When I smelt this fragrance in the bottle I loved it,when I sprayed it on,I loved it,half an hour into wearing this fragrance it literally started smelling like cat pee on me and it got worse and worse……
I had a bath……the cat pee smell was still there…..had to bath again to get the cat pee smell away…….this is the only fragrance that i have ever worn that did this to me…..so I would say a def no no for me…….

I have to hand it to Revlon for creating some really classic “drugstore” fragrances, among them Ciara, Pink Happiness, Jean Naté, and the range of Charlie fragrances.
Charlie Urban Energy is the vibrant, energetic sister in the Charlie line. This is the citrusy, slightly sweet and floral disco dancer who is out all night in spandex and sequins. She is slightly naughty, but despite her scandalous escapades, deep down she is still your sweet little sister.
On first spray, I get a blast of grapefruit and bergamot, but within a couple of minutes, it settles down and the florals temper the brashness of the top notes. The base notes are quite elusive, which means that Urban Energy doesn’t have long lasting power, but overall, for the price, this is a fun and light fragrance for summer nights.
