Description

The new fragrance from the Guerlain Aqua Allegoria collection is named Nerolia Bianca. The fragrance comes out in late March 2013.

With this creation Thierry Wasser tried to reconstruct every fraction of a bitter orange tree; from its flowers, fruits and twigs to leaves. The scent is very fresh and citrusy. It contains accords of orange, bitter orange, orange blossom, neroli, twigs and leaves of orange and petit grain.

It is available as 75 ml Eau de Toilette.

There are several olfactive notes that irritate my nose; I keep testing the fragrances that contain them, hoping that some day I will develop a tolerance to them. Neroli/petitgrain is one such note – it smells incredibly sharp and screechy to me and makes me sneeze like crazy! I tested Aqua Allegoria Nerolia Bianca hoping that, perhaps, this creation by my beloved house of Guerlain might work for me. Alas, no such luck. Admittedly, the neroli here is much less nose-tingling than usual, because it is softened by musk, tea leaves and orange. However, around two hours after application it turns very sour on me, and then disappears without a trace. The sour phase of this fragrance was so unpleasant that I was actually relieved that the scent wasn’t long lasting!

I am struggling for words here. But this does not in way shape or form smell like annick goutal neroli, nor prada infusion. All i am getting throughout are the scent of plastic oranges. Seriously. is both nauseating and repellant. It is the scent or berroca tablets! or the accidentally spilt dregs of a can of fanta that has been littered by a fanta drinker, havig sat on the pavement in the Summer heat for two days after you pick it up to toss it in a nearby dustbin and you are nowhere near a place to go and wash it off. I think its going to give me nightmares.

    Haven’t worn it in a looong time…
Initially, it’s a rather strange combination but settles in a quiet neroli scent. Not enough neroli for me (I am a fan).
And I notice an odd metallic note… Perhaps bitter orange doesn’t want to play nicely with neroli after all.

This is so refreshing! I can’t really add anything new to what others have already said – if you love citrus and, particularly orange and neroli, you will enjoy this. Very natural and clean. I love it for after the gym on weekdays, after my shower. I go back to finish the work day feeling great! I scored a FB (3.2 oz.) for $24 so it was a no-brainer for me, even as a blind buy. Just don’t expect it to have anything in common with Shalimar – this is pretty much the polar opposite.

Very nice scent with good projection and moderate longevity, but very linear.
If you’re a hardcore neroli fan, you will love this, because it is high quality and smells natural but if you’re not a big neroli fan, you may be bored a bit.

You know the saying “like choosing apples or oranges”? I’m firmly in camp orange.
For me, this fragrance does live up to its concept—it encapsulates all the fun, life affirming, sunshine sustained glory of this extraordinary citrus. I can detect the flesh, pith and blossom of the orange, as well as its petit grain branches.
It lasts longer and projects better than I thought, as well.

Cheap and costly. It transforms into horrible chemical nauseating stench. Only the initial couple of hours smell good.

I’m so glad Nerolia Bianca is back ! I really like this scent on its own, but I love it so much more when I spray Pera Granita first (also an Aqua Allegoria) and layer Nerolia Bianca on top of it.
I’m addicted to this combo, it’s smells heavenly.

I got an instant flash of Love’s Baby Soft (teen perfume from the 70’s) it went straight into bright green leaves. Clean and green.

  10. :

The top notes were beautiful for about three pico seconds, bright fresh zesty orange, exactly what I wanted, but then I blinked and it turned into a synthetic powderish cleaning product smell, or cheap orange sherbet sweets past their sell by date.
It was not “an ode to nature” nor was it “like a siesta under an orange tree” as written and promised by Guerlain on the box. If anything it was an ode to flat Lucozade and Berroca tablets.
Dry down was just fly spray 🙁

Added this to my collection during the summer, and I really like it. A little more citrusy than I normally go for, but it’s so pleasant that it won me over.
It’s very strong on the orange (Neroli) note, but there’s a subtle creaminess underlying this that really anchors the fragrance for me, without making it heavy. Very nicely done.
It’s perfect for spring and summer wear, when you want to smell fresh and clean – like you’ve just put on a freshly laundered dress. Always reminds me of the beach, or maybe an orchard in summer, and makes me feel carefree and a little romantic.
I picture the woman who wears this to be carefree and excited, but grounded and self-assured. She could be running through fields in a flowy dress, or calmly holding down a big boardroom meeting. Either way, she takes life on without hesitation, always with a slight grin because she is the key to her own happiness.

Wow! Nerolia Bianca is more complex than I had anticipated, yet innocent and rejuvenating. All the notes make an appearance for me (rare occurrence), plus some. It is green, of course, calling to mind the whole tree. There is fruit, sweet and somewhat bitter, a bit like grapefruit. There is a delightfully heady orange blossom in addition to the zesty neroli. I get an unlisted honey note here and there. It ends up being pleasantly soapy. All in all, NB is an unexpected love, so fresh and natural, very uplifting for these bitter winter days, and I can’t wait to wear it in spring. The Aqua Allegoria line hadn’t really piqued my interest prior to coming into Nerolia Bianca, but now I’d like to try more.

Very light, sparkling … a hint of powder, a hint of zest, a hint of freshness the combination delights my sense of smell all day long. Brilliant!

This one wiggled its way into my heart and I found myself using it everyday. Then, sadly, it developed something entirely headache inducing on me and became far too screechy. So sad, I wish I could go back to the days where I loved this

I generally find the Aqua Allegoria range a waste of space. Solifores/soli-notes of no real substance or interest . Herba Fresca was a flop for me, just to to note. The whole range seems to lack in finesse or imagination.
However (here’s the thing!)…I like Nerolia Bianca! Really, really like! It’s fresh, it’s clean, it’s pretty. Its like Philosophy Pure Grace amped up in a very good way. Clean, light, powdery white florals and lovely, creamy, dreamy orange blossom.
Nothing else to mention, but its good enough for me. Keep your expectations right and this is a good ‘un.

Well on me this smells like a clean white floral. I do not detect any citrus directly, I am sure although it must be mingling with the other notes, very subtly. I see some reviewers noting this as synthetic smelling, and I do not think this is synthetic at all. Just clean fresh floral. Lighter scent. But still even though a lighter scent, this lasts on me a good 8 or more hours. Can smell faint traces of this on the clothing on laundry day.

Really wanted to get Herba Fresca and with it I got the heavily discounted Nerolia Bianca without trying it. I have Limon Verde and love it so I’m really curious about Aqua Allegoria line.
Had one week till the package arrive so i read reviews about Nerolia Bianca and wasn’t expecting much besides gentle feminine scent.
Meanwhile I already started to fantasize about the glorified Pamplelune…
My first sniff of NB throwed me in to my grandmother house, this fresh orange blossom scent was ether in her bed room or bathroom, i’m not exactly remember, and yes it was quite feminine to my male nose. Thought to give it to my sister.
The day after I wore the perfume.
The opening was harsh, reminded me YSL kourous but it quickly developed to this orange blossom neroli scent with slightly bitterness and little bubblegum sweetness- beutiful.
Wearing this perfume was a completely different story..
    I felt refreshed and sophisticated.
I think for women its a day summer scent with kinda old vibe , and for a male it is a very sophisticated summer evening scent.
Can be even wore with black suite and white unbutton shirt, really different take on how male can smell.
As I wore it i fell in love more and more and in addition i got lots of compliments and got frequently noticed.
Even male coworkers complimented me on the scent and it made me wonder about my interpretation for Nerolia Bianca as feminine.
Nerolia Bianca is refreshing flowery citrusy bit soapy with ‘hi’ from grandma smell that captures this spring water clear freshens.
Wearing it is like holding a refreshing ice cold slightly sweet fruit drink:).
Wearing it as a male i felt in completely different league.
Also got myself the wonderful Pamplelune but unexpectedly Nerolia Bianca became my favorite Aqaua Allegoria scent. It has the best silage and longevity from AA line.

Ditto to EVERYTHING no-fi had to say! Spot on and sadly all true!

  19. :

I blind bought this and my first impressions were that it truly does capture the essence of the entire tree–the bitter orange, a bit of green, and somehow even the twigs and branches. I was hoping for a bit of sweetness from the orange, but it was very tart and bitter to the point that I didn’t like it and only wore it once.
Fast forward to a very hot day the following summer. I was craving something refreshing and reached for Nerolia Bianca and, wow, did it hit the bill! In the heat, the neroli is refreshingly tart rather than overly bitter. The best part is that although the sillage is relatively soft, I kept getting wafts of a fresh energizing orange for at least 6 hours. I’ve developed a whole new appreciation for this perfume and have reached for it several times in this summer’s heat.

“Mummy, today you smell like an orange, only better” was the verdict from my 8 year old boy this morning. I then spritzed a little on him and also on my hubby. On my son it smells like candied mandarins, on my hubby it’s a diabolical sharp mess he couldn’t wait to scrub off and on me, it’s a breezy orange delight (with the tiniest hint of paediatric antibiotic syrup, the stuff I used to pretend to drink and then go spit out in the back of my cupboard as a child), not remotely sharp or even particularly green on me, almost powdered mandarin/orange in fact, though no mandarin is in the notes. Medicinal glitch aside, it’s gorgeous and very uplifting. What can I say, I’m more and more becoming a fan of Wasser’s more delicate scents.

  21. :

    3 out of 5

Guerlain’s marketing touts Nerolia Bianca as capturing every facet of a bitter orange tree. In reality, Nerolia Bianca comprises a candied synthetic orange with watered down neroli and an overdose of white musk. I do detect a tiny hint of greenness in the fizzy opening, but it’s all sweet floral orange after about five minutes, with a touch of powder and creaminess.
Contrary to earlier reviewers, I don’t find this scent at all bitter or naturalistic. The overall effect is cheerfully synthetic, feminine and easy to wear – in other words, a far cry from the crunchy, green, bitter neroli that Guerlain’s marketing would seem to promise.
Overall, Nerolia Bianca is a trifling scent that does little to innovate or excite within its deliberately limited range of notes – much like almost every Aqua Allegoria I’ve tried, sadly. Another pass in a line full of passes.

  22. :

This is a really pleasant, starchy-clean orange blossom and neroli scent. Reminds me a bit of washing detergent, but in a good way. I’ll spray this on my clothes in the heat of summer, which improves the longevity (which isn’t great, as with all the Aqua Allegorias I’ve tried) and it makes me feel clean and crisp and put together. I don’t get any tartness or juiciness from this, nor does it smell particularly naturalistic, but it’s a great all-rounder, gentle, calming, not too perfume-y or floral, easily unisex. Also lovely to spray on your sheets and fall asleep to.

At the first, you smell neroli, after 5 minute, orange is added. Orange smell is so good and it is due to fruit of orange, not peel, because it isn’t bitter and is so nice, but this good smell doesn’t stay long and neroli come back soon. At this time neroli smell is too heavy and orange in this step faded out.
Wish that orange smell stayed longer, but it stay only about 15 minute…

I’m in love with this! It reminds me a little of a creamsicle but with neroli and orange blossoms with it.
It is a mature and feminine scent. Very classy yet flirty.
I’ll need to buy a back up bottle!

A beautiful , beautiful, light , true neroli scent . This like many from this line , qualifies as an upscale , luxurious body spray in a beautiful vessel. Store this in the fridge and you will be in Heaven each time you spray to cool off on a hot day .
I keep my bottle on my white desk t work . Really looks lovely sitting out , and it is so refreshing to spray when feeling under pressure, stressed or just hot !
The price is fantastic too , if you like neroli, you cannot go wrong here.

Soft powdery sweet neroli that becomes juicy orange zest. One of my favorite summer scents!

Not as citrussy as I expected.
I bought it for the sweltering heat of Miami, and was hoping for a less sweet scent than orange blossom. What I got was a sweet white floral with a bit of indolic scent in the heart.
I was ready to dismiss it as a meh… fragrance. But the dry down…. mmm!
It is beautiful and long lasting as only the House of Guerlain can do.
My quick fix for indolic scents: 4711 Acqua Colonia Lemon & Ginger. It covers up the stank, and goes away in 45 minutes, allowing the beauty of the dry down of Acqua Nerolia to shine.
    Update:
Wore this for a month in Miami during summer, sometimes combined w/ 4711 Lemon and Ginger, sometimes by itself. I can not tell you how much this fragrance has grown on me!
The fantastic scent of the drydown clings to clothes for days!!!
    LOVELY!

I know some find the Aqua Allegorias a bit on the “basic” side for Guerlain, but as a fan of soliflores and simple scents I really enjoy them. Nerolia Bianca is no exception. It starts off quite simply and a bit strong: a sharp and straight-ahead bright orangey neroli. But after about fifteen minutes the sharp edge wears off on me, and the fragrance becomes a bit softer and the subtle sweetness of petitgrain peeps through. Linden is not listed as a note but I feel I get a bit of it here, anyway.
Overall, I find this a very clean, un-sweet, almost soapy neroli. Truly unisex. I love this for me, but I’d like to smell this on a man as well.
I wouldn’t wear this as a nighttime fragrance, but I find this a very confident, sunny, and crisp-white-shirt kind of smell. The sillage and lasting power is really good, and I’ve also found it useful for covering up the dregs of a fragrance I was testing and disliked and attempted to scrub off; the neroli obliterated it and made me feel happy again.
You also can’t go wrong for the price…

I’m all about the thick, syrupy, potent sweet perfumes (gourmands) but I loooove Guerlain. So for $26, I grabbed this 4.2 oz from Fragrance.net and I love it! (I’ll grab any Guerlain for a great price)
Damn, I love Guerlain. So quality, sophisticated, and pretty. Even when a Guerlain scent isn’t my “thing” I can appreciate the beauty and craftsmanship.
This is adorable. Fresh and fun, feminine and easy to wear for any age/occasion! And simple. Neroli and orange blossom is what I get. It’s fresh, but powdery. A bit green and a tiny bit fruity. It’s uncomplicated in the best way. Love it.
Decent (meaning above average) potency/sillage on a tissue test. 1 spray is lingering in a lovely light way. And has been for a few hours now.
Reminds me of a lighter Elie Saab Le Parfum EDT. In fact, it’s like mixing Elie Le Parfum EDT with the Elie Le Parfum Couture. Now that it’s finally spring in Michigan– I’m getting excited for my fresh/happy/summer scents. My winters are long and harsh…. which is prob why I love thick huge gourmands, and Shalimar sits at my #1. <3

Why the heck would this beauty be discontinued?!? I was fortunate to pick some up at TJ Maxx as a blind buy. So glad I did. It is fresh, clean and inoffensive so it’s easy to wear to the office. If you manage to find a bottle of this stuff, scoop it up!!! Oh, and the bottle is GORGEOUS!

Purchased Nerolia Bianca online. Was looking for citrus with a hint of floral. It’s right on point! First spray is bright, a fresh orange sliced open. As it starts to dry down becomes softer eventually to orange notes with neroli on top. This is the art of Guerlain: Their elegance shines through in the blending of orange notes with one light floral. Can be unisex but not overbearing. Holds close to the body and is a good choice for orange/neroli lovers – leaves a light scent on clothing. Less is more, no need to over-apply. Also interested in Herba Fresca, it received a lot of positive comments here. Has been a long time since buying a primo fragrance; the price was reasonable on FragranceNet.com. Love French fragrances and Guerlain Aqua Allegoria IMO is top of the line!

  32. :

    3 out of 5

Nerolia Bianca by Guerlain is not what I was expecting because it does not have that signature “twist” I have come to expect from the house of Guerlain, but it is a bitter and tart orange with a soft floral undertone that makes wearing this in the spring a really enjoyable experience. Biter orange peel, salty petitgrain, and a sweet orange flower that has a tartness from the semi-soapy neroli. If you like this you might want to try Fleur d`Oranger by Le Couvent des Minimes because it has that same orangey smell but with a Pez-candy sweetness. Beautiful name and great to layer with other citrus and vanilla scents!

There is an old-fashioned twist to this scent that makes it smell like a vintage orange. I find this scent to be very interesting because of that old-fashioned edge, but unfortunately this scent is too sweet for me. It has a candy quality to it that makes it hard to tolerate if I spray more than once.

I love the neroli, orange blends and this one is wonderful. Great balance between the sweet and bitter orange. The dry down is the best in my opinion. If you are an orange or neroli fan then this is sure to please.

I’ve had this for about a year now and I first LOVED it.
In that time…my nose changed. My scent education naturally grew from curiosity and now (after purchasing Jo Malone’s Orange Blossom)….this smells like a fancy neroli soap that you would find in a better “home goods” store or shop.
SOAPY soapy soapy. No longevity. Best used as an “after shower” Jean Nate replacement.

This is a good choice for summer. Unfortunately it starts out quite bitter on my skin. When it finally calms down the silage is so weak that I have to respray and then I am dealing with the bitter opening again. While I can like NB, it isn’t a love so I am letting her go to a home that will appreciate her better.
Edit, Dec 2017. I seem to have another bottle of this. I hope I like it better than last time round.

I received a bottle of this in a swap and I couldn’t be happier. It’s a super fresh bitter green realistic orange blossom scent with just a hint of sweetness. Absolutely lovely in hot weather. Sillage is soft but noticeable and it’s very long lasting. Great quality, as expected from Guerlain.
If you’re looking for a summer perfume that’s easy to wear but different then the average drugstore perfume then this is great value for your money.

  39. :

Lovely in the hot weather of summer. I feel like an orange popsicle–but you know, a *fancy, artisanal* orange popsicle, one that’s not too sweet and has some green, herbal notes. 🙂
This is great for a day when you don’t want an overly perfumey perfume. It’s a little bit soapy (in a nice way) but has enough depth and complexity to it that it doesn’t feel like you’re wearing a $5 body splash. Not quite as casual/sporty/energetic as something like Moschino’s I Love Love, but gently effervescent in its own way.
Sillage is light-moderate, and my little personal scent cloud will last through the work day. Safe for liberal spraying. Definitely worth checking out if you’re in the market for a nice citrus perfume for summer.

Aqua Allegoria Nerolia Bianca by Guerlain is summer in a bottle. This fragrance is pure citrus at it’s best. The neroli and bitter orange (dry) stay on during the entire day. Rounded off by orange blossom and petit grain (sweet). Perfect for the hot summer months.

Perfection- Neroli honeyed floral & white musk. Refreshing & simply beautiful on a hot Summer day. Gorgeous gold- filigree caged, classic Guerlain bee (-ish) bottle. Impressive sillage & longevity- Although “only” an EdT, Nerolia Bianca out-performs most other brands’ EdP’s (wears all day!). A steal at $26-$34 (100 & 125 ml.). My favorite AA

On days like this when the temperature approaches +30°C I go for some of my citrus neroli fragrances. I have five or six to choose from but White Neroli is the one with best longevity. It is quite linear but wonderfully fresh and perfect for the warmest days of the year.

I left a negative review about this fragrance after trying it on a humid 97 degree day. After trying it at night in the air conditioning I like it much better. I love white florals, so I am going to keep it a bit longer and give it a chance.

Just got this one in the mail today and so far disappointed. Guerlain is my favorite House, but this smells like household cleaner to me. I can’t get past that association in order to envision myself under the shade of the orange tree described on the back of the box.

  45. :

    5 out of 5

Nerolia Bianca comes off as an invigorating scent of sweet white flowers and minty, woody orange. Pure and natural yet possessing an undertone of formality. Would not be that surprising if someone found Nerolia Bianca an ideal companion of a scent for spring-summer wedding.Or at least a summer cruise.
For many years, I did not fully realize Neroli’s love for my skin (dreadful TBS Neoli Jasmin with its vanillic additive ruined the affair) but now the emotion is mutual and stronger than ever. Nerolia Bianca is one of those well done nerolis that manage to truly sparkle on my skin.
Not a perfectly unisex scent-and not nearly as perfect as Mugler’s Cologne- yet very wearable and worthy of being on a permanent rotation.
What I like the most about it is that overall sweet, feminine and cheerful composition of Nerolia Bianca has a certain aromatic bitterness that adds for a “proper” effect rather than becoming a cookie-cutter summer EDT.

  46. :

The top notes of this fragrance were a big turn-off to me, something rang stale. However, once those dissipated, within 20 minutes it had cleared to a lovely soft citrus floral. I just can’t stand the beginning long enough to get to the finale, it’s a dealbreaker for me.

  48. :

+1 to Inkbun! Stinkbugs and soap. 🙁
I love neroli, and this perfume looks so good on paper.
Yet it has a really unpleasant undertone – possibly cumin but equally possibly not – that simply destroys any pleasure the other notes might have provided.
On the plus side, it is strong and long-lasting (assuming you like it), and there is very little actual citrus present.
Rather the emphasis is on masses of flowers and greenery.
However what others seem to be perceiving as ‘green’ smells powerfully and repellently acrid to my nose. It also has a distinct anise note at the beginning, and a separate, almost chemically, undertone that comes and goes.
I’ve tried it several times, because I just can’t believe that something that should be so nice is actually so bad.
It would have been glorious without the stinkbugs!
I’m wearing it now and I am going to have to scrub it, and dispose of the rest of my fairly hefty sample.
This makes me so sad. It could have been great…

When I wear Nerolia Bianca I feel like I’m a big sweet, juicy orange 🙂
Really uplifting scent, also with nice longevity (I tested others AA and unfortunately they disappear really quickly).
It does remind me of Schweppes tangerine, but in a very good way. For a more woody and green feeling, I layer it with Burberry’s The Beat.
I think it’s going to be one of my favorites for the summer.

this perfume is my best experience with neroli

  52. :

    3 out of 5

During my search for a long-lasting relatively “pure” neroli fragrance, I decided to order a sample of this off of eBay. I was looking for something that smelled green, fresh, natural – perhaps a blend of petitgrain, neroli, orange blossom and not much more. Turns out this certainly was not what I was searching for. This has pleasant moments, but it is far from pure neroli. There is orange blossom, but it also has a lot of sweet citrus and I get something licoricy – maybe anise, fennel. I also get an unpleasant fishy + metallic citrus note on the tail end. I get this from some other fragrances and I suspect it may be yuzu. Fishy, metallic notes are a deal breaker for me. Overall if you like sweet citrus, orange blossom, you may like this, but if you are looking for something with an undistracted “green” neroli fragrance, then pass on this one. If you are wondering which neroli I ended up choosing, I ended up preferring Annick Goutal’s Neroli Cologne.

  53. :

    4 out of 5

I found it at a great price, and although it isnt a winter scent,, as it is fresh and crisp, and I live in Canada, I definitely can recognize the quality behind the notes!! In spring it will smell fantastic!! The base is soft, and rounded…The only thing I don’t care for is the soapiness , but it is only a phase…the neroli opens up beautifully in the heart and the base, I love neroli!! The scent smells so authentic!! I definitely find it real intriguing ..lovely !! The Orange isn’t necessarily dominant , I detect neroli and petitgrain.
One more thing, it is fresh, but not necessarily unisex, with the neroli opening up in the base.
I just found it to have too much of a rose undertone, so not sure in the end I will keep it.

I only have sample from AANB. Smells fresh bitter orange, too raw and too bitter. I find it more masculine than feminine, there’s nothing inviting or pleasant. Reminds me of 4711 original edc and citrus (toilet) air freshener. I can’t imagine this on women, rather on older man in the summer. There are lot of other fresh citrus summer unisex fragrances, so I don’t recommend it to buy without testing before

I love Guerlain; the presentation, the scents, the quality and elegance. This one smells like a sweet aqueous jasmine and I want to drink it. Smells Amazing and Also simple.

Got this a couple weeks back. It’s not my fav Guerlain-more linear than the ones I have- but I still like the clean soap scent of it. Smells so very authentic orange, like when you bend the peel and the juices come. Thumbs up.
****************************************************************************************** Returned this, too much orange, no reprieve from it – that is what a drydown is for, to smell the nice change in notes. That never happened with this!

I love orange blossom dominant fragrances. I didn’t realize how much I loved them until relatively recently (in the last few years). Aqua Allegoria Nerolia Bianca has been compared to other neroli/orange blossom scents I have tried and owned, so I almost didn’t buy it. Since it’s been discontinued and I found it for a good price at TJ Maxx I decided not to pass it up.
Long story short, I am glad I didn’t pass on it, though I am not sure whether this will be just a like for me or if it will blossom into love. Since others have done better than I could actually explaining the fragrance itself, I am going to give my two scents on how it measures up to the scents that it has been likened to here.
As compared to Yves Rocher Neroli: YR has more bitterness and less sweetness. AA opens with quite a bit of bitterness, but it tones down very quickly. I like AA better because YR tends to hold onto that bitter note for almost the entire time I am wearing it and is almost stuffy-smelling, if that makes sense. AA is smoother and more effervescent.
As compared to Prada’s: the major difference here is the tuberose note in Prada’s. I also think that Prada’s is soapier overall and doesn’t have the bitterness. As of right now I think I like Prada’s interpretation better, but that’s not necessarily the be all end all.
I have also been trying to love Love 2 Love Orange Blossom & White Musk which was recently discontinued (found at Walmart previously) because I found it for a total steal. Love 2 Love is more of the actual orange and musk than the blossom, so AA wins here hands down.
I have to say, too, that for an EDT AA has impressive longevity. It’s very subtle when sprayed on my wrist – and actually I prefer the scent of AA from that distance. It becomes a gentle uplifting floral cloud, whereas up close the bitter undertone is more noticeable. I think this would have to be sprayed with caution as it could become overpowering.
I say if you are an orange blossom lover, definitely don’t pass this one up.

Just got this,as I wanted something light and floral for day time summer. At the moment it smells as if I have been, gently duncked in a mild vat of clementines. Not overjoyed, yet, but it does have that Guerlainique quality. I have faith that it will become a little something else.

Very floral on me… the neroli is there… its a bit too sweet and its lacking a sharpness, a brighter edge. It smelled much more citrusey on the card and now on me its all floral and powdery. I wanted it to be orange and zesty but its soft and powdery. A bit boring for me.

I do like this. It’s one of the closest I have come in my serach for the perfect orange blossom but it’s neroli, which to me is lovely but not the same as fleur d’oranger. It’s very fresh whilst being sultry but a bit too womanly for me to wear. I spritz it when going out somewhere special. For me it’s not for day wear. Lovely though.

I bought this from Marshalls and am very happy, it was a blind buy purchase. This is a tart orange blossom and neroli fragrance. It’s simple, basic, refreshing, lovely. One of my hot day picks to cool you down, like a dip in the pool on a summer day.
