High quality and great balance between the citrus elements and the spicy/powdery/ambery base. It seems that the oakmoss and vetiver act as a sort of bridge between the two. And it has a kind of effortless feel to it, though dynamism isn’t the greatest. I’ve heard that the new formulation (not in the bottle pictured above) is not very good, so I suggest sampling that one first. It seems that there’s’ quite a bit of oakmoss in here, so the new guidelines may mean such a scent won’t be marketed to the public any time soon, if within our lifetimes.

Now produced by Anglia Perfumery who is keeping traditional british colognes like this one alive. This is a really refreshing fragrance at an excellent price. Don’t know how it compares to the original but it is certainly more exclusive than Dior Homme Sport and cooler than a cold shower.
