Once again, another truly extraordinary replication by CLEAN of the everyday scents we love .
In this case, I would say this smells just like opening the door of a steam room in a spa: steamy medicinal yet fragrant essential oils and herbal vapours diffusing as you relax and inhale the steam aromas allowing the warmth to envelope you.
as the smell fades as the hours wear on, it smells like the regular soapy smell with a lingering hint of something herbal and aromatic – probably the cedar…maybe a hint of black pepper and eucalyptus? Unlike other CLEAN scents, this one is actually not chemical smelling at all and could pass for a normal perfume. Opening notes of roses very strong, with blackberry and tea with some aromatic general “herbal / medicinal” notes (sandalwood? Black pepper? Basil? cedar) Base notes maybe musk and cedar.
Sillage is good – moderate, can be smelled at normal arms length like a regular perfume. On me this lasts all day too.

This is so nice if your looking for a clean citrus with a twist perfume .. Right off the bat I pick up spiced orange tea then it floats into a slight spiced rose and after wearing this perfume for 5 hours I actually have a nice blend of all the base notes .. On me so far on my skin the sillage is arms length the longevity I believe it could last about 7 hours because after 5 hours I can catch whiffs of it as I move my arms around just working around the house … Again this is solely based on my chemistry …

very long lasting, everyday wear type of fragrance, unisex but a bit floral for males but should do the trick if you are looking for fragrances away from the usual fougere green fruity for men

I wanted something different for my collection…. fresh citrus but not the usual lemon-lime citrus. This was a blind buy for me and definitely a good one! Very Spa-like feel. Very nice leather musk dry down.
Sillage is average and Longevity is good. 4 hrs on me.

Start off smelling very very lemon and citrus. That I dont`t like. BUT give it an hour and the fragrance has changed to a clean,light, fresh fragrance.

To be honest I brought this because from reading about this perfume (not on here but from them) I thought YIPPEE it’s going to be a bit like Philosophy’s Falling in Love but a bit edgier!!!! Hmmmmmm TBH it is a nice fragrance but you don’t get any blackberry fragrance at all. It is a lovely clean, fresh fragrance with musky undertones but you really get NO blackberry undertones even in the dry down. Don’t get me wrong I love the EDP and it does last on your skin but if you are looking for one with blackberry undertones you will be disappointed. I have just treated myself online to Trish Mcevoy No.9 and reading all the reviews I am excited to try it and think it will be the one and have good lasting power, dry down & sillage. I will let you know when it arrives! Lol xxx

I received a sample vial of this scent with a purchase from Ebay. What a surprise! I wasn’t expecting such a nice and interesting blend from a brand called ‘Clean’. Their Wellness line seems to be more pronounced in terms of composition and use of notes.
Purity starts out with a hot, steamy and aromatic blast that reminded me of a steam shower or hammam, I find this ‘spa’ atmosphere straight out from the bottle quite an accomplishment. As the heart develops, the feel is cleaner, softer and soapier, somewhat resembling JLo’s Glow with its ‘just out of the shower’ freshness. This lasts about 3 hours and has some sillage too. There’s still something spicy and aromatic lingering there, I guess it’s the geranium.
The drydown is a soft, aromatic skin scent, the leather is barely there such as the sandalwood. I got more musk and cedar which stayed close to the skin. I would probably get bored with this ‘clean skin scent’ but to wear it for a day was a nice experience.
