Thinking about this one takes me back. This was one of the first perfume oils I ever used. I love how sweet smelling this musk is. Being that it is an oil it stays well on the skin throughout the day.
The little bottle is fairly priced and lasts forever as you don’t need much being that it is a fragrance oil. I love this one so much.

Light Aquatic Pear Skin Scent. Musk is wayyy back in the backseat somewhere. It’s good if you do not like strong perfume, or for freshening up. I couldn’t wear just this by itself, I want to SMELL my perfumes. To me this doesn’t remind me of the Original at all, if that matters to you. Reminds me of “Sprite”, yep, the drink.

White musk L’eau
Well, this is fresh and calm as far as feelings go.
It seems like it might be good for layering.
Doesn’t last ages, I tried the body spray version which isn’t listed on sorts flat at the end notes.
Not unlike Yardley offerings such as herminia. This is a nicer overall scent and lasts longer.
I got this for a young woman along with others in a gift pack. I think it will suit her youth and the awareness of scents and smelling nice etc.

It has fresh scent, suitable for tropical climate in here (I live in Indonesia). But it has poor longetivity. I use it three times during my working time. Everyone doesn’t notice its smell except being closer to me. I have been using it 15 ml for just less than two weeks 🙁

Picked this up at Marshall’s for $7. This comes across to me as more fruity-floral than musky. It’s still the perfect scent for keeping in the locker room to freshen up, which is why I bought it in the first place. Very refreshing fruity and musky smell, I think I will wear it a lot this summer.

This goes on very pretty at first. An office or wedding perfume. It reminded me a little of Pleasures at first but there is something in the dry down I dont like. I love all the notes seperatly so i dont know what it is but it smells almost dirty. I cant wear it.

This is so very clean. Now do not get me wrong, I really love this. I also love the Rosine Muguet, which has tones of this in it, but stronger, bigger, louder. The rose, musk and lily-of-the-valley are perfect. Soft, powdery, clean with a little aquatic pear thrown in for the dew…I love my powerhouses all skanky, spiced and classic, yet I also love a clean, crisp aquatic that sometimes hurts my nose with its sharpness. There is something in this simple, generic, clean thing, that keeps me sniffing at my arms. It is making me ache for the warmth of summer so I can wear this cool, pretty wisp…

Not a perfume that will shock or surprise you. Nothing special on its own. A pleasant, light summer-scent.
But sometimes even a fragrance that is not your style and you normally wouldn’t buy can turn into something special… If there are memories behind it. This fragrance reminds me of my beautiful mum, who loves soft, light perfumes, and all those beautiful, sunny days that I’ve had this summer in Turkey with my family. She has this, so as soon as I came back to Finland, I bought a bottle as well. So now, whenever I miss her and those days and I want to feel like I’m there again, I just spray this and close my eyes…

Juicy, sweet pear and pretty florals! I love the opening. These notes fade quickly. There’s mostly musk left after one hour. It’s more interesting in the beginning if you ask me. I like this scent but it’s not very complex.

Its a very refreshing and floral scent suitable for mostly daytime. The longevity, however, is one of the worst i have come across perfumes. On me, it lasts only 5 minutes. Most definitely not worth the price.

I agree it’s a familiar scent. It reminds me more of a light version of Chanel 19 than Issey Miyake. It’s a sunny perfume. Makes you want to take a deep breath again and again. I like it very much.

Initially I was hesitant with the release of another L’eau…as I am already disappointed by Chanel N5 L’eau and Jimmy Choo L’eau. And who knows what other Eaux will make me frown again…
But this…Why, oh why does the Body Shop underestimate their fragranes, whyyyyyy?? I’m fine with a l’eau, but make it an EDP, it deserves it. I know that White Musk exists as an EDP, but I mean the combination of notes in here to be made in an EDP form. Yes it’s feminine, beautiful, soft, fruity floral, with a seamless blend, juicy at times and with a drydown of a citrusy pear.
I also think that rose is quite prominent. And yes, you have smelled this before, because the combination of rose-jasmine and/or lily of the valley is commonly used by high end mainstream female perfumes. But here the pear notes make the difference. Also has a small amount of baby powder
Projects well for the first hour but later it stays close the skin. People might find it generic, like a lot of fresh fruity girly scents, but to my nose, which I assume is not broken, White Musk L’eau is superior scentwise.

It’s really fresh in the opening, the pear really helps with the refreshing effect.
But the floral makes the scent become something like I have smell before don’t know what’s the name of the perfume but it’s been done before so there is no unique about it.
I personally would prefer the original white musk comparing to this one and my favorite from The Body Shop currently are The Red Musk & Nigritella from the Elixir Of Nature line.
Overall this is less sensual than the original white musk and if you have wish before you wanted the White Musk to have fresh twist or floral. Then this is something that you should try.
