Description

The Great Barrier Reef is actually a complex of coral reefs, shoals and islets off the northeastern coast of Australia. Many are dry, and others barely awash in water. Some of the islands are covered in coral sand.

It is that unique aspect, the combination of the warm Pacific Ocean and the powdery, sweet-scented coral that we made the focus of this fragrance – an unforgettable scent, inspired by an unforgettable locale.

The Destination Collection labeling is only available in 1 oz and 4 oz cologne sprays. All other items for these scents are available with our Classic labels. Destination Collection Great Barrier Reef was launched in 2015.

If that’s the case, I think they nailed it :O/
In all seriousness, though, I think it works nicely layered with Britney Spears’s Island Fantasy. The super sweet melon of IF and the harsh oceanic notes of GBR even each other out nicely.
UPDATE: After 10 minutes, GBR overwhelms IF, and I just don’t like it. It is one of the only fragrances that actually makes me gag after a bit :O(

Odd name for the notes listed… Coral does not smell like candy. It smells more like fish and salt… Funny that!
