Light and refined just like Silver Mountain Water (and very similar to Al Rehab Silver in general but better quality), and best stage is about 3-4 hours. Wafting sillage is awesome and would last the day. Don’t get the rose really, but can understand that it may be hidden there in the formulation. I wanted an incensey smoky fragrance like Chemistry Clinique and this fits the bill, and lasts longer. Great for summer and inoffensive – fine for the office, commuting etc. Last short dry down stage is a light buttery amber skin scent with a Burberry London vibe.

Very nice. Quite similar to SMW, but with a powdery aspect coming from the rose. The longevity is absolutely terrible for me, though. My skin completely eats it up within an hour or two.

Very similar to al rehab silver but better, much better.
    However i disliked both perfumes.

Just an observation with this one:
I noticed over the last few months that AW Day has changed color. When I first bought it, it was a bright pink. In the last two months or so, I’ve witnessed a change from the pink color, over to a dull brown. The fragrance hasn’t really changed at all – could be my imagination, but it might have gotten a little more potent, but all things considered, it’s the exact same smell and performance. That performance, by the way, is around twelve hours.

Smells great just like Creed SMW but it doesnt last..geting 2-3h from it if I am lucky…first and probably last rasasi I bought..someone said that there use to be beast mode fragrances but now they are weathering them down…that must be the case with mine batch.

“you smell so comforting and calming” that’s the type of compliment I got from this one
And I will agree the scent really is comforting it works best if it lingers in the air
This has a potential to be the scent that will make people know you are there Although it has a little quality to cloy or get fatigued to it the smell is really nice its SMW simplified is what I would say about this cologne.

Just bought this and will echo others with regards to the similarities to Silver Mountain water- especially in the opening.
On me it opens quite harsh, but dries down within about an hour or so. I don’t smell it much on myself, but others do and have commented on how good it smells.
For the money (paid £ 29.99 for 100Ml on line @ Tawakkal Perfumes who specialize in perfumes from Arabic countries)its a bargain.
BTW Al Haramain L’Aventure Blanche is also a dead ringer for SMW and to me has better projection

One of my summer favorites, to me it smells very rosy & pretty similar to Cartier Declaration d’Un Soir which I also own with an added metallic note, it lasted for over 12 hours, I love it.

This has been reformulated. It smells fantastic, better than SMW, but it doesn’t last more than 4-5 hours. It’s so good that i still love it, but don’t expect the good longevity from new bottles. Mine is from ’17 april.

I honestly do not understand why people say this is a great perfume. On me it smells moldy and generally unpleasant. I guess it’s not for me.

Wondering if I got a duff bottle – certainly a risk when buying from cowboys like Fragrance X. Smelt of green tea and little else, but the poorest performance of any scent I’ve encountered in 30 years of buying. Nine sprays not even detectable more than inches away and gone within thirty minutes, even in a paper test. This is cold water with a green tea bag in it. But willing to believe my bottle was to blame.

Beautiful rose. Clean, warm, fresh, sexy and comforting fragrance. I would say it’s unisex as my girlfriend stated that’s beautiful and she’s going to wear it as well. Which she does. You can wear it everyday, every season. Parameters are perfect with 5-6 sprays, sillage is heavy within first 2-3 hours and moderate later, longevity around 6-8 hours. For this price it’s bargain. If you are a individual not scared by wearing floral fragrance- grab it. 9/10 for me.

This is by far the best clone I’ve tried yet. I’d be very surprised if most folks, “frag heads” included, would be able to differentiate this from SMW. No need to list all the notes, although I will say the rose is pretty noticeable. The only down side of this one when compared to it’s more expensive big brother, is it falls off a cliff around hour 6. I smell this all day (silage is pretty darn good), but once it starts to waver, it’s gone in 30-60 minutes. And I mean all the way gone. That’s where the difference with SMW becomes apparent, but then again, that’s where the true colors of all Creed clones comes out. They just don’t have the same richness of the signature Creed base. Pineapple Vintage Intense and Bondno9.com do a pretty good job of approximating it, especially for the price of the former, but still not quite like the original.
So, you get about 90% of SMW (closer to 99% in the first stanza) but that rich Creed base is lacking after a number of hours. For something so much cheaper, that’s not even a knock, really, since it’s so good for the first few hours. Definitely bottle-worth if you want a darker, floral, rose-heavy but not overly feminine scent, and especially if you want a SMW substitute to conserve the good stuff, or because you don’t want to shell out the dollars in the first place.

Wore two sprays of this to a softball game yesterday. The sun was out and the wind was blowing. I got a solid 5 hours off two sprays to the chest. It has a floral scent with a metallic undertone almost. I only have a sample of this an I am going to try and get the full bottle. I enjoyed the smell although I can also see where this could come across as feminine to some. But for the price I don’t think you can beat it. Given the smell and longevity.
I will give it a 8 out of 10. Solid Fragrance.

I bought this based on reading reviews on Creed Silver Mountain Water and this one mentioned under ‘This Reminds Me of’ section. What a find and experience so far!! I have been living in Dubai for last 13 years and never considered buying the local brands like Rasasi, as usually, local flavor heavily leans towards strong woody, Oud kind of formulations.
What I am surprised most with this one is that it is so smooth, long lasting with decent projection and very high quality feel including unique packing. I read some comments here that mention about weak and reformulation – totally not true. I bought this just 3 months back from Rasasi outlet from City Center mall in Dubai and I am enjoying every spray of this and very glad that I purchased this. I am so happy about the performance and the compliment getting power of this that I am trying to find, probably, some other hidden diamonds like this one, under the Rasasi brand. More over, it is so reasonably priced at around $30 for 100 ml.
If you are in Dubai or UAE or in the gulf region, buy this and you will never regret!

First, the packaging for AWD is impressive. The label on the box says “Born To Win,” which is tacky, and not the best idea from their graphics department, but aside from that, the box is very nice, and the bottle is surprisingly heavy glass, framed in plastic. Sounds bad, but the metallic top contrasted against the wine tinted glass and cream frame works really well, and this is probably the most attractive bottle in my collection.
The fragrance is a musky tea rose, swimming in sharp bergamot and lemon on top, and bolstered by a smooth touch of crème de cassis below. When the metallic citrus accord burns off, the tea rose comes into focus. I’m reminded most of Tea Rose by the Perfumer’s Workshop as the fragrance (an EDP) dries down (this smells like a super modern update to Tea Rose). Things get woodier as time passes, but the balance and harmony of the fruity-floral notes is never upset by the creamier musks or lingering bergamot.
Ingredient quality is high; AWD isn’t a cheap fragrance. The rose reconstruction is deftly executed using beta-damascenone, damascone, and other rose ketones, which lend the floral note an extra fruity and green/fresh dimension. Add to that a healthy splash of bergamot, and you have a very “silvery” and “mountainous,” and perhaps even “aqueous” floral of great distinction, very modern and fresh. If there are barbershops in Dubai, this scent epitomizes them.
One thing to note: go easy on the trigger. This stuff has legs.

Bought it some weeks ago, great performance.
All it takes is 1 troll to scream reformulated and everyone goes ape shit.
Or some OUD retard who expect a perfume to last 3 weeks and gas out everyone in the room.

  20. :

    3 out of 5

Smells very very similar to SMW which I have a 30ml off.
Smelling close up there is a hint of rose that is not present in SMW also the metallic note that most people are aware of in the SMW is not present at all.
Personally I never liked the metallic smell that you get some times, it put me off everytime.
The freshness is there, the smell is fantastic. I did not expect it to be this good, most clones miss out more or less but this is honestly a step up from SMW.
Honestly if you like SMW but can’t afford it, just get this. Trust me this is just as good if not even better.

Wow this is a superb fragrance …. smells similar to Creed SMW … But this smells fresher and sharper than Creed SMW… Al Wisam day has a rose note which makes it smell better than Creed SMW…. Best and the the pleasant daytime fragrance
    Smell – 9/10
Longevity-9/10 (9+hrs …. lasts longer than Creed SMW)
Projection-10/10(enormous for first couple of hrs then it becomes heavy .. but dsnt become a skin scent)
Compliments- 8/10( compliment getter for sure)
    Versatility-10/10( All season – daytime)
Jes 3-4 sprays are enough.. An inexpensive alternative to Creed SMW … Which performs better than SMW…

Good performance, nice smooth fresh scent , great price.
Has to be looked at as it’s own thing – the SMW overlap is partial (at wrist level) and almost nil at actual projection range (2-3 feet), where it smells entirely different.

I am a big user of SMW and just ran my 4oz dry and was looking to replace it… well I got burned by Ebay sellers on SMW (TWICE) by fakes, they both gave me my money back after 2 separate headaches so BE CAREFUL! I was about to spend big money from a reputable source when I thought I’d see if the hype was real on this scent. I was not disappointed by the scent for $29/ 100ml for the *most* part… it’s a less fresh ingredient SMW with a faint after-smell of an old cooler interior… sorry, I really wanted to luck out on the cheap here.
Keep in mind I went after this one with a “nose microscope” and have smelled SMW on myself hundreds of times.
*Edit:* In my humble opinion, try Rasasi’s Entebaa instead, it’s very, very similar yet much more refined without all the drawbacks from AWD that I didn’t like. My new favorite non-unisex from the company, putting my AWD on Ebay now.

Rasasi Al wisam day i promise you won’t be disappointed if your looking for a silver mountain clone this is the ultimate i actually like it more than the Creed because it’s more smoother.

Love the bottle of Derby Club House Blanche, have looks of a niche fragrance, but the smell did not impress me, for me it was not so much SMW, I have smelt SMW earlier that day and then back at colleagues house tried Blanche, I just did not liked it.
So how Al Wisam differ from Armaf Blanche in smell, besides Rose listed and highly voted a bit discourage me, not a lover of a strong Rose and that does not seem to suit SMW.

  31. :

    5 out of 5

Without a shadow of a Doubt Rasasi Al wissam day is the best silver mountain clone. Very smooth stunning performance from this amazing fragrance. If you want a cheaper alternative Armaf derby club house blanche is a good fragrance but not as long lasting.
Take your pick my friend i have both.

  32. :

    3 out of 5

although the scent feels synthetic and more rosy compared to the smoothness and perfection of Creed SMW, Al-Wisam Day has Great longevity and Projection that makes it the best clone for Creed SMW.

  33. :

I’ve got to side with @freedomlover, as 4 squirts is definitely the maximum i’d ever go for with AWD, it is potent juice.
I’ve even gone down to 1 squirt and had comments as to how nice I smell, and my batch is Feb 2017, so it’s pretty recent.

  34. :

    5 out of 5

@jjr 20 sprays! !!!! Wtf are you serious surely you’ve got a bottle that’s been stored badly probably been cooking in a hot storeroom. I have al wisam also and 4 sprays max and it lasts all day very really easily. You’ve got a legit bottle but a bad bottle 20 sprays seriously if i did that I’d pass out and so would people around me.
I’ve also got enteba and hawas same 4 sprays max and I’m set for the day.

  35. :

    4 out of 5

Don’t get me wrong – it is an amazing fragrance – it terms of composition it is in my opinion the best SMW clone out there..however..
My bottle arrived a month ago and is definitely legit – 100% original – no doubts about it. Nevertheless, the juice must have been recently watered down drastically (comparing with my previous bottle). After 20 (!) sprays it lasts on my skin for 30 minutes max – later hardy ever noticeable – silage zero -(!!). I though there might be sth wrong with my nose – I did several tests with my gf and with some colleagues at work – they could not smell literally anything one hour after the application. I even sprayed it on a female friend of mine to check how it behaves on a different skin – she also loved it – for 30 min – later she could not smell it anymore.
My perfume is from December 2016 – and it is a joke in the bottle – I use it now exclusively after evening shower before I go to bed – it lasts exactly the time i need to fall asleep :/
    You have been warned.
PS. My Rasasi Entebaa arrived 2 days ago – a truly amazing juice – and again – 20 sprays and it fades away after 2 hours (!!!)
Rasasi why??? This is not fair. As @Trab correctly mentioned, if you keep on watering down your best sellers this might be ‘the beginning of the end’ for you. You have just lost another loyal client – I’m done with rasasi for now

  36. :

Close to SWM. But it is far from creeds quality. The roses are too strong in this one, which makes it more suitable for a woman. Performance is OK.
    Scent: 6/10
    Performance: 7/10
    Versatility: 7/10

  37. :

    4 out of 5

Nice! Bought a bottle and compared it to Creed’s Silver Mountain Water (SMW)…. conclusion…… why spend all that money on SMW when you can simply get Rasasi’s Al Wisam Day (AWD) and smell 90% or so the same. I prefer Rasasi’s to the Creed’s…… people are mentioning that the “ink note” is missing in AWD, they are bang on. I never liked that ink-like note in SMW to begin with, it was annoying. I prefer AWD to SMW. Longevity is also superior….. 11+ hours and still going strong! WOW!

  38. :

    4 out of 5

This is Creed’s Silver Mountain Water, and then some more. Excellent fragrance, easily niche level with performance to match it. SMW is now redundant for me.
During its opening, it’s incredibly airy, fresh and sweet. It doesn’t have that slight spice vibe of SMW. Perhaps it’s the ink note, but SMW feels slightly darker. I like both openings, but very slightly prefer the Creed.
However, after just 5 minutes, its heart reveals itself. Warm florals, sweet fruit and a sparkling quality. Almost indistinguishable from Creed’s offering at this point onwards to my nose. I actually slightly prefer this scent, as it never smells cloying. Beautifully fresh for such a strong fragrance.
Main notes I pick up are citruses, fruits and rose.
Performance is even better than the Creed, and one of the best performers in my collection.
Longevity is at 12+ hours, with great projection for at least 4 hours. After 5 hours, the projection starts pulling in closer and closer, becoming a skin scent roughly at 6.
Awesome fragrance, worth a lot more than it’s marketed for!

    (Jun 2017)
Unlike the review directly below, I’ve found this to last quite some time, and while it’s a soft scent, it seems to project fairly well. Unfortunately, I don’t see any batch info on it, but it was purchased about a week ago (mid June 2017).
The scent itself is very similar to SMW, but less sharp, less ink, less metallic. The rose stands out front for me, and it’s only the good parts of a rose scent, a fresh, lively rose, with none of the decay you get with real flowers. Very close behind the rose is bergamot.
It’s not an inherently masculine or feminine scent… It just stands beautifully on it’s own.

  41. :

    3 out of 5

What a bitter disappointment is this – I bought this blindly based on the many positive reviews but I have to spray at least 10 to 20 times to get any projection – paid €34 for it at Notino.
The longevity is very poor – I recently read a review of Rasasi Tasmeem where one claimed that a couple of Rasasi fragrances have been watered down just recently, the rasasi Al Wisam Day as well – so I suppose I received a watered down Rasasi – I had a couple of Rasasi fragrances on my shopping list but I don’t think I will buy any Rasasi fragrance ever again – probably the hype for their perfumes has made them chose for the money rather than the quality of their products – it’s a choice they can make, but it will be the beginning of the end for them…

  42. :

    3 out of 5

Yes, you’ve right to not accept that it isn’t similar to SMW since you’ve spend a lot of bucks but you know what? You’re lying yourself! Ain’t exaggerating by telling you that it has all the same qualities of SMW except one; Yes that one quality is its longevity that isn’t same as SMW but even longer than that 😉 — Would it be offensive to Creed lovers by informing them “Al-Wisam” is kinda supreme version of “SMW” ??
P.S: Loved that missing ink note which can turn a normal human into — 😉

  43. :

    5 out of 5

Beautiful fragrance you’d be very hard pressed to distinguish this from silver mountain water. It really is that close to the Creed fragrance.
As for this mysterious ink note i have no clue i don’t care this fragrance is beautiful.

  44. :

    5 out of 5

Each fragrance has it own character even if there is similar notes in each ,
This one is a good fragrance with moderate sillage and long lasting but IMO
no fragrance could replace Another fragrance,
it would just pass it or not.

  45. :

    3 out of 5

I read the first few reviews… they are F#@king identical. Its missing the ink note of Silver Mountain water? What the F#@K is an ink note? And do ALL of you know its missing? Jesus Christ. My review… this cologne is ok. But now I dont like it because its missing the VALUABLE inky note in the opening. To be compared to Creed is a compliment no matter what.

  46. :

    3 out of 5

I’m a huge Creed fan and own SMW, amongst others, and thought i’d see for myself what the ‘Creed Clone’ hype was all about and have ordered Al Wisam Day and a few more to compare them to the originals.
To get straight down to it, I can’t fault this scent at all. I’d buy it and wear it even if I’d never smelled SMW, it’s that good.
Sure it doesn’t have the ink type note at the start but other than that Initial minute or two after first spray, this soon tracks along nicely with SMW, on my skin anyway.
Longevity is good, 10+ hours, with projection of circa 4-5 feet for the first 3 hours and then drawing back to arms length and then dying down to a skin scent from 10 hours onwards.
Could still smell it the next day on my forearms having showered, so the quality of the juice is clear.
This is a great scent in it’s own right AND a remarkable SMW copy, I’d still buy SMW as I adore it but will also always have a bottle of this on hand as it’s that good.

  47. :

    3 out of 5

I absolutely love this stuff. This is my best blind buy to date (not that I’ve made very many). I smell the bergamot, rose, musk, ambergris/ambroxan (not amber), a hint of sandalwood, and other florals which I presume are geranium and lavender.
I’m sure most people looking at this page are checking this out due to the comparisons to Silver Mountain Water. I own a 120mL bottle of Silver Mountain Water and I absolutely love it. I wanted to check this out because I’d heard it is like SMW, but slightly different. I agree that is just like SMW, but without the ink note. If you like Silver Mountain Water, but can’t get past the ink note, buy Al-Wisam Day.
This is the closest clone of any fragrance I have smelled. It is much closer to Silver Mountain Water than Armaf CDNIM, AB Spirit Silver, and Insurrection Pure II are to Aventus. In my opinion, Al-Wisam Day is also a higher quality fragrance than those.
The only complaint I could come up with is longevity, which I’ve heard others mention, but I received compliments from this when I could no longer smell it and thought it was long gone. That leads me to believe this actually has decent performance and the complaints on longevity can be attributed to olfactory fatigue.
Will I continue to buy SMW? Probably, because it’s one of my favorite fragrances, but I already bought a back-up bottle of Al-Wisam Day while the price is low. That should tell you how highly I think of this juice.

I can´t understand why this fragrance receives so much praise.
    It’s just so horrible.
On the first try, I got that impression.
I decided to give it a second chance and used it all day.
That just confirmed my first impression.
I must confess that I did not even think about offering the perfume to anyone.
    Gone straight to waste container
    What a waste of money.

Creed SilverMW – inky notes + more creaminess (or you may say softer /mellower)+ a bit of oud (which is not prominent but if u r familiar with it youll know) + a very ROSY note = AL WISAM (day)
bought it for almost 20 bucks and its a quality frag (youll know when you apply it) but i got an issue with this and almost all rasasi frags i had own(blue for men – chastity men – Afshan – Hatem – L’Incontournable Blue 2 for Men – Royale/blue , they su** in longevity and projection ON MY SKIN i dont know why is that but makes me dont wana pay again for this brand – for this particular one its a quality one and smells very good and the same but i like the sharper inkier tone of the original (SMW) better , with that said you wont go wrong with this if price is 20$ or cheaper 🙂

Okay, this IS Silver Mountain Water. But without that inky/oily part. It’s SO refreshing to smell and very potent. I smell lots of florals and bergamot. I’m loving just how fresh and clean this makes me smell. And for this price? One would be foolish to buy SMW in my opinion.
Entebaa does smell a lot like this but with that sangria smell that makes that more appropriate for the evening. This is a great daytime scent. Work, running errands, happy hours, BBQs. You’ll smell fantastic.
9/10 and easily Backup Bottle Worthy.
I have 6 Rasasi fragrances and I adore them all.

I think my skin didn’t unravel all the wonderful qualities and facets this perfume has to offer to many reviewers here, all I got from this perfume was a wonderful rose note, a very natural rose note at that, mixed with cardamom (which I know isn’t listed but I got it) both in a very creamy sutil vibe. Just wonderful for the first 3 hours I sprayed it on, after that, all gone! Not a trace of it on my skin, which is very weird considering the Everlasting endurance and beast mode projection everybody says Al wisam has. On my sister however, waaaay different story! Rose, lemon, lavender, cardamom, sweet cream, on her it was amazing and lasted forever, traded her the al wisam for a bottle of faqat lil rijal… Win win situation!

I love this fragrance it cheers me up when i wear it for some reason.
One day i wore it to pick some papers and documents from college and this girl said that she smelled vix vapor rub. I was a bit discouraged but the scent is so beautiful i didnt care and kept wearing it for another day. dont know if this has mint in it but there is a minty feel.
Longevity is amazing and projection is above average. And scent is amazing needless to say because its rasasi.

I have never smelled Silver Mountain Water this is strictly an Al Wisam Day Review.
The first day I recieved it I applied two sprays. It was powerhouse material. It smelled like a combination of florals, new shoes, salt, and lime margarita mixer. If you could imagine those four scents perfectly blended with a fresh masculine twist you could get an idea of how this smells. The scent is linear and very enjoyable. After that first use the scent is barely noticeable to my nose. I do notice it more when Im moving around vs sitting in one area. I also notice it more in a breezy enviorment vs a stagnant setting. I can notice it lingering around hours after application but it just doesnt have the punch the first application had. I will note that I work in an office setting but it is winter here. I will be reviewing this again in the summer to see how it preforms in the heat which is its intended purpose. Overall I like the scent and am pleased with longevity I am just not sure if those around me can smell it on me like I smelled it on me the first time I applied it or if I just got a lucky super potent spray? My girl liked it on me. Its definately different and will stand out. Id say give it a try!
Update: I’ve had this scent almost a year now and it really is great. I’ve tried it in all weather. It works best in the warm but can be worn year round. It smells high class, projection sillage and longevity are all beast. Previously I had mentioned I couldn’t smell it as Good as first application so I tested this by letting it sit for a week before using it again and it was just my nose this stuff is potent. Good dressed up or dressed down. If you haven’t tried this yet you need to it might turn into a staple it has for me.

I have a sample of SMW and liked it. got this hoping I could save a little money but unfortunately i think i did the opposite. just not a fan of this one like SMW. it has a heavy rose note that feels very feminine to my nose that SMW doesn’t have. that kills it for me. i liked the cool clean smell of SMW al wisam is not that.

I got the resemblance to SMW, but in my opinion this is difficult in different stages of the development.
First of all, the opening is a bit more harsh. This is a green tea blast at the start, whereas SMW has a bit more refined and smooth opening.
It seetles down pretty quickly to a woody and musky base; the only similarty to SMW is the drydown where they are pretty much equal… it lasts as long on the skin, but the projection on my skin is weaker than SMW. All in all, this is a very nice scent for daily and office wear.
I do not get any rose, which is listed in the notes. Considering the very low price, this is a no brainer. Grab it when you find it!

Love at a first sniff. This is just so airy, easy going summer fragrance! It performs very well, but is not the “in your face” kind of scent. Bergamot is huge in this one. Perfect for self confindet man that does not need to show off. Dry, fresh, citrusy, actually chills you in the summer… AAAH!!! Just buy, guys, blind buy, you wont be disappointed by any chance!!!

I use SMW and I bought this one to try and find out if it’s really that similar to SMW. The opening is really softer, non-inky and more rose than SMW. But in just a couple of minutes, in the middle and also in the drydown it becomes very very similar to SMW.
Sillage and longevity are better than SMW. Comparing both, you can smell some diference, but in a general way it smells very like SMW.
I’ll wait until summer and hotter weather to try and find out if it perfoms like SMW.
Anyway, I love this one. And for a fraction of the price I think it’s worth it.

I blind purchased this fragrance and I am very impressed. Yes it’s similar to SMW however it has a softness and smoothness that surpasses Creed in my opinion. Longevity is great, I’m talking 8hrs from 2 sprays.I have placed an order for La Yuquwam on the strength of this fragrance.

This is my 2nd Rasasi fragrance. The first was La Yuqawam. I think this house gets kind of categorized with Armaf’s and some of the other arabic houses that market fragrances with striking similarities to niche Western frags. First, I’ve stopped referring to these as clones because they are simply made for a different market. It’s not fair to assume “clone”. We are just getting access to products marketed towards the east, and we have no idea if the Western houses weren’t copying them. Now, the eastern houses I’ve come across do vary some in packaging and quality. I’d put Rasasi at the top of packaging, and quality. They are crem de la crem. They surpass even the highest designer’s here. The box this thing comes in is like a tailor made present to a prince or something. La Yuqawam came in a velvet wooden box. Talk about attention to detail. The fragrances are Dior, or Guerlain quality. Rasasi quality is significantly high. These fragrances are exquisite. My Al Haramain L’aventure is in this category by Al haramain, but I’m not sure all of their frags are as high quality as Rasasi. Then, Armaf frags are a bit
