Description

“This is a commissioned composition for a dear client of mine who wanted me to create something that would evoke the sweet-scented memories of her beloved city of angels… Bangkok.

To do so, I did some research and used all the traditional florals, fruits, herbs and spices that can easily be found in Thailand and the Siamese region. In this composition, I used the scent of the notorious Durian fruit and I believe this is the first time such a note has been exploited in perfumery!” — press release of the brand. Cites des Anges was launched in 2016. The nose behind this fragrance is Sultan Pasha.

Reminds me of (keyword, Remind) The Ford parfume with the champaca flowers. This is sort of a creamier, booze free version. Best way I can describe it
It’s really nice perfume. Very pretty, in a rich, buttery, yellow flowers, summertime way.

This is gorgeous and opens with a fizz and frenzy of sweets, flowers and sticky Incense. Something sharp and fruity underneath and after 5 minutes or so it settles becoming creamier with a peachy passion fruit. Then after a little while another change……a bit like a bazaar in India. Imagine incense, makeup and blingy scarves…….bright sunshine and a tray of sticky baclava. Lasts for hours and is a trip to another world! Fabulous.
