This has a nice peppery spice and a good creamy tuberose. This may be the spiced floral I’ve been searching for. It is warm and very nice. There us a soapiness to it that I’m not sure how I feel about yet. Maybe one of those spices is actually carnation? I’m going to have to play with it more because I might fall in love.

This frag’s name is somewhat misleading, because not much is reminiscent to classic tuberose and the power of white tuberose is continuously challenged by the sweet-sour spicy scents of this very original composition.
But challenged doesn’t mean lost, so powerful is the tuberose here, it rather means modulated because tuberose succeeds to stay straight in front of these spices and the moss for so many hours.
If this frag is a nice and interesting experiment, I personally prefer the more creamy variants of tuberose to the sweet ones like this, at least for now, but this can change with time or season. So maybe it will grow from a must try to a must have … for now it needs more time to know.

    Smells like hair pomade

Oh no. I thought I liked tuberose. I can’t even put my finger on what is so upsetting about it! Something is slightly off and my nose wants to correct it, sort of like when a guitar is ever-so-slightly out of tune and your ear wants to correct it.

A spicy tuberose. And that is it. Way too simple for my taste and a bit old fashioned. Is not the kind of tuberose that provokes intense reactions, here it is rather tame. Way too safe i would say. I was expecting a more sensual, carnal flower. It is not a bad perfume,it is just a regular one.

This is the first time I found a fresh, easygoing and kind tubereuse. Very fresh and sparkling in a great mix with spices and woodsy notes. After 30 minutes the spices fades away and the Tubereurse/wood-mix is wonderful.

Hmmm, I want to love this. The bottle is beautiful and the notes are appealing. However, there’s a dusty, powdery bitter note that tickles my nose terribly. I don’t find this to be a wet, buttery tuberose. I find it very powdery and dry. It must be the moss. I can understand the comparisons to Kenzo but it is no where as rich and fruity. However, it has inspired me to try layering Narcotic Venus or Michael Kors with Kenzo Jungle L’Elephant.

Extremely buttery (literally) tuberose. The comparison with Kenzo Jungle L’Elephant is really spot on!

This is kenzo Jungle Elephant with extra tuberose. Nice & sexy , hardly unique but nevertheless FB worthy. But, please, test the Elephant as well, sincer they are very much related.

    Absolutely lovely!
The package, especially the cap, is as exaggerated as it could be, and I somehow get a humour in it. Reminiscence doesn’t pretend to be elegant nor kirshy, it makes fun of snob by this fake-jewllery design, meanwhile retains a taste. The scent is also very Reminiscence-ish, sweet, a little gourmet and a tiny bit of girly quality, well blended.
I tested Fracas some years before, it’s not at all like White Tubereuse. Fracas smells dry, like soap powder, a completely mature scent for an important occassion, while White Tubereuse is tuberose tiramisu, I could clearly get that yummy creamy smell then again, it smells so heady floral that certainly is not something edible. With these notes, White Tubereuse could be a sexy scent – tuberose is always something seductive, doesn’t it – but still, it semlls quite harmless, nothing like those sexy image that AD usually conveys people.
Good for cold weather, but goes well with summer as Reminiscence always does! Great!

Wow, its so simple and beautiful. Where has this been all my life? And how did i only come to know about it now? Thank you for fragrantican beauties letting me know it exists!.
This tuberose is gentle, soft, very buttery and creamy…And i really must emphasise “Buttery”. The cinnamon note is only in the begining where it adds a little sparkle. The Tuberose and Ylang are very natural smelling, which is a welcome pleasure, there is a slight hint of a woody base, barely detecteable, overall its a seamless smooth blend. This is not…indolic, hyper floral, super sweet, loud, offence. It is in fact the opposite, its almost savory, its calming and super smooth and so very easy to wear, all seasons.
Edit: For reference, the closet comparison, In terms of creamy smoothness, is Isabey Fleur Nocturne.

I agree with @silviaci “This fragrance is as heady and sensual as a tuberose should be”. It’s sparkling in the opening and extremely creamy in the drydown. I like the fresh spring-like feeling when I spray it and I love the cozy warmness which emphases with the perfume’s evolving. The ylang-ylang adds sweetness, woody notes add comfort and cinnamon adds warms. I do not like when the cinnamon guides the composition, but here it’s not a problem, it gives the right nuance.
Masterly balanced and really well done!
    Silage moderate, longevity 8 hours
PS! The notes written on the bottle are: tuberose, ylang-ylang and cinnamon.

This fragrance is as heady and sexy as a tuberose should be. I love it. And I love how it melts into a gorgeous skin scent thanks to the soft woodsy base.
This perfume manages to achieve what Heeley’s only disaster, Bubblegum Chic, didn’t: a deliberate, loud, diva-ish tuberose note that won’t smell of synthetic bubblegum flavour (that is, actually, what happened to poor Bubblegum chic).
If I had to compare it to some other tuberose, I immediately think of Vamp à New York: same sexy vibe without excesses, only balance.

I’m a tubereuse lover in every way a perfumer could perform this note; but here, my friends, it’s very unique. Forget that (pleasant, to me) soapy-floral like Fracas, here Cashmire Wood adds an unbelievable sweet ‘n sour soft note that gets the whole perfume so deep, even if, you can’t be wrong, yes it’ s perfume about tubereuse. And spicy notes wake up the joking side of tuberose, so that she becomes not only the sweet and clean angels-perfume, but a modern, wonderful version ready to face the day with modern determination.
So, if you like classic tuberose, maybe you won’t like this, or either you’ll discover an other way to mean this note like I did. But if you’ ve always thought tubereuse is a too-respectable and gentlefolk note for your way to choose a perfume, give it a chance.
    PS: cap is wonderful!

My son brought me back a bottle from Paris and I am beyond delighted. I tend to gravitate towards orientals, but this floral fragrance floors me and I would say that it’s slightly lighter and less serious than Fracas. It delivers another layer reminiscent of sparkly light spice and woods.
It doesn’t have that rubber note that I detect with many tuberose fragrances. Words aren’t enough to describe its beauty. Lovely bottle and beautiful jewelled weighty cap. Truly stunning, but the only downside is the staying power. Unfortunately that would stop me from getting another bottle.

    davvero particolare

I love this fragrance! It opens with a joyful tubereuse and finishes with sweet spices.
If you love “Fracas” but are looking for a ligher and spring version, you can try it!
    Greeting from Sardinia! Ciao!

Beautiful if you’re into tuberose. Stay away if you hate it.
This is a very basical straight to the point big tuberose of the finesty buttery type. You know that tuberose note so thick and oily it can give you a feeling of buttered popcorn?
Quite similar to Fracas in this point, but much less complicated.
Here again I see moss listed, but I cannot tell if it is the real thing or a lab substitute.
The fragrance alltogether is very pleasant, intense, thick yet shiny. It would work so well on a vaguely chilly day in spring with wind and soft rain.
Very longlasting. I sprayed it 6 hours ago, then briefly washed with soap after 3 hours and it still goes.
EDIT: really one of the few new perfumes that go into the next day on skin! It also lasts on fabric after washing.
