The worst blind buy purchase I’ve ever made online. I Ordered Water World from the EU because I couldn’t find a state side seller. The package was shipped out of Germany with the fragrance top already broken right out of the box. Not to mention the glass bottle was wobbly on my dresser when it was clearly designed not to be so.
The juice was a real let down as well. It smelled like a dilluted version of Versace The Dreamer, but more generic. Don’t get me wrong, I wasn’t expecting Love Potion #9 considering the price point, but I was expecting a little more originality and definitely better quality control.
This buying experience really has me sitting on the fence about purchasing another blind buy. The problem with fragrance collecting is, once you start accumulating a certin amount of scents (say around 40 to 50), it gets really easy to start running into fragrances that smell like stuff that you already own. And being that I’m getting into “under the radar” cheapies, it’s hard to find stuff I’m looking for on fragrance sample sites. I’m digressing I know.
Anyway, skip this cash grab offering for sure, as I got very little Water World and more Vanilla and Musk World than anything else. Due to the price point there was no sense in shipping back. I cut my losses and gave it to a friend at work.
