Description

The collection of fragrances by Elizabeth Taylor was expanded by another new edition, successor of the popular White Diamonds, launched back in 1991. White Diamonds Night celebrates the world of glamour and offers a new fragrant interpretation which combines luminous citruses, intoxicating floral bouquet of night flowers resting on a creamy and sensual base. “”Inspired by the iconic glamour and bold opulence of Elizabeth Taylor, White Diamonds Night is a luxurious new statement in fragrance. A scent that shimmers and sparkles with the magical allure of diamonds under the evening lights. Timeless. Magnetic. Unforgettable.”

Composition of the perfume Elizabeth Taylor White Diamonds Night opens with sparkling and glittering notes that depict iridescent diamonds under night light. Bitterness of bergamot and sunny drops of mandarin laminating over floral notes of night blooming jasmine, in charge of the sophisticated lady-like charm. Opulence and luxury are depicted by zests of apricot and sweet freesia that complete the floral-fruity opening. Warmth and sensuality are depicted by musk, resins, creamy sandalwood and patchouli.

Fragrance White Diamonds Night is available as 100ml Eau de Toilette. Flacons repeat the form of their antecedents and were designed in black color with a decoration around the neck of the bottle, with crystals lined up so as to present beauty and sparkle of diamonds. Outer carton is also black with discrete details in gold color, embellished with a bow with glittering crystals. White Diamonds Night was launched in 2016.

Spicy boozy honey-apricot goodness. Old style glamour for a bargain price. If you like Tourjois moi or Charlie Gold this may be your style. A new fave for me.

This is another great perfume from Elizabeth Taylor ( line ) which is an Elizabeth Arden product . Elizabeth Arden also produces several celebrity scents.
I really enjoy this White Diamonds version. I have never worn the original, but sampled this and it smells great and has lasted all day on my clothes . I will definitely purchase .

This perfume is stunning I am so glad I bought this. At first when I smelled it I thought, it was way too sweet for me, but come to find out I adore it. Longevity seems pretty good!!! Love, love, love it. Happy Perfuming!!!

I DIED AND WENT TO HEAVEN!!!! LOVE, LOVE, LOVE THIS SCENT SOOOOOO MUCH!!! To me it starts with a blast of sweet black licorice to me. its just a smooth creamy spicy scent. On the side of Violet Eyes Perfume, just very creamy. OMG, i cannot get enough of this beautiful scent. I just hope it lasts longer than Violet Eyes. Weak perfumes are no my cup of tea.

Liked this in the bottle, but on my skin it dries down to notes that don’t quite work well with me. It reminds me of passion on the dry down and I’m not a fan of passion’s dry down. its warm out, so maybe I will test again when its colder.

    White Diamonds Night:
Have just been bought a bottle of this by my lovely Husband, as he already knows how fond I am of all Elizabeth Taylor’s Perfumes,& have every single one in my vast Perfume collection!! Firstly the box is very up market with it’s shinny black back ground & embosed diamond bow around the top part of it!! The bottle is absolutely gorgeous!! Again gloss black with the most beautiful Rose Gold accents & ring of diamonds around it keeping very much in line with all the other Elizabeth Taylor Diamond Perfume Bottle design’s!! Totally stunning & very up market & expensive looking!!
    Now the actual fragrance:
    One Word – Absolutely Gorgeous!!
It opens with a Citrus/Orange refreshing blast, which after a few minutes changes to an Apricot/Jasmine fruity aroma, & then the most beautiful Musky Creamyness!! I Also get a very soft all most Coconut aroma on my skin with a subtle hint of Vanilla!! The base has deffo got Sandalwood & soft spices in it when it reaches that stage after many hour’s of wear!! Although this beauty is called White Diamonds Night, I find this is absolutely perfect for day time use as well!! This deffo is the more softer option to the original White Diamonds which I happen to also adore & wouldn’t be without ever & it’s certainly not an old lady kind of smell at all!! I find ALL of Elizabeth Taylor’s Perfumes to be very well done,& extremely classy!! I’m sure Elizabeth Taylor would be absolutely delighted about the way this perfume has turned out!! I’ve already received so many lovely compliments when I’m Wearing this including my extremely fussy Husband!!

Smells very familiar…something between Fancy Nights and Coco Noir. What a weird comparison i guess. Sweet yet musky slightly masculine. Not exactly unique but better to my nose than the ghastly White Diamonds original.

So White Diamonds Night has the same bright, sweet apricot note that Chloe Narcisse has.. when I first sprayed it on I was immediately reminded of Narcisse. Apricot and vague white flowers in the background; I do not get the night-blooming jasmine much, and that’s a shame because that note is the reason I blind bought this.. all I get is a generic white floral accord.
I do like this fragrance though. To me there’s nothing really “night” about it! This is a sunny fragrance.. mood-lifting. It’s strong and projects well and lasts a long time.. not cloying or overbearing at all, though. This is a safe, inoffensive fragrance.

I just got a great deal on a gift set at Khols, with the lotion, body wash and 1oz bottle of perfume for like $20, and I will most defiantly buy a 3.3oz when I use this up because I LOVE it! My Husband LOVES it!
You get a hint of citrus in the opening, with the freesia giving a sweet peppery-ness in the background. Once it dries down a bit you get more of the floral on top of the incense-y base. The patchouli is not too much, with the musk, resin and sandalwood it is a balanced smoky-sultriness. The notes trick you a bit, there is a dark chocolatey sweetness my nose picks up. Upon awaking the next day, its a delicious ambery musk with woods. The whole evolution from first spray to nose to skin scent is enjoyable for me. I even like to walk back into the room I sprayed to smell it in the air.
I really adore how this smells in chilly weather, or even on a cold rainy day. One of the times I sprayed on to test it was chilly and misty outside and oh, the wind was sort of wafting this awesome smell that I was just getting to know at me with the cool burst smell of rain. I was just waiting to get a deal and almost bought it at a higher price because to me it smells that good!
I highly recommend you test this one out and see if its for you! Its new enough that there are testers but the price is very affordable. Did I mention my Husband loves it??? This was created after her passing, but I believe Ms. Taylor would have absolutely adored this fragrance. If you like Passion, or the Original White Diamonds, this fume should speak right to your heart.

I really dont think it smells like “Black Pearls”, which I find more slowing and dated. WDN is heady sweet with some spice and hint of fruit, very vavoom. I can see how it can sort of come across as “mature” because its not a light scent. The drydown reminds me a bit of Samsara which is probably due to copious amounts of jasmine in this scent(one of my favorite notes). I was hesitant to buy it because I am not really a fan of most ET fragrances but this was 30 dollars well spent. One spray easily lasted several hours on me which is a big plus in my book

My son gave me a big bottle of this for Christmas, thinking it was the same as the White Diamonds I keep largely for nostalgic reasons. No disappointment here, this is a wonderful scent, a true departure from what many have come to expect from the “Diamonds” line, this is warm and intoxicating, I absolutely adore it.

In the middle of all the fruity floral celebrity fragrances Elizabeth Taylor comes out with this oriental that will remind you of when perfume smelled like perfume. It is right in there with the old classic perfumes like Chantilly, Youth Dew, Shalimar, Emeraude, Tabu, Tourjour Moi, 20 Carats ect. If you liked any of these type of fragrances then Night might be for you. This is not Tinkerbelle kiddie fragrance, this will hold it’s own at a New Years party. I think the mandarin orange adds a nice complement to the spice and it has a Christmas holiday smell. It is well blended and no one note dominates over the others. I found it at a reasonable price at the drugstore. It you love vintage oriental type perfume, then this is something you will want to check out.

Waited with crossed fingers for this gift set to mark down after Christmas and it did. I tried it tonight after bath and I am in perfume Nirvana.., it has not entered drydown yet so I suppose I could end up disappointed, but I doubt it.
I can honestly say it smells unbearably delicious to me. Very feminine, soft,a bit reminiscent of youthdew to me, but not the power horse.
Update in a.m.: the drydown is soft, but distinct. Very vintage . I love it… I can see where one reader got the toujours moi

I am reviewing this one again. Yes. And yes, I know I could add to my other review, but I wanted to give this another spotlight. This is nice. A little (maybe a lot?) different in today’s world of candy yum-yums and fruitcholis. This is perhaps “perfumey” and some might see this as an older woman’s fragrance, but to me, this is pretty classy. There was a tester of this in the store and I was pleasantly surprised how well I liked the tester. Perhaps I did not give the bottle that I bought a fair chance. Perhaps the bottle has to be sprayed a few times for the true beauty of the fragrance to appear. Perhaps the weather just was not cold enough when I previously tested this. At any rate, this is beautiful. Special. Different. Lovely. If you are one who likes to detect each individual notes, and you prefer the notes to smell like the real deal, this one might not be for you. This can lean a little manufactured smelling. HOWEVER, it is still lovely. And the bottle is lovely and a very affordable price. If you are a fan of vintage or more classic type perfumes, give this a test spritz when you see a tester. I still stand by my original review note of this being quite powdery (and a touch sweet), and not being a sillage monster, but I suppose it depends how many spritzes one does, and how close, and where (pulse points, etc) this is spritzed. I do the “walk through” most times so that could be why this is not the sillage monster for me like many of Liz’s frag’s.

I was sceptical when I was gifted a decant of this. All of the Elizabeth Taylor fragrances I’ve smelled have been too perfumey for me. This one gets close but manages to stop short of overpowering.
The opening starts with some spice and a vintage feel. The jasmine, amber, and sandalwood come to the foreground and as it settles the freesia gives its wet and creaminess and combines with the jasmine. I do wish the flowers weren’t so blended and I was able to focus on one or the other, but the combination isn’t unpleasant. The resins are smokier now and it contrasts well with the clean freesia.
The end result is something akin to dryer sheets balanced with spices and I’m really loving it, but after a few hours its’ hard to detect.

White Diamonds Night is beautiful in cold weather. Glad to see the price is finally descending because I sample this every time I go to Kohl’s and really like it.
Very resinous with a floral shimmer. Nothing like actual night blooming jasmine, Cestrum nocturnum, which grows like a weed by my house and makes my whole backyard smell like cheap perfume every night this time of year in the heat and humidity. Actual night blooming jasmine plants reek like dollar store body spray in a hot taxi, despite the lovely romantic name.
I don’t detect that smell at all in WDN, but plan to buy it soon and compare while the plants are in bloom.

Reminds me a whole lot of Black Pearls at first blast. Very powdery opening blast for me. I do detect a bit of an incense/smokiness peeking through now and then and a very, VERY slight sweetness in the very background. I keep waiting for this to dry down to something I enjoy, but for me, this stays all about the powdery accord and I just can’t tolerate a heavy powdery-ness in a fragrance. Also leans a wee bit masculine as this dries down for me. I do agree, this is generally speaking probably more of a mature scent.
Not strong sillage like I expected, fairly moderate. Longevity not that great, lasts on me about 3 to 4 hours. I would say if you have Black Pearls, you probably do not need this. But hey, fragrance can translate so differently on different skins….Unfortunately this just translates way too powdery for me. Add in the incense/smokiness, and, it is just not for me (my nose is picky when it comes to incense/smoky notes). Not a bad frag at all, I see “where” they were going here, but I am just not a fan of this one. Liz frag’s seem to be very hit and miss for me, and this one is a miss for me. Pretty bottle, though!!!

Oy vey this is such a stunningly beautiful, sexy, seductive smoky Oriental fragrance. Elizabeth Taylor did not live to see the making of this perfume and that’s too bad because she would have loved it and surely would have worn it herself. This perfume is reminiscent of Passion (1987) Elizabeth Taylor’s debut fragrance, also an Oriental. It shares some of the same ingredients of night blooming jasmine, patchouli and musk. Oh this is such a glamorous and sophisticated rich opulent scent with minimized notes compared to the bomb that was Passion. Definitely more wearable and modern but just as luxurious.
Opens with fruity notes that are missing in Passion which goes into the dry and smoky incense/woods. This one has sweet apricot and peach as well as citrus. The apricot is juicy and thick like apricot jam. The fresh citrus gives it a boost and proceeds to segue into the white florals of freesia and jasmine. A freesia flower is not my favorite note but here it comes through as peppery spicy and the jasmine is more emphatic. This is a waxy smooth but alluring jasmine that blooms in moonlight. The white floral notes are subdued and deprived of too much sweetness though they are on the mature side.
The scent dries down into a smoke/incense and wood aroma with a clean musk. The incense is quite lovely – powdery, aromatic, with patchouli leaf. The scent is also musky but not animalic nor even super leathery. This is a dry down of woods more than anything. The sandalwood is so gorgeous. This has a good sillage-longevity and feels like a vintage. A fragrance like this comes once in a lifetime!
Pegging this as a fall/winter wardrobe perfume that matches up with leather wear – gloves coats jackets as well as faux furs and evening gowns in black or deep velvet purples. This frag is evocative of Liz Taylor in her evening gowns from Old Hollywood days with limousines red carpet movie premieres and all that jazz. A beautiful and unfortunately underrated fragrance. Ironically Passion (1987) which is now a cheap drugstore perfume sells more successfully than this one. I really love this. If you like White Diamonds this is the night time smokier and sexier version compared to the white soapy powdery original.

although it is not in the olfactory pyramid, the fragrance begins with notes of chocolate, creamy notes, then finally come the notes of resins .. no fruity notes on my skin personally, it is an underestimated perfume .. Less glamorous chic than White diamonds, a bit more girly due to its hot chocolate notes, it reminds me of one of the 5th avenue of Elizabeth Arden (5th avenue Night) although the notes described are not the same two perfumes are very close, it is not a perfume of grandmother but rather a perfume of Woman between 25 and 40 years but that men can also wear. A warm and pleasant perfume, on the other hand the holding is weak … 2H maximum

Sprayed my wrist at the dept. store and it instantly reminded me of something from my childhood but a tad more sweeter. I went about my day, sniffing my wrist over and over racking my brain trying to figure out what perfume my Mom had when I was kid, that this smelled like.
Was is her Tabu? No, this is less sweet, more musk. Opium? Not quite, this is dryer and sharper. Tigress? Maybe, not sure, I remember loving Tigress but i don’t love this, so maybe not. Think think.
After work, I bought the bottle because I do really like it. It’s dark, spicy, a little powdery and a little sweet. Wore it for a few days when it hit me. It wasn’t my mothers perfume I was remembering, it was mine from High School. Tourjour Moi. The Max Factor version. I didn’t really love it in High School, I got rid of it because I thought it was too mature for me at the time. So I haven’t actually smelled Tourjour Moi in over 30 years, so my memory may be fuzzy, but this seems a little sweeter if I recall.
Anyway it’s very nice and I like it a lot.

This is the incense-feeling version of “White Diamonds”, bitter, woodsy powder with an undercurrent of balsamic sweetness.
“White Diamonds Night” is such a no nonsense, diamonds and black velvet perfume. The jasmine is most certainly deeply waxy and nocturnal. A woodsy smokiness is evident from the first moment of application but do not over-apply it at this stage because that incense will keep “burning” and burning until it is a dark, soft, ashen smoke buzzing under dewy night blooms and dark, crunchy greens. This gorgeous density doesn’t fade, so like all Elizabeth Taylor scents, if you’re committed to it, it’s committed to you and the scent will linger until you wash any remnants off.
While the Taylor scents are not everyone’s cup of tea, if you love opulent, buttery, fleshy white florals mixed with oily resins, rich, classic blends that are unmistakably PERFUME, these high performing scents are for you. This brand really represents the height of what can be accomplished in this price range and mainstream availability. The estate should take pride in what their namesake accomplished and never play this part of their portfolio down.
Though this particular scent was released after her passing, I think it does stay true to what Elizabeth Taylor’s brand was trying to offer in its range of fragrance personalities. Taylor knew what she was doing when it came to developing an aura of glamour and her fragrances show a sophisticated understanding of the art.

I just was shopping with my daughter at Walmart, and spritzed this. I ended up coming home and trying to find a good deal on a larger bottle. I found a deal on HSN where they had a holiday special. I got a 3.4 oz. for about 25 including shipping. I went to bed smelling it on my hand, and it just made me happy and was amazing smelling. It’s definitely very balsamic, and almost smokey. On me, the dry down is amazing. It’s classy, but also sexy and sultry. I even keep getting hints of vanilla, although that isn’t in the listed notes. Does anyone else smell a smokey, almost woodsy vanilla?

The packaging and bottle design is absolutely gorgeous in it’s black-as-midnight theme with the diamond motif found in the other Elizabeth Taylor Diamonds And – line. Night is a fruit-patchouli floral Oriental with a smoky edge, balsam, sandalwood and musk. An exquisite luxurious fragrance worthy of the Elizabeth Taylor brand. I have the gift set with matching body lotion. The fragrance itself is very nice but this is a much better scent when enhanced with the cream-lotion. It has a decidedly mature and feminine touch, as expected from this line, but while the other frags like White Diamonds, Diamonds & Rubies, Forever Elizabeth and Violet Eyes can be worn in the day time, this one is a nocturnal animal, more of a more formal evening affair, but just as glamorous and as sexy/romantic as Passion.
The initial note is a mandarin orange mingling with apricot juice. Smells boozy and fruity, fresh, sweet. The fruity top with the dominant apricot note is a signature of the Taylor fragrances which usually contain either a bergamot citrus note or peach. The peach has been replaced by nectar. Following this fruity concoction is a white floral note of jasmine and freesia. There are no spices listed in the formula but I swear I smelt something akin to ginger or cinnamon, similar to the cinnamon in White Diamonds. Perhaps the freesia, itself a spicy smelling flower, is doing that trick. Definitely white floral and creamy with a balsamic body.
The balsams are listed here as resins and it provides this scent with that same kind of old money expensive smell as I recall smelling in Passion back in 1987. This is not as complex or as musky or showy as Passion which was a no holds bars Oriental. Instead this is a more subdued and simple scent but no less fragrant or substantial as a perfume. The sandalwood and patchouli give it a green, woodsy, aromatic air and a good base to support the other notes mainly the white florals. This scent conjures up images of black limousines, diamond necklaces, black evening gowns, black gloves, long cigar sticks, Old Hollywood glamour, the Oscars, the red carpet. It has that Elizabeth Taylor mark alright. Beautiful.
White Diamonds Night is suitable for women in their middle or older age; I would say about 40s to 60s. It is not an old lady smell at all but definitely sophisticated and mature. It’s meant to be worn with your best evening wear – long gowns, black dresses, ball gowns. I would peg this as a dinner party perfume or gala perfume. It’s the kind of glamorous and smoky rich scent that can be worn to cultural events like the symphony the ballet the opera or on a very romantic fancy expensive trans-Atlantic cruise like Queen Mary 2. This is just so much more beautiful than I was expecting. I’d almost given up on wearing Liz Taylor perfumes. There really is no reason now to produce them after her death but I believe Elizabeth Arden owns share in the line now and continues to make an Elizabeth Taylor fragrance every so often. It’s the nature of the business. This one is a must have if you like strong classy perfume, Elizabeth Taylor’s Passion and or the woman herself, who was not only such a talented actress, but a remarkable human being. Thank You Liz.

It may be the Apricot mixed with Jasmine , but first spray is a horrible synthetic/chemical smell .
In about 10 minutes that amazingly disappears and
settles into a soft musky scent with a hint of Patchouli.
I personally won’t wear it in summer .
But am looking forward to trying it more in cool weather 🙂
The silage and longevity both excellent ! This one is beautiful & classy like the majority of her perfumes 🙂

    Beautiful scent.
I don’t like the original version of White Diamonds…but Today I have sampled “Night” for a first time.
Next to: Passion; Black Pearls and Night are my fav.
    So rich and dark.
I see a beautiful woman… walking dressed in black…at night… she is a very mysterious…and has this type of aura.. not every woman has…
Absolutely … amazing… perfume…I saw it today at Sears it was expensive- $42 for a bottle.
I have checked… ebay.. and it’s the most expensive from all Elizabeth Taylor collection.
It’s truly…rare I am glad I have discovered it today.
Def. on my list. Will blend so well with freezing weather during the winter.

I just sampled this and it is for sure going on my want list! The first few minutes are a little rough — like the perfume can’t decide which way it wants to go, then BAM! Straight up incense, rich, velvet oriental goodness. It smells like Christmas!
EDIT: I resampled this today and I still am not crazy about the drydown. There is something that is almost unpleasant to my nose. I wish it retained the opening notes.

Kind of amazing in that it is clearly a White Diamonds perfume, and yet my White DIamonds hating girl likes it–somehow it kept the feel without the elements she finds objectionable. She gave it to me as a surprise present, in fact. Equally amazing is that it has the velvety feeling I associate with civet, yet isn’t animalic. And is fruity sweet as well.
It reminds me a bit of Vanderbilt, in feel rather than notes, but more modern. Like Vanderbilt, I enjoy it so much I wear it along around the house just to luxuriate in it.

Sprayed this on my pillow over 24 hours ago and it’s still there.
This is a lingering sweet, powdery fragrance with long lasting softness, cozy and relaxing to wear at any time, not only at night. This smells very much the same as Intimate Fantasy by Britany Spears to me, I don’t know why

I´m in love. Elizabeth Taylor would have been so proud of this parfume. It´s classy, and not to heavy. It has just the right notes of apricots and the romantic sounding Night blooming jasmine. It´s a perfect evening and night fragrance, sexy classy and elegant.
I bought this as a christmas present for myself, and I´m looking forward to wearing this beauty, to the christmas parties my husband and I, are going to. I got so many compliments, not only from my husband, the first evening I was wearing this.

    I had to buy this
I was intrigued by the scent when I first sampled it. I placed my orders overseas from the US as I have for many years when I take an interest in American fragrances. I love Elizabeth Taylor as a woman, Hollywood actress & perfumer. I love her fragrances Passion White Diamonds, Diamonds & Rubies & Black Pearls. This perfume is a beautiful addition to your Elizabeth Taylor collection. The bottle resembles the current issue of the White Diamonds Eau de Toilette spray bottle with the rhinestones on the bottle, except the bottle is black. The scent can be best described as a fruity white floral Oriental. She has something new & old within her composition.
At the first whiff straight from the bottle: apricot & citrus. This is a dark fruit scent, of deep concentration, almost reminiscent of Femme by Rochas or Tocade by Rochas. She is fruited but not entirely fresh or bright, more along the lines of a fruit flavored champagne. Those opening notes which reached my nose were enough to get me to buy it. I was very pleased with the purchase. She is the last (and most recent) of the Elizabeth Taylor fragrances.
As soon I as I began to wear her, White Diamonds Night became a warm Oriental fragrance for winter time in the UK. I wear her to formal functions, dinners, galas, the theater, the opera & ballet. She IS warm, quite cozy like a mantle of musk over my shoulders. The scent is quite engaging with nocturnal musk, patchouli, resins and sandalwood. On me the sandalwood is quite detectable & beautiful; rich, heady, a bit too much if I over spray but which I don’t mind otherwise. The scent lingers in it’s sandalwood fume for a while before I finally pick on the florals.
This is a lightly textured white floral scent, with a distinct jasmine performing her night music. She is a tad on the indolic side or a night blooming jasmine but absolutely elegant, whimsical, and exotic. There is supposed to be a freesia note in here but all I kept smelling was jasmine. The jasmine became progressively smokier, like a jasmine in Shalimar. There is no vanilla in this scent nor anything too sweet. She is a mature Oriental with a serious side balanced with her more amorous and playful side – the fruit top notes. It starts off like a summer time fruit scent before it turns into a winter musk.
Elizabeth Taylor should have worn this in her lifetime. It’s such a shame she did not live longer. This beautiful perfume captures her spirit and her beauty. I think this is also as other reviewers have stated, a good alternative to White Diamonds the original. She is less powdery & less intense, though equally as attractive as a glamorous perfume for th glamorous woman in all of us. This fragrance cannot be worn with a T shirt and pair of jeans. She wants you to wear her with finely tailored gowns, dresses, haute couture and ball gowns. She is a perfume meant to be worn on a romantic & beautifully dressed lady that has something of the late great Liz Taylor in her

I have tried this perfume a couple of times now when I am browsing in the local chemist. I really like it but I do not love it. It has really nice facets of White Diamonds and the screechy aldehyde is not present but more of a glimpse. I would not consider it a flanker.
The is fruit and the balsamic base which is usually an instant love for me BUT I think the ingredients are not of the highest quality that you may get in Serge Lutens or the other niche fragrances that do fruit/amber/resins well.
BUT (the second one) if I could get this for $20 AUD rather than the current $50 AUD approximately, I think I would splash this on regularly and not care about the lack of depth or intricacy of the fragrance.
It is just a really good fragrance and I continued to smell my wrist for the next two hours
    A solid 3 of out 5 – only for a basement price

Oh so pretty! Was not expecting this. The bottle is beautiful in a retro way, and the scent itself is retro to me because it reminds me of the vintage, original Intimate by Revlon.
Interesting, I just noticed this is my second review, and they are totally different. This review is from a magazine sample. The first review was from a bottle.
Another reviewer (gud) said it smelled like Intimate Fantasy. That makes sense since it smells like Black Pearls, which people are also comparing to White Diamonds Night. I’ve always compared Intimate Fantasy to Black Pearls.
Huckleberry’s review comparing this to Tourjour Moi is spot on!

While Liz may have passed on her the expansion of her perfume line continues with this uninspiring addition. I think her fragrances are pretty good but this is a pleasant amber and fruit scent with a slight 80s vibe that is pretty ordinary. The one thing I do like is that it’s definitely aimed at the mature end of the market which is in itself a refreshing change. Lasts for a reasonable amount of time (4-6 hours).
Liz has definitely left the building and it shows.

Nowhere near as strong as the usual White Diamonds flankers – it is an eau de toilette and a summer release, so that would make sense.
I smell floral apricots overlaying a stronger, resinous base. Not a typical floral fruity type – rather more classic than that. It’s quite long lasting without being a powerhouse fragrance and am getting rather fond of it after two or three days wear.
Feel it is one of those not too remarkable fragrances that are nevertheless very pleasant and wearable on all occasions.
Got it for a good price in the UK, £19.99 for 100ml bottle.
My black bottle collection will rival my red bottle collection soon, judging by current trends.

I received my White Diamonds Night in the post today and I must say I am disappointed, This is a very weak fragrance with little to no silage. It lays very close to the skin, The fragrance is a pleasant fragrance but this is not a night sent, I do agree with another reviewer that this should have had Black crystals around the neck and the name should have been Black Diamonds, Minus the night because this is defiantly not a night sent.I have a full bottle if anyone is up for a trade. I do like clean strong musky floral sents. 🙂

I bought this today and have only been wearing it a couple of hours so I haven’t had time to be able to write a proper review but you know when you try something new and your brain searches through its contents to try identify what it is smelling and to give it a name? Well my brain is coming up with Must de Cartier Gold!! Not that it is a copy or anything, more like “if you like this one then you might like…… ” type of thing.
Which is good as for me it means that it smells classic and elegant and sophisticated but with a reasonable price tag. This is no gourmand nor a sweet floral. This is grown up, mature, a leader not a follower, yet still suitable for all ages and sexes.
While it doesn’t appear to be as loud as WD I don’t think ET would be disappointed with this.
