I can’t smell any cacao although i wanted to smell so bad! It’s slight neroli. orange blossoms, the beautiful Syrian jasmines, slight red roses, and unfortunately aquatic AND slight metallic notes as mostly mineral water note. The metallic, aquatic, & mineral water notes reminds me allot of “Purple Reign” by April Aromatics, and to be honest a bit of O`Driu’s stamp! the fizzy, the metallic!
As it calms down (around 5 to 10 minutes) it goes quite fizzy, and sparkling grassy, like a grass dew, creamy, and rosy. Still no cacao there.
The calmer it goes the sexier it gets, sort of animalic created by the slight jasmines and the ylang effect with the help of the orange blossoms & the neroli. After 30 minutes in, it turns soapy calming essence, slight animalic, and skin close.
Eventually this fragrance goes through different phases, and changes softly rather than dramatically. I still want Hans to create a cacao fragrance.

Very nice fragrance – starts very floral and, agreeing with rschmidt65, animalic. A strong jasmine supported by the rose and sandalwood, seems almost honey-like to me. I think the animalic quality is imitated by a very dry cocoa powder scent as well as a slightly skanky patchouli.
The opening reminds me a lot of Etat Libre d’Orange Rien, Robert Piquet Bandit, and Habit Rouge (minus the lemon). However Auric is not quite as sharp as these and does soften down a fair bit faster than any of them.

This is a very nice animalic smelling fragrance on me. It’s interesting to look at the notes because they don’t seem to have anything to do with what I experienced.
In fact the name is a better descriptor. What I got was an aura rather than any specific notes.
The initial opening was a bit muddled, a kind of generic all natural smell. After an hour or so it settled into something quite lovely. A warm musky cloak of fragrance that reminded me a bit of Salome.
