Besides not smelling any grapefruit AT ALL, I find a striking resemblance to Laura Tonatto Dama, of which the notes of musk, vanilla and iris make more sense. Maybe the notes here are mistaken, but what I smell is iris, vanilla, opoponax, some mediocre amber and a touch of light patchouli: a musky powdery artificial citrus that fails to impress.
