kumquat macaroon. I know the apple comments probably sound weird, but the dry down does kind of smell like spiced apples in a fog of kumquat marzipan, if I think hard enough about it.
Still looking for a macaroon scent that bring back the memories of laduree paris macaroons…

Mmmmhhh I love it!!!!! , it 😀 fantastic fragrance.
It’s sweet without being heady and has this touch of Kumquat and Pomegranate that gives a lovely twist! Love to wear it puts my mood highly up instantly

My skin loves this scent and so do I, it’s been 3 hours and a long shower later I can still smell the fragrance from where I tested it on my arm. Could it be…I’ve found my new favorite perfume!
On me it’s spicy sugary apple pie with baked orange peals and roses, absolutely edible. I think the stand out notes are amber, kumquat, and marzipan. The color doesn’t really suit the fragrance it is by no means a pink scent. Totally worth a smell if you have a kohls near by.

I tried all three in the Sweet Delicious line at Kohl’s, this one and Creamy Meringue on skin. I have to say that of all three I liked this one the most. True to their names, all three are super sweet, but Pink Macaroon’s sweetness is a little more tempered by the rose note. At first it’s very pleasant, but I wouldn’t praise it much further than that. It could use a little more dimension and, the longer I wear it, the more sickly it makes me feel.
Also, I see I’m not the only one that gets an underlying metallic note in DKNY’s Delicious line. I’ve tried four samples on paper and two on skin and it’s consistent.

  19. :

    3 out of 5

The top notes are very nice, refreshing and yes, totally cumquat. Zesty and juicy as it starts unfortunately it dries down to that hated rotting apple/screechy musk+funky metal scent that I hate in DKNY Delicious.
    Not for me.

Not a bad scent, but I thought it would smell more on the sweet side.To me it smells more fruity or tart.Alittle disappointed!

Unfortunately, this perfume is a complete kumquat bomb on me and I had to return it. I smell nothing else: no marizpan or anything, only screechy kumquat. I don’t think it’s just my chemistry either; it smells like strong citrus when I spray it on paper too. If you like citrus though, this is a winner!

I really liked this one. The rosy-almond note is like those great arabic desserts . The marzipan is very present all the time. On my skin, witch is dry, it can last 4 to 6 hours, i consider it very nice. I use it on sunny days, and it brings me full of joy.

The name, Pink Macaroon, is enough to make any gourmand lover salivate. Although I have to agree that it bears some similarities to Nina Ricci’s Le Paradis de Nina, (a fragrance already in my collection), I am pleased to see DKNY taking a chance with a gourmand.
Pink Macaroon is not nearly as fruity as other DKNY scents. It’s actually quite sugary and soft. I’m not a macaroon expert, but I do love that feeling when I bite into a particularly sweet and tasty one. This fragrance has a similar light, colourful and fluffy feel.
The opening was bright and juicy, with ripe nectarine and a hint of pink rose. The marzipan amps up the gourmand quality in the heart, with the tonka bean and amber providing a rich, vanillary base. Every note seems to compliment one another beautifully. Pink Macaroon is a surprisingly well composed fragrance.
I appreciate almost all gourmands on the lighter side of things. Pink Macaroon’s sillage is incredibly light and airy, which I consider a beautiful thing. It doesn’t get much more girly than this.
I am yet to test Tart Key Lime, but I did enjoy Creamy Meringue just as much as I did Pink Macaroon. It’s a shame that these fragrances are a limited edition set. I find their bottles to be very appealing as well.
As I mentioned above, the projection was very light on the skin, however I found the longevity quite impressive, lasting well over six hours. I am really pleased with DKNY’s Pink Macaroon. I would recommend it to any gourmand fan, especially those that like them pink, flirtatious and delicious.

I live in the USA, and I just received this perfume from the UK. At first on my skin I smell the spice. Good spice. Then I smell the rose. Then the sandalwood. Then Pomagrante. And finally the amber. I don’t have nothing like this perfume in my collection. This perfume stands out in my collection. I usually don’t like this kind of spice in a fragrence, but I like it very much in this one, it combines great with the other notes. I’ve around 150 fragrences in my collection. Now I can smell the Kumquat, and Tonka Bean, and Marzipan as it has settled on my skin. I can’t smell the Nectarine that much, but it’s there. This is a great winter, and early Spring fragrence.

I can’t decide how much I like this scent. I never smelled or eaten macaroons, but if it exists it’s maybe a lemon Macaroon. I smell a wery sweet scent (I think it’s the marzipan) and after that I smell the same lemon-bergamot combination what’s in the Creamy Meringue. Although these notes dosn’t even exsit in it, maybe the Kumquat gives the lemon feeling.
I think it’s a unique scent. Not for everyone. But for me it was a good choice!
The only problem with it, is the lasting power. For a limitid edition a moderate longevity?! It’s too expencive for this. It’s hard to understand this marketing.

More or less same as the yellow coloured one, the creamy meringue. Very sweet, perhaps a bit stronger and with a hint of rose in it. Nothing really special.
Should be OK for a limited edition.

Ok, I tried this perfume a couple times and I so wanted to love it, since I have the two others in the collection. And I do love it, it’s sweet and addictive, while it’s there. And that’s the big problem-The sillage doesn’t exist, it stays close to the skin and almost unnoticeable. Too delicate in my opinion, although I appreciate DKNY’s effort in not making it sickly sweet as many other perfumes. I adore sweet, even very sweet perfumes, but this one is a miss for me. Shame, the bottle is so cute and the yellow and green relatives are great, especially the yellow one.

It was good at the beginning, it was sweet and I thought about buying it, i know that fragances change during the day so I took a walk around the store, only 10 minutes passed and the lovely sweet smell turn into a horrible and disgusting smell, it was disgustingly sweet. It gave me a headache :(( The lady said that a lot of people had buy it, but I was unlucky and it didn’t match my skin chemistry, I was very sad u.u but happy when I washed my wrist lol :S

This one was brought to me by my hubby from Dubai as I had been obsessed with it since its announcement by Fragrantica. I had never own a fragrance from Donna Karan before so I thought to myself that ‘pink macaroon’ might be the perfect start.
When I first smelled it on my wrist, I didn’t notice straight away the marzipan note. The pomegranate note was so strong, along with the kumquat note, that I had a sour smell lingering, which I found peculiar and not pleasant for a perfume. After this strange reaction on my skin, I had a nice sugary smell combined with the rose note, making the perfume softer, a little bit powdery and very eatable!
I guess I had to have ‘pink macaroon’ develop so well on me, in order to enjoy it. But, honestly, I’m not enjoying wearing it as much as I wanted to, as its longevity is very weak. I can smell it for an hour and then, it’s like I didn’t put any perfume at all. And because of that, my bottle is half way gone now. Sad…
In conclusion, I do like it and it’s my “go for” perfume of the moment. Somehow, every time I spray myself with it, it also reminds me of a pastry shop, as per its sugar note. Makes me wish to eat a fruit tart right now!

Ok, so I haven’t received mines yet, but to any Americans desperately craving this, if you have Google translate or can get buy in French, then French eBay has all 3. For $80 a piece, so you better be serious about it. UK eBay also has it as well. Will update as soon as I receive mines, but it will take a few weeks due to Customs and all that jazz. I’m highly disappointed in DKNY for not making it available in the US considering we popularized it in the first place, but I digress. I found a way around it thanks to my fellow and very helpful fragrantica users!

Dah de da, from Black Cashmere and Donna Karan to this? It doesn’t even smell of macaroons. I think Jessica Simpsons Fancy is better and much cheaper for this sort of thing. The lemon meringue one is kind of cute if a bit odd on a woman.

this smells the best out of the 3 new releases. it does smell nice but doesnt last long at all. i sprayed it on my wrist from the tester they had in the shop and it was delicious but after about 15-20 minutes as i went to see if the scent had changed it was completely gone!!! if its staying power was better i might have actually went back to buy it but i refuse to pay that kind of price for a perfume that fades away to nothing after 20 minutes. The bottle would be gone in no time beacause of the amount of times i would have to apply it throughout the day.
overall- yummy scent that i would love to have in my collection but unfortunately VERY poor staying power so not worth the money!!!

Out of the 3 newly launched ones this one is the most bearable. Smells like confectionery, but a low quality one. Disappointing and overpriced. Suitable for early teens, but there are better (and cheaper) fragrances for them out there.

I didn’t think much of this one- smelled like a generic floral. Peony isn’t listed on here but its on the stores rap sheet and this is what is most prominent. A little almond/marzipan and the rest is all just your generic fruity floral. Certainly didn’t remind me of cupcakes at all.

Tried it today at the airport in Copenhagen. It is another sweet, delicate perfum. Nothing outstanding at all, the sillage and staying power poor. And to be honest the bottle looks very cheap, plastic. Maybe they target teens and hence the cost-out on packaging. Not impressed…

These are now at Debenhams in the UK.
This starts out citrussy with the kumquat which has a slight bitter undertone. It’s fruity with the nectarine and pomengranate making it sweet with the rose marzipan adding to it’s sweetness. The slight bitterness, however, prevents it from becoming too sweet and sickly. It dries down to a softer version of the first spray rounded off with the amber.
That is the stage where I’d say it most reminds me a dessert.
The lasting power is around 4 hours with medium sillage. On my skin it reaches to the base much quicker than on paper but I prefer the softness of the base to the initial spray.
