I love this scent so much. It’s a very dark, heavy, musky and vanilla scent. It’s powerful and can be overwhelming if you overdo it… a little goes a long way.

Ooh, this is pretty and very reasonably priced, too. It’s a lovely soft, initially almost fluffy, scent of peach and plum with vanilla, borne on bottom notes of sandalwood, geranium and jasmine. The jasmine is quite evident to me in the opening, but it is not indolic, just soft and etheral. After about an hour the scent deepens to a more oriental smelling base as the patchouli and the geranium really kick in with the wood notes. The patchouli becomes quite evident in the drydown so if you hate patchouli, then you won’t like this. The freesia comes out more with passage of time, keeping it from being too sweet.
This scent is definitely worth checking out and has excellent sillage. It smells almost niche and is a great buy in my opinion.

Plum, vanilla and sandalwood stand out most to me. I can’t detect any freesia (good, because I don’t like freesia).
I find Reve d’Or fresh, but still quite Oriental. Softly woody.
