Description

Incense Rose is an oriental floral fragrance, launched in 2008.

Mysterious incense notes are surrounded with luminous citruses and roses, with dark balsamic resins.

While opening, Incense Rose brings notes of mystical and dark rose, followed by bergamot and clementine essential oil combined with cardamom and Bulgarian rose. The heart reveals a new and mysterious world with orris, dark and exuberant at the same time, combined with castor and woodsy accords.

The base introduces cedar from Texas, vetiver, balsamic and dark Myrrh, patchouli, natural frankincense (extrait of CO2 Boswellia Serrata, already mentioned in description of Incense Extreme fragrance), labdanum and ambrein. The fragrance is available as 50ml (1.7 fl.oz.) EDP. The bottle was created by Dezso Bodi, while the fragrance by Andy Tauer.

Otherworldly. To me, the incense and myrrh smell exactly like the ones used in Eastern Orthodox rituals, and they are surrounded by the most delicate sweet rose. The fact that the dusty aspect of rose has been replaced by a subtle clementine note only adds balance to this fragrance and makes it more unforgettable. A true work of art.

I almost liked this fragrance. However, it seemed to be competing with itself on my skin. It was warm and inviting from the resins and incense, but cool and dry from the rose, yet still sweet and bright from the clementine. However, I think this is just a case of my body chemistry being wrong for this particular scent, because this is by all means an objectively nice scent – it just doesn’t work on me. I would still recommend giving this a try, as it’s quite unlike anything I’ve tried before (in true Tauer fashion).

I am a gardener. My concept of how a rose smells has everything to do with the actual variety of rose, the weather, the region the rose is growing in, etc., not a generic “rose” scent as described by scent engineers. That said, I love this rose. Some have described it as dusty or dry, others a musty or moldy. I do get those notes here, but for me they make for a delightfully natural rose, not a perfect glowing-in-the-sun-with-a-drop-of-dew rose.
The incense is also something I am very pleased with. I burn a lot of Japanese incense and spend time in old churches, temples, and shrines, so incense is firmly located in my happy place.
This perfume snuck up on me while visiting Scent Bar in Los Angeles. I came in with my usual “no florals, but incense and musk are ok” schtick, but they had me figured out after testing a few bottles. This is one of the very few florals I can enjoy, and it feels luxurious to me. It is not sweet. It is not easy. It is not for everyone (no scent ever is, let’s be honest). It is sophisticated, herbal, dense, and dreamy. Once in a while I get a flash of soap, but it passes quickly.
Driving back from Los Angeles to San Francisco I had no regret in buying that blue bottle. It’s a five hour drive, and I enjoyed smelling the mingled incense and rose on my arm the whole way.
This scent could easily be layered with others, such as amber, woody, or spicy types.
Update: sometimes this comes across as a bright, fresh, fizzy floral with citrus overtones on me. It’s weird. My husband thinks it smells beachy. Different weather conditions producing different effects? Not sure.

Opens up heavy on incense paired with a fresh rose. There is something sharp/screeching in the background, maybe synthetic woods. It goes all incense and rose with a woody backbone for about 5 hours when it starts to be a bit sweeter and resin like; it’s not that screechy anymore and the myrrh and resins take a central stage while incense still goes strong. After 8 hours, just hoovering above the skin a blend of sweet incense with resinous touches and the synthetic woods which are back. I enjoy the most the middle part, but it doesn’t change my final opinion: this is a mediocre scent that overall seems like an initial attempt, almost like a work in progress.

It’s been a year since I first bought/loved Incense Rose, so it’s time for an update. In brief: I am not a jot less enchanted. It is so nice to have a mystical scent which is not heavy, but is light-footed, yet earnest.
It also seems worth reporting the assessment of a “perfume muggle” who smelled my wrist: “like a juicy mandarin with something herbal and something else.” Funny how if you don’t know myrrh, you can’t place your finger on the myrrh, if you don’t know rose, you might not call the note here a rose, but the mandarin beams through in high definition. The “herbal” note the muggle deemed on further consideration to be frankincense.
I never need more than a single spray.

I got a sample of this one recently
    Wow
It really is ALL about the smoke and incense.
I get no rose at all (?)
It’s just too much for me…and too reminiscent of musty stone churches

I love this. Smells like a very aromatic spruce-oil sauna infusion to me that very slowly settles into an incensy rose. I prefer it to LLDM because it’s not ambery-sweet and fresher. However, you do have to like citrus, for me a sprucy citrus. Reminds me of Kneipp spruce bath salt from when I was a kid.

This is a fun, fizzy, light-hearted rose. I don’t know why, and I am certain this is completely random and not remotely the perfume’s doing, but I envision Tang when I first smell this perfume. The big, cylindrical container that mom would scoop from to make what was ultimately a wretched yet glorious synthetic liquid crack. That vision or association just pops into my head. However, this is a very sophisticated perfume with an effervescent feel. I wear it in the spring, when the sun is shining and the birds are chirping. It’s a great perfume to lift the spirits and brighten the day.

I own a lot of rose based perfumes but none of them like Incense Rose. This is a remarkable perfume, a true original. I love wearing it and don’t feel my words trying to describe it will do justice. It has the familiar Tauer DNA of incense, woods and spices. I feel beautiful when I wear this, thank you Andy Tauer. I am in awe of your talent!

    @Mohsen 95
Your reviews are terrible. All of them. It’s not helpful to anyone to write down a numeric rating and then not justify it with something called “words”. I don’t mean to hijack the comments section on this wonderful, mature, heavy rose fragrance but comments like yours bring nothing to the community and essentially just spam up the comments section.

After so much anticipation, I am very surprised at how this smells. I have been layering Rose flash and Incense flash and thought Incense Rosé might smell like that combination but it does not at all. Neither the rose nor the incense smell as they do in the Tauerville scents.
This is far more citrusy than I was expecting, and the sweet orange note lasts right through the scent’s evolution. Next surprise is that the incense is not cold but darkly resinous, almost sticky. And then the rose is blended rather than singing its juicy, spicy, jammy solo.
I would never have named this Incense Rosé. Firstly, neither of the notes appear quite as I am used to them and secondly, it makes this sound like a two act scent when there is clearly much more going on.
This is fruity, ambery, spicy and resinous. It is very good indeed and going into my definitely maybe category. I still need to spend some time living with it. That’s a good thing.

A beautiful effervescent incense scent with lashings of rich, natural rose. It opens with sparkling orangey citrus and myrrh before getting smokier, deeper and richer. Cedar and cardamom make for a typically dry, spicy-woody Tauerade base. The rose dissipates over time, leaving an outstanding incense scent with very good projection and longevity. It’s sweet, resinous, dark and enveloping. Excellent stuff.

In spice stores in Israel, there is often a little back section where you can buy resins for melting — frankincense, myrrh, and much more whose names I do not know in English but which are very important in Tunisian and other Mizrahi Jewish communities. Rose water and citrus water (called mei zohar, shining water) would sit on the shelves.
Mondays and Thursdays are considered the most auspicious days for burning/melting resins. That is when “the Torah is open” (meaning publicly read, ie in synagogue) and a corresponding openness is hoped-for on the part of the heavens. A young patron would be told this by a responsible shopkeeper, who would not assume the new generation will necessarily know the nuance of the tradition.
I live “in exile” now but remember well how I could just pick up a scoop of myrrh or frankincense with my little bags of cumin and qetsah. Just a little to turn to smoke on foil on the stovetop.
The myrrh note in Incense Rose is simply so true. I actually forgot what real myrrh smells like until Incense Rose, which I bought in the quest for a dark rose. It is that, but in the form of painful homesickness.
I love it and will wear it — but carefully. Perhaps on Mondays and Thursdays.Edit:
Something more must be said. This is a complex scent which rests on notes for ingredients most people have never smelled. Look through reviews of fragrances that include the myrrh ingredient — cola and fizzy drinks come up again and again, even as they complain that there is no incense. That IS the incense — that is the myrrh! Get some real resin sometime, heat it slowly and carefully, and you will see for yourself. Cola! It misses the point.
Even as I wear this scent, love and recognise it, I realise to myself that it is probably being read by most others, especially North Americans, in a much different way than I do.Bonus Edit:
I thought I could detect no rose in this until I sampled Taurville Rose Flash. Now I get it. It is a sweet rose oil very similar to the one used there, which blends seamlessly into the myrrh, which in turn blends seamlessly into the castoreum. You can find the centres of these scents once you know how to spot them, but you cannot find their borders. Excellent blending.

An initial blast of pure fizzy cola which quickly dissipates into a sweet, orange peel-cardamom with smoke swirling through. I don’t get rose at all at first, but as the scent calms the rose comes through the smokey veil. Then shortly after the rose comes a deep, balsamic sugared frankincense. A few hours in, the fizzy note has disappeared entirely and it’s almost all incense on me with very little rose at all.
This scent, for an incense scent, is oddly bright and dry. It’s lovely – but as I wear it, I’m not sure what sort of event I’d wear this to. It makes me feel… jumbled, somehow. Night or day? Intimate nighttime date or sunny daytime bazaar? I will say this, though: the sillage is absolutely enormous – this is a scent for someone who longs to be sniffed.

I do not get rose in this. On me, this fragrance is sweet incense, grassy at first then cedar and gets more smokey and less sweet; dries down to patchouli cedar smell on me; nice but not me.

I bought a sample of this not realizing it was for women. I liked it but I kept thinking “It’s rather rich, isn’t it?”
For some reason when I wore this I felt like I’d just gotten out of the shower. I had that feeling all day long. I literally felt wet for hours. It was a very weird and yet very pleasurable experience.
After learning it was a woman’s perfume, I tried it again and at that point I really noticed how feminine it was. Took me being told though! What a poof I am!
If the rose were dialed back a couple notches it could be unisex, but the strength of the rose makes it solidly female.
This really is a gorgeous perfume. Citrusy rose + frankincense is a wonderful combination . I’m so jealous, ladies!

I just received my long awaited sample of Incense Rose. After reading all the reviews, I was certain I was going to love it. I opened the vial, took a sniff and was immediately transported back to the office of my childhood pediatrician! I haven’t been there in at least 35 years, but BAM!, there I was. I have no idea what note or combination of notes is creating this effect or even what the smell is that I remember from back then. Kind of antiseptic and musty at the same time. Not the best association since as I child, I was terrified to go to the doctor. Such a let down and probably not the fault of the perfume.
I will give this another shot and see how it actually smells on my skin and after it dries down. I’ll update then, but for now 🙁
EDIT: Applied it to my skin and immediately had to scrub it off. Now I know what it is that’s literally burning my nostrils. It’s the castoreum. I thought I didn’t like animalic notes, but now I’m absolutely sure. I’m overly sensitive to them and that is ALL I smell. I know my experience of this scent is far from typical and many will and do enjoy this fragrance. It’s just not for me. I have a sample vial up for grabs. If anyone would like to have it, please private message me.

Wow, real rose on a spicy, very “Taueresk”, incense base. There are a number of rose fragrances i enjoy, but very few I actually like to wear. This sparkling and natural rose so well balanced with the incense-frankincense-cardamom core is an exception. I take great pleasure in wearing it during autumn and winter, at the office as well as in the evening.
But Incense Rose should be used with some caution. It is strong stuff, one or two sprays is enough to get a moderate to strong silage that will last for hours. Longevity is very good on skin and if you happen to spray it on your clothes it will stay present for more than a week.
In the dry down both rose and incense are still there among the main players, but the scent becomes more woody, and the castoreum, which i think has had a role to play all the way, takes a step forward and becomes clearly noticeable.
    A true work of art!

    Scent – clementine & incense.
Season/Time of Day – I prefer to use this one in the colder months, during the day.
    Projection – I did get noticed, I didn’t get a compliment.
    Longevity – I get 12hrs consistently.

I must have described the wrong sample previously: I love this, maybe more than L’Air du Désert Marocain. If it was just the incense it would be as good as any incense perfume being made. The rose is less attractive but still very nice. I love Cabaret by Grés which is like a lighter version of this. Both have an eau de cologne charm, fresh and citrusy.

Yowza! I don’t usually like rose scents, but this… mmmm. The rose is properly subjugated here.
This is a rustic, secluded cabin in the woods. A lover’s retreat. So warm, rich, inviting, sexy! Absolute adoration at first sniff. I think I’ve found a token rose to round out my fragrance wardrobe.
Best fragrance to wear canoodling with your honey by the fire on a cold winter night (or to attract an outdoorsy type with whom to canoodle). Entirely unisexy!

This is a fragrance you need a little bit of time with. On my first impression I didn’t like it, I found it a bit harsh and dry. The more I wore it, I became to appreciate it more, all though still probably not one I will buy.
From first spray I get Incense, but it’s dusty and dry.. almost like Incense Ash rather than smoke. I get a LOT of Clementine Orange, combined with just a little bit of the Cardamom, which kind of makes it sparkle, and reminds me of popping a can of Fanta, or smelling Orange Sherbet. The orange note on my skin lasts over 2 hours, and became like Orange Sherbet mixed with Dry Incense Ash… A little un usual, but not un pleasant. I struggle to smell the Rose in all honesty, it stays very minimal. – I get 5 hours longevity –

Incense Rose by Andy Tauer has got to be one of the best rose fragrances I have ever smelled and I truly mean that. This fragrance is like a liquid dream. It opens smelling of sweet green grass with cardamom and Clementine. Baby soft rose petals rain in smelling like they just bloomed to life. Syrupy-sweet resins and myrrh blend smoothly into a glittering cloud of smoky incense. This is definitely a potent scent, which I love because it lasts such a long time and gets me lots of compliments every time I wear it! It is absolutely beautiful, I will definitely be re-purchasing when I run out.

What a stunner! I love woods, resins, balsamics, heavy orientals, incense scents and I have POAL, TF Sahara Noir, Heeley Cardinal and Guerlain’s Encens Mythique–and I was sort of expecting a riff like POAL. Wrong. I think for comparison that this one just can’t be. It has everything I love: woods, resins, acrid bitterness, amber, a touch of rose, a touch of incense, and is very light, effervescent with the bergamot, clementine and elemi (though not listed and may be the frankincense). Virtually every note above is detectable though some more than others. The cedar (Love!) mixes with the vetiver and myrrh; patch appears in the background with the amber sweetening all the notes — very lightly…This is not a sweet fragrance on my skin which amplifies honey syrupy scents. The spicy cardamom makes an immediate appearance with a lemony lift along with frankincense. I find this unusual and one to add to my “incense” collection. I find it less of an incense, more of a spicy-wood resin, a hint of rose floral. The facets of an actual rose are amplified (the peppery accords, the lemony-“elemi” bits, with a breath of sweet and wood)–but it’s not a “ROSE” perfume to me. I love POAL but I’m going FB on this one too. A definite try if you like this profile!

Oh how I love this fragrance. This is perfect for me as I am going through the winter transition of dark, resinous , spicy and smoky fragrances I so adore.
I feel I can wear this through the spring time and on summer nights. The rose is done soooo beautifully, the most beautiful rose incense mix next to incense oud by kilian.
It has that strong tauer vibe in the beginning and morphs into a gem. This fragrance is way underrated. The beginning as in (first half hour) is strong and has like a LDDM vibe with rose but after that….oh what a mouth watering composition.
Now with that said, this is really a bargain fragrance as the longevity is up there with black afgano and beastmode scents of that nature. A little goes a long way. This is a fragrance you must spray on skin as it mixes with chemistry and morphs that way. 2 sprays max will get you all through the day and night so this is a commitment.
Puts me in such a great mood. If you have a chance, look at my collection and make sure we have a common nose. You should do that with anyone’s comment you take seriously or persueades you to get a sample. It’s like a portfolio for a tattoo artist or photographer.
    Scent 9.5/10
    Longevity 10/10
    Projection 8/10
    Quality 9.5/10
    Overall 9/10

Absolutely love how well-blended and unique this perfume is. You get what’s on the label – incense and rose – but handled with a touch of the typical Tauer fizz that makes these two classic notes seem contemporary and exciting. The rose in particular comes across as red and juicy, just how I like it. The citrus isn’t an easily identifiable orange or lemon; rather, it’s really well-integrated in that it “lifts” the rose and incense notes to stop them getting too heavy or church-like. Bravo! Excellent longevity too.

I have just recently ordered several Tauer samples and I’m working my way through them. I absolutely adore this. I am a frankincense addict and this is, to me, one of the most perfect incense fragrances out there. I get very, very little rose, no citrus at all, but tons and tons of frankincense. Must be my skin. I’m so glad I went down the sample route because if I had blind bought, I’d have gone for Incense Extreme and that has really disappointed me. But this is beautiful and I will be buying a ull bottle. Silage is huge, longevity is impressive. Sticks to clothes like glue. I put it on 7 hours ago, *cleaned two bathrooms and washed my daughter’s hair yet I can still smell on my skin.
*How glam is my Sunday eh? But at least I smelled gorgeous!

  29. :

My skin seems to amplify citrus notes, and so I am another unfortunate member of the “orange Tang” club. This powerful artificial citrus persisted for hours while I vaguely sensed the incense and rose trying to fight their way out from behind it – and when it finally gave way, I was left with a fleeting scent of . . . barbecue sauce? Oh dear, perhaps I am not sophisticated enough for this scent, but anyway my advice to all is – sample it first!

  30. :

This is the most duplicitous scent that’s ever seduced me. I was wooed and intoxicated for months, not with one but with TWO small samples before doubling down on the affair. But when I finally committed to this lover, my lust quickly smoldered as I recoiled from her acrid kiss and could no longer stomach her groping my neck like a noose; hard to believe I had once perceived her to be sweet and beguiling. I have a full bottle if anyone would care to propose a swap.

My experience with this fragrance could not be more similar to Christianne’s! It took me many tries, and 3 years in my fragrance journey to appreciate this gem, but now not only do I “get” it, I LOVE it to death. When I first tried it years ago (this was actually one of the first niche fragrances I ever sampled, which makes me chuckle) I thought I would adore it, incense and rose are two of my favorite notes in perfumery, after all. But… it was just so DRY! My inexperienced nose wasn’t ready for it. Well fast forward to now and I can appreciate non-sweet fragrances and now that the dryness doesn’t put me off, I get the freshest, dewiest rose I have ever smelled. It’s like I’m sticking my nose in rose bush. But then there’s also that stunning incense. Dry, yes, but also light and airy and kind of intoxicating. It’s nothing at all like the richer church incense most incense perfumes feature, and it pairs perfectly with the fresh rose petals. This is also a fragrance that blooms on the skin, which I found every Tauer I tried to be and is a major reason why I think Andy Tauer is an unrivaled genius. I can’t even tell you how many scents I love in the bottle that bore me, or worse, on skin. It’s evocative, but I’m not exactly sure what it evokes. I think the fact that it’s so challenging is the reason why I never get bored of it, and trust me, I have major perfume ADD. And I know challenging tends to mean “not exactly appealing” but this one is a real beauty. A complex beauty for sure, but isn’t that the best kind? 😉

Christianne1 my route to appreciate this perfume has been exactly the same of yours; three times to understand what I’m in front of. I really had a journey crossing a Coke industry, an incense smell coming from an opened door of a far church, and then, after an hour, the wonderful scent it is, moving step to that door while incense growing more clear and rose appearing; but not in a austere mood; they are peppery, minty, joyful; it makes me feel happy.

  33. :

The name says it all Incense and Rose! First try I was a little overwhelmed but I now LOVE this scent, enough to buy a full bottle, yes it’s expensive but I really feel Tauer scents are unique, they tell a story somehow and you can tell they are made with fine ingredients. The incense and the rose are blended beautifully and although a little loud on first application it settles to the most comforting, haunting smell. As others have said don’t decide on first spray, wear it,let it grow on you and you won’t want to let it go.

  34. :

    4 out of 5

This is one of the strangest things I have ever put on my skin. 🙂
I’m beginning to suspect that Tauer and I have wildly, possibly insurmountably, different ideas regarding what constitutes an attractive perfume. 🙂
It opens with a riot of mixed and inharmonious scents including lemon (not citrus, or bergamot, – LEMON, almost disinfectant – like) along with resin and what might be cardamom.
It exudes decay and disharmony, and the rose and patchouli battle to reach the foreground but never quite make it.
This perfume is strong and extremely tenacious and these are qualities that it’s admirers no doubt cherish.
    But I scrubbed it.
On the plus side, I did repeatedly catch a pleasant but elusive scent – a mere trail – of rose and possibly vetiver later in the day, and so the drydown might be quite nice if given more of a chance.
For those who are interested, Tonileefiori’s review is a pretty accurate rendition of my own opinions on the perfume’s structure – but written by someone who actually likes it! 🙂

I used this perfume for years. On my skin, the balsamic rosy scent was so intense, so sexy that my friends(and lovers) used to call it “pussy perfume”. Until the bottle fell down and broke in my sink and for last two years the pipe “burps” the perfumes.. a nightmare

  36. :

The opening smells a lot like orange Tang. Not exactly what I was expecting, but then again that’s Andy Tauer. I’ll need to give this two or three wearings before I decide. On this first sampling it has to sit on my skin for about an hour before the orange Tang smell starts to fade and I get some rose notes. It definitely gets better as it dries down. The question for me is will it get good enough? Don’t know the answer to that yet. I’ll update this when I get it all sorted out.

Christianne1 wrote an intriguing review about this fragrance and the review is spot-on. GIVE THIS FRAGRANCE A FEW TRIES…it will grow on you because I know it did so on me!
This fragrance is the real deal and IMHO, the reason why niche perfumes & their designers/creators are so special (way beyond commercially prepared & marketed mainstream fragrances). This is a very unique, special & gorgoeus fragrance.
I eagerly awaited a rather large sample of Tauer Incense Rose and applied it on a few consecutive days. I did this after (sadly) experiencing a few Montale fragrances. The opening is quite strong and to my nose smelled like fizzy wet earth, dewy grass and citrus. Upon application, I detected lots and lots of bergamot, clementine & orange that was well blended with fresh green grasses (definitely vetiver), earth and a little bit of spice (cardamom).
The opening quickly morphed and the well-blended fresh, dirty-green, citrus fragrance developed into a barely detectable mustiness, which I imagine was the beginning of the oud & cedar notes. Quite resinous, this was not my favorite part of the development; however continually changing, the fragrance continued to amaze.
It takes a while and (for me), it was difficult to detect; however after 45-60 minutes (or more), the musty-woody almost moldy aroma receded into the background giving way to one of the most gorgeous antique, dark, dewy, dirty rose incense fragrances I have ever experienced.
On my skin, the dry-down and basenotes remained pretty constant with wood, patchouli, frankincense, resin and rose notes. The darkness prevailed, which I liked a lot. For several hours, I detected faint but pleasant wafts of creamy & subdued patchouli, frankincense, cedar-wood & spicy dark rose…all perfectly blended and balanced, practically harmonious. Fortunately on my skin, any ambergris or amber that is present never choked out the other fabulous notes.
Unlike many other reviewers, Tauer Incense Rose played very close to my skin with minimal silage. Longevity was quite great.
Without doubt this is a gorgeous fragrance that is never vulgar or cloying. Not certain yet if this suits me (or my pocket book) but I really do like Tauer Incense Rose a whole lot.
In conclusion, I too will say this is NOT a fragrance that is suitable for everyone. Give it a try. It’s definitely worth the experience!

Wow this is potent beyond believe , like most , or all of Andys creations. He really is a mad scientist at its best!!! insece Rose is like any real perfume should be like, you can taste the oils and raw ingredients , full of real flavours and presence. Nothing that would ever be sold in a mall lol
Anyways to the real review. I love the opening !!! So bright , sparkly aldehydic and fizzy , like opening a can of orange Fanta ,,, someone said coke in here and that is exactly what I smell , a bubbly , sweet fizzy Spetzi ( we mix coke with Fanta in Germany and call it SPEZI )
It’s slightly Sour , quite sweet and has amazing energy and loads of character. This is real perfumery , Art at its best. Dries down with resins and patchouli , phantasyic !!! Can smell the yummy cardamom all the way through this perfume , which is one of my favourite aspects along with its fizziness. I canot smell smoke , and I find it quite unisex !
This perfume brings me back to Germany/ Switzerland , and it’s not just because I drank a lot of Spezis as a child , but because the smell of this fragrance is extremly Swizz to me. My parents buy natural products and have baths in natural, oils , maybe is that why? Or is it the “Glühwein ” with cinnamon and cardamon and cloves we had around Christmas ? I can’t put my figure on it but just smelling it bring s me back to my childhood , especially to all the ski holidays in Swizzwrland.
I haven’t tried more than a handful of Andis creations but I was rarely disappointed. Even if some aren’t my style I love smelling them , like I like looking at a beautiful piece of art. I may not buy it but I can admire it. ( the art lol ,,,, Insence Rose I may not be able to resist!!)
I smell some similarities to orange star in here , which I also love very much !
    10/ 10 for uniqueness and excellency !
Thanks Cristianne1 for sharing your best fragrances always so generously. So hard for us Canadians to get our hands on some of the Tauers , thanks for your kindness !

Citrus, rose, and incense are the main notes I pick up. Brutal and abrasive opening for me which I dont care for almost smells like urine cake. But the drydown is awesome and super long lasting. I had to test this twice b4 I really noticed how great a perfume this is so if u dont like at first sniff give it another try. Definitely unisex work of art that adapts to the gender.
    Overall 8.2/10

This perfume is multi-layered and deep. I really like its incensy base, but… I just can’t get over the opening – I get a huge amount of cardamom and it stays present for a good half of hour. I detest cardamom in big quantities…everything is said with that.

Incense and rose joined together in a whirl of sensuality. Incredibly warm and enveloping. Absolutely unisex and very long-lasting with a strong sillage. Irresistible.
