i ordered 2 bottles because of the fantastic reviews hereunder. However is does not fit me at all and i think it is too intense for me.
So i sell these new bottles of 30 ml.
If you are interested give me an message.
I send only with track and trace

Similar to Gold Couture, but the red currant in Sucre balances the sweetness. After comparing Gold couture to Sucre I feel that VLJ Sucre is a better version. Gold Couture has become sickeningly too sweet for me. Don’t get me wrong, both are really sweet I just feel like Sucre is a bit more interesting.

One week since I bought this gem and I haven´t wore anything else almost. I LOVE this! It´s sweet and comforting and you smell like you have been baking delicious cookies for several hours. Would have wished for a little more longevity and sillage but maybe it would be over the top with the wonderful sugary sweetness. I have been looking for the perfect sugar scent and now I finally found it! The name and bottle correspond incredibly well with the scent and I love the big lump of fake crystal on top together with the dotted bow. It´s both funny and cute at the same time.

I thought gold couture is the best from the house, But when I smelled sucre It changed my mind. I can’t describe how amazing this smells, It has the same juicy couture DNA like others from this house but it is sweeter (which I like) and smoother but less fruity than other Juicy coutures.
They are some fragrances that you just want to smell the whole day, Sucre is one of them, Maybe it’s simple and not complex, But it’s not boring at all.
I’m currently single guy but I want my future Girlfriend smell like this all the time.

Sucre is charmingly common. It’s sweetness is simple and sunny, unsophisticated but brave, and brings a smile to those who encounter it. I bought it, despite usually having a penchant for more complex and “grown-up” scents, but I like this because it’s character is a bit naughty and childish. Cupcakes, sweet shop, icing on cakes, pressurised cream in a can you swirl onto desserts, all these are present in this perfume. The bottle is gloriously silly, which only increases the playful side of this sweet and slightly slutty, pretty scent. In reply to NativeBabi916L, I don’t get the play-doh vibe from Sucre, but do get a play-doh vibe strongly from Dior’s Hypnotic Poison. I think Hypnotic Poison’s similarity to play-doh is the almond and sweeter notes. And possibly it is the almond in Sucre that reminds you of play-doh, with the cupcake aspect in there. But I don’t smell almond strongly in this scent at all. It’s longevity on my skin is beyond satisfactory, I can still smell it 5-6 hours later.

My quest for an unashamed sweet treat continues. Juicy Sucre hits heavy with alcohol, settles briefly, then wafts away after mere minutes. I’m hoping Prada Candy will be the answer to my sweet-seeking prayers!
Stay tuned…I’ll edit once the Candy arrives.
*EDIT* Prada Candy isn’t sweet or luscious. I get alcohol, and a brief waft of caramel and tobacco (what?) as it fades. Off to try Ariana Grande Sweet like Candy.

Just like the other reviewer said, it smells like vanilla flavored whipped cream on a fruit cake. Smells very yummy indeed.
However the sillage and Longevity is a complete joke. I’ve bought a few samples of this perfume. Smells delicious but lasts for only about 10 minutes and then the close to skin smell after is very faint.
Thank God I bought samples of this instead of the perfume bottle itself because its actually pricey.
It has the same effect of a generic body spray. You can smell it for a little bit but after a few minutes you can’t smell it at all. This perfume would’ve been one of my favourites forsure if it only lasted.

To me this fragrance is not too complex, i think it smells like a fruity cake topped with vanilla fravored whipped cream. Its as simple as that. I like it very much but it has no lasting power.

This takes the frankly rather masculine Viva La Juicy DNA and finally makes it feminine enough to merit these extravagantly pink/decorated bottles. It has a cherry, berry cotton candy thing going on in the opener that stays palatable thanks to a touch of citrus. I like it a lot and find that I can keep sniffing it because it doesn’t have too many florals and therefore doesn’t become cloying. Its sillage is pretty bad and longevity is so-so. If you can snag it cheap it’s probably the most feminine of the VLJ line, and a good inviting scent.

I’m debating wether I should stand this one out or not, because of its…sweetness 🙂 (sounds like it could give me a…toothache on my skin. Lol). I own its other sisters from the same Viva line (also some awesome sweet scents from Victoria’s Secret) and they should fulfill my craving for sweet fragrance just fine. But I do like the bottle design though, so I may still get it 🙂
Latest update: it arrived today and boy oh boy…An instant LOVE for me 🙂 Its opening smells so similar to Victoria’s Secret Little Things Noir Tease which I also like very much. Smooth, creamy sweet and girly, but absolutely NOT cheaply, or artificially sweet, or “childish”, or “lollipop-like” at all. It is like a deliciously fancy, yummy “dessert” on my skin 🙂 And the bottle is so adorable. It presents the perfume perfectly. The dry down is cozy with warm vanilla and almond cream, kinda reminded me of Thierry Mugler Angel Eau Sucrée EDP.
I’m glad that I went for it!

The reviewer below me pretty much said everything I wanted to say about this except that I should have known this would be a nauseating synthetic sugar bomb based on the appearance of the bottle. No more blind buys for me. This was headache-inducing for me today. I am returning this.

Is it crazy or bad that I had this on my want list mainly for the bottle (which I never actually saw in person)…? Anyway..
This is indeed similar to Ariana Grande Sweet Like Candy to my nose/on my skin. Sweet, not much else. Can’t decipher any specific notes. Cloying and synthetic. I’ve been oddly on a Juicy Couture kick lately, as my skin and things have changed, I can tolerate and even like some things I hadn’t in the past. Some Juicy Couture offerings I have revisited lately (or visited for the first time) have been lovely, some ‘meh’. Sucre is exactly the sweetness I’ve always thought of when thinking about the Juicy Couture line (although they have branched out away from the sugar bombs, happy to say). This is definitely Viva La Juicy’s slightly louder little sister. If you like sugary sweet fragrances, this might be right up your alley.
The bottle design..yeah, should be an indicator. I guess I was hoping to be able to distinguish some of the other notes, not just the overpowering sweetness.
But for me, the old JC DNA here is a bit much, borderline headache-inducing, just way too sweet and too cloying and too synthetic to my nose/on my skin. But some other JC frags…just lovely. As the old saying goes..Can’t please them all!
Thank goodness I only ordered a sample off evilbay before taking the plunge for a full blown bottle, so cute though it looks online.

*continued … so the warmth in this scent just makes it so cozy and delicious! I do not really smell any florals in this either, or fruit… just Creamy dreamy vanilla ice cream and whipped topping and powdered sugar lol it’s so good, I want to eat it lol

Juicy sucre where have you been my whole life lol wow okay so in my personal opinion this viva la juicy flanker smells NOTHING like the other VIVA LA JUICY FLANKERS OUT THERE! I got a Christmas sampler box where they had so many viva flankers it would make your head spin lol and they basically all smelled the same pretty much except for the gold couture and original viva la juicy which I have and love! I haven’t got the gold yet but plan to! Anyways I actually didn’t care for any of the Malibu, couture couture ,surf and la Fleur, they were all to strong and to me too Sharp and screeching if that makes sense but that all changed when I sprayed sucre on my skin! It just melts into my skin chemistry like it was made for me! Or we were made for each other haha… no sharp notes and no obnoxious smell, just pure sweet creaminess that is warm and very cuddly! It is super sweet but the difference I think with this one is it’s so creamy like ice cream

Based on the notes, I thought Sucre would be something I’d love and had it on my Want shelf since it’s release. I was gifted a generous decant in a recent swap and I am very surprised. It is a nice, with emphasis on nice, fragrance. On me, it has no lasting power. I sprayed myself generously and it was gone in a couple of hours. None of the notes stand out to me. It just smells very sweet, if that makes sense. One reviewer compared it to a pile of artificial sweeteners, and that would be quite accurate.
It has been compared to Sweet like Candy and I completely agree. They both have the same underlying something, however, I much prefer Sweet like Candy which lasts for hours on my skin.
I was planning to blind buy this but I am so glad I waited. Just goes to show you never know with a fragrance until you actually test it on your skin. I will happily use up my decant but I wouldn’t want a full bottle.

Creamy fruity vanilla. It’s a cuddling scent. Sweet and delicate.
Perfect for a date or for bed, … or both 😉
I find the bottle cute. The scent is warm and inviting and I think all ages can enjoy this gourmand sweet creamy vanilla.

This one smells kind of fake-sugary to me, not as a negative, just as a personally perceived fact. I don’t like the strength of this perfume, which will probably be a huge plus for other people–this perfume is SO STRONG, and it lasts for-ever–so yeah it’s super sweet, sort of like a pile of artificial sweeteners.

If you are as sensitive to patchouli as I am, I would stay away from this version of Viva La Juicy. The ‘cocoa’ note here has clearly been realized through a dusty, chocolatey patchouli. So, although this starts as a gorgeous smooth, creamy, whipped cream-topped Viva La Juicy thing, it dries down to something that is a bit more harsh and more bitter than we’re used to smelling in Viva La Juicy. This isn’t a bad thing per se, but it is a little jarring because it is so unexpected. Overall, I still can’t figure out how I feel about this version. It definitely has superior staying power and great sillage (even with a mere 3 sprays, people smelled me before I walked into a room), but I’m not sure I’m sold on the dry down.
Also, I will say to those who express disappointment with the sillage and staying power of Viva La Juicy fragrances in general, these fragrances tend to cause relatively quick anosmia. So, even though we stop smelling them somewhat quickly ourselves (and perhaps also those who stay close to us for a long time), people passing by will notice them on you many hours after application. At least, that has been my experience.

Got this for Christmas and I love it 🙂 one of my favorites from Juicy Couture. This one, on me, has a chocolate scent especially in the drydown 🙂 I also smell rum in this, but rum is not listed…really love it and the bottle is absolutely lovely 🙂

I totally wanted to love this because I love sweet scents and the notes are right up my ally (if I’m craving something sweet!). It’s an ok fume and I like the drydown but the comparisons to the Ariana fragrance are legit. This bothers me. It also reminds me of Katy Perry’s Meow. In other words, this will be one you’ve most likely smelled before. Very unoriginal. This is nothing special at all. SAVE YOUR COINS. I’m probably going to return it asap unless I decide to use it as pillow mist or just something to wear when I can’t decide what fragrance to wear. The original Juicy Couture, along with Couture Couture, are probably my favorites from the JC brand. Anyway, this is just my opinion. I find the bottle cute though. That’s it…

I love Juicy fragrances, I have the original Viva La Juicy, Glacé and Rose. I had high expectations for Sucre, but unfortunately, I was disappointed. I’m glad I tested it before I bought it. When you first spray it it smells really pretty and sweet, but when it dries down there’s a harsh, bitter note that comes out and that completely changes the scent. I don’t know exactly what it is, it kind of smells like black licorice (which I hate). And the lasting power is terrible! I tried it first on a paper, and within 30 minutes I couldn’t smell it anymore. I tried it again, this time on my skin, and in less than an hour the smell was completely gone. It’s a shame because I really wanted to like Sucre.

I got this way back in Feb 2017 and its one of my favorite perfumes!!
I think the bottle is so pretty and cute!! The perfume itself reminds me of Viva La Juicy loaded up with whipped cream and vanilla!
I love it and never get tired of wearing it and this one is a great year round perfume and its one perfume I get complimented on anytime I wear it!!

  24. :

VLJ Sucre is a favorite and shares the spotlight as a signature scent along with VLJ Noire and VLJ Original. These fragrances go so well with my skin and I get tons of compliments. I think my skin transforms them into something different. I wear these fragrances versus them wearing me.
Sucre is a soft and sweet scent that is warm and cozy. There is nothing sharp in it and sits close to the skin. This is suited for Fall and Spring when the air is cool.
I’m surprised to love a fragrance with a peach note in it. The peach is definitely not prominent. Now I have rethink everything and try some other fragrances that I ruled out.
Summary: Noire and Original are favorites but Sucre is Favorite Favorite!

Ok, I absolutely ADORE the bottle! Most of JC’s bottles are so feminine and pretty that I’d collect them for looks alone if I could. Always so pretty and ornate.
This fragrance is definitely sweet! I don’t really get many layers to this one, just very dark berries and sugar. I’m going to wear it again and maybe spray it somewhere else where it can really react to my body chemistry because I’m trying to pick out the almond in there somewhere. It’s pretty and cute tho-not offensive but not mind blowing. Worth the money for the bottle LOL
The closest thing I can compare this to is the fruit syrups you get at IHOP LOL The berry one. Smells identical to my nose.
UPDATE: Ok, I think I figured out what this smells like -Cacharel Amor Amor. I kept wondering why this smelled so familiar. It’s not bad btw just not really my thing. I like the dark chocolate and caramel end of the gourmands-not the candied fruit. The longevity on this is horrible. too. Lasts MAYBE 3 hours. Cute bottle tho.

A harmonious fruity floral – like listening to a beautiful cord.

Seems to me that juicy couture is pouring all of their money into packaging and nothing into their fragrances. The original juicy couture is the only one of quality and the rest are cheap body sprays in over the top bottles. What trash! I liked this one and the new glacé version but the extremely poor longevity is a massive disappointment.

If you want a cheap version of this perfume buy nicki minaj pink firday. Smells very similar upon opening. This one is less sweet compared to other juicy perfumes and has more florals. It is nice but not wow.

  29. :

    3 out of 5

I’m a bit disappointed with this one. I feel like this is what the original Viva La Juicy should have smelt like.
I don’t get a lot of sweetness with this compared to the original. Just a bit more. Actually, when it first gets sprayed I get a hit of the gardenia more than anything. Then when it starts to settle some of the cream and vanilla come through.
It does, as another reviewer pointed out, make you realize how floral and clean the original VLJ is! I would also like to mention that I have both Sweet Like Candy and Ari, by Ariana Grande. This smells closer to Ari than Sweet Like Candy in my opinion. But both are very different still.
If you want something actually sweet I would recommend Gold Couture instead. It is decadent and makes no apologies. You could also get Sweet Like Candy which is so much better than this, but regretfully it has horrible lasting power.
Maybe it’s just my body chemistry but this could have been such a beautiful fragrance. A scent that actually matches the packaging. A missed opportunity for Juicy Couture unfortunately. They really should have toned down the florals even more and amped up the berries, cream, and frosting.
    6.5/10, would not repurchase 🙁

A friend let me spray this, and can I say, the bottle is very pretty! (As with all Juicy Couture perfumes, in my personal opinion of course.)
It’s the original Viva La mixed with Britney Fantasy. It’s warm, cupcake-y, vanilla-y and very yummy.
Faded after about 20 minutes so I probably won’t buy a bottle for the price, but it’s very very sweet and girly!

  31. :

    4 out of 5

When it is first sprayed and throughout its wear through the day, this smells like the drydown of the original Viva La Juicy except way less floral. Not the top notes of Original VLJ though. I hate the cheap berry notes the original VLJ produces for the first like 20-30 min of wearing it so this is perfect to me! It has that yummy almost bubble gummy vanilla and hints of caramel scent that really first attracted me to VLJ back when it came out (in 2009 I believe?). In terms of sweetness/gourmand-ness (lol) it’s in between VLJ original and Gold Couture. I never realized how clean/floral Original VLJ is til I compared it to this and Gold Couture. This has almost no lasting floral notes. Lasting power is like 2 hours max which sucks for a higher priced perfume. Just a nice yummy cozy whipped cream scent with some florals in there so you don’t smell like an ice cream cone. I think 90% of the appeal of this is the bottle. It’s tacky but so cute! Don’t fall into the cute packaging and waste your money, though. Just get the original Viva La Juicy from your fave discount perfume retailer instead, the lasting power on this is atrocious and the original is close enough that you aren’t missing out.

Never has a perfume checked my boxes like this one! I adore the rich vanilla that hits you straight away that fades into the sweet cream soda note that I love in a scent. It’s warm, sickly sweet and perfect for me! I love the bottle especially! How much tackier and silly could it be?? I have gotten tons of samples of it already, and I’ll be saving up for a real bottle. Amazing! <3

I like this a lot. I cannot justify buying a bottle because it is expensive and it already smells very similar to my 3.4 oz Sweet Like Candy by Ariana Grande. I’m glad to know I have a backup in case they discontinue one of my new favorite perfumes.

  35. :

Although it smells better than the other juicys I cannot justify paying more than $30 it just doesnt last, on me it went away after 10 minutes:(

  36. :

Nothing so special in my opinion, but the bottle is beautiful.
This reminds me of VLJ gold couture. It isn’t sickenly sweet, just nice enough. To me, it’s like a mix between VLJ Gold and Ariana’s perfume.
    Lasting power isn’t great.

This is my first review, and I’m a fragrance noob, so don’t hate lol.
I lovelovelove this fragrance, and honestly, it would be the only JC perfume I would ever need, except I can barely smell it! I got a sample from Sephora (before I commit to dropping $100 on the big bottle because it really is that good), and I ended up using half the sample in one go because I just couldn’t smell it. I’m going to use up the rest of the sample, but I doubt I’ll be able to justify purchasing even the smaller size because I feel like it would be money down the drain. 🙁

My boyfriend bought me this for Valentine’s day knowing that I love juicy couture. I love nearly all juicy couture perfumes. This one though, is the champion in my opinion of VLJ and all the other flankers. It’s very sweet. This perfume along with pink warm and cozy body mist by Victoria’s secret are the two scents my boyfriend loves on me. To me, this smells like a luxury gourmand scent. Luxurious and gourmand it is indeed, so it delivers. I constantly have men and women alike that stop me to say how much they love this and where to get it. If you want to keep your man nearby so he can keep taking whiffs of you, this is the one for you.
I’ve compared this with sweet like candy by Ariana Grande on my review for sweet like candy. There is a likeness between the two as they are both sweet but I’ll sum it up by saying this is more cupcake like, whereas SLC is more blackberry and vanilla sweet. Ithey are easily individually distinguishable for what they are and do not smell that much alike. I love both, but VLJ Sucre has more longevity.

This is my everyday sent at the moment and i totally love it! I put it on in the morning for school and when i come back i still smell it!! when you spray it first it smells really zesty and orange and in the middle of the day it smells so sweet like macaroon and cupcake 🙂 and at the end of the day it smells so much like vanilla. for sure it smells a lot like viva la juicy original but with touch of cupcake.

Love love love this perfume smells like candy sweets and cupcakes its lush and the bottle is so cute! what i really dislike is i can’t smell it anymore after about 5 or so mins of putting it on it doesn’t seem to last i do struggle to find perfumes that last on my skin but this one is specifically bad.

    @saintleegray
I hear you, well said, juicy makes some great frags but such poor quality. I owned four and resold all, just not worth the effort.
And like you said in the last decade the quality and longevity has gone down hill.
I wonder… I know that interior decor takes some lead from fashion, therefore perfumes; more their image, is aimed to align with those…
you know, ‘simple, chic, clean, flowy, light, fresh….. ergo the light weight efforts/less % fragrance oils to make more profit.
I have several from Dior and a few are just what they should be, but the EDT ones are rubbish. It doesn’t matter if I like a scent, or from which house, if the longevity isn’t there, it’s not quality. Perfume doesn’t have to be loud to be quality, but it has to last.
Then 90’s and 00’s were more power, intent, strength, enliven…..

When I heard about this one recently I literally gay gasped! I wanted to try the new Viva La Juicy Sucre as I tend to really love the gourmand, foody, sweet fragrances.
I’ve been a fan of Juicy Couture for years, since like day one when the company started out. When they released the first fragrance I immediately bought it and it has been one of my favorites for years. Its nice to see them trying something new and different.
First off, the bottle of this is soooooo stinking cute and very reminiscent of what you would expect this to smell like. To me right away it is very sweet and cake like. In fact while I was smelling it on a test strip the sales associate told me she wasn’t a fan because she used to work in a bakery, and this scent reminded her too much of when she worked in the bakery. Haha.
I think it becomes warmer and more cake like on the dry down. It is very sweet still and the warmer notes of vanilla come out. This one had a long wear and I am absolutely in love! Now I want a cupcake!

  45. :

    4 out of 5

The fact is that this perfume is stunning. For a gourmand lover, or even just a person who likes some very sweet smells Juicy always hits the mark for best scents, not just best perfume, I would buy most of theirs in candle/misc form. Whether this is classy or elegant is in the eye of the beholder, I find it right on the edge.
This is absolutely scrumptious, decadent, sweet and glorious. The notes are layered perfectly, the way they come together, the almond, the whipped cream, vanilla, fruits, and some very light florals is so rich I could just breathe it in and feel happy.
However we need to discuss Juicy’s inability to create quality. Quality smells isn’t the issue, almost all of their perfumes are good to me, and obviously have mass appeal. Quality sillage and longevity is an issue, and a real one. I don’t know why perfume made in the last decade has such poor lasting power while prices have increased and frankly I’m sick of it. Juicy Couture is one of the biggest offenders, this is a fact. The people who seem to be able to smell it on themselves for any period of time are not the norm, and that’s outrageous for a bottle that costs 80+ for a small one. This perfume is no exception, it fades close to immediately. If Juicy could fix this issue with their perfumes I would literally own half of them. But I guess they don’t have to, they sell out regardless.
Although I love this, and I really do love the way this smells, there is zero possibility of me buying it. I refuse to pay higher end prices for generic body spray quality.

    Woah!
This smells like all my favorites in one.
I have always loved vanilla and cacao; But with the age, for some reason I am drawn more to sweet scents. Which is totally the opposite from what I was before.
Anyway, this “SUCRE” is the first thing that got my attention. But Viva La Juicy has always been so “caramelized”, so what could happen?
    Good thing, apparently!
Sucre is so nice! It’s the creaminess of almond and vanilla that I mostly got, and it’s just awesome 😀 This fragrance lasts quite long on me, and it’s just cute I cannot talk much.
On that love-hate opinion on the bottle though, I do not hate or love the bottle, but it does not look that “sweet” either 😀
But who cares? The juice is heavenly!

  47. :

I so wanted to love this perfume.
The bottle is absolutely tacky but it’s cute as hell.
Show me one who doesn’t want this on their vanity.
Unfortunately, as to all Juicy’s fragrances except for Gold, it lasts max 10 minutes and then it’s gone.
    Too light, almost undetectable.
    Feels like it’s well-crafted and well-mixed, though.
I mean, for the 10 minutes you actually smell it.
Very disappointing, the bottle itself is oh so pretty but just isn’t enough for me to have it in my collection.

  48. :

    4 out of 5

Call me an unsophisticated simpleton, but this fragrance is a solid “Love”. It’s creamy, sweet, lovely, pure vanilla and almond with the slightest hint of natural coconut. It doesn’t leave me with a scent induced headache. Luscious and wonderful, as far as I’m concerned.
The bottle, on the other hand, is possibly the most offensively ridiculous packaging I’ve ever beheld. Believe it or not, it’s even more hideous than pictured. I actually attacked my large bottle with an X-acto knife, nail nippers and a box cutter to remove the “adornments”. It ended up looking much like the first JC fragrance bottle, but I destroyed the spray pump, and cut my hand twice, in the process. It was worth it.
It blows my mind that someone was actually paid to design this aesthetic abomination. Is it my imagination or have JC’s , tacky to begin with, bottles been growing progressively worse over the last decade?

Sucre is very warm on me, almost powdery. I’m not getting all of the wonderful notes that many of the other people are getting. It’s not offensive but not purchase worthy either. Reminds me of many cheap celebrity fragrances. I feel bad saying that, but wanted to be honest.

original viva was my signature for years. when sucre came out I loved it on paper for days but couldn’t stand it for 2 seconds on me. now this is the only perfume I’ve ever had this experience with.

In my opinion, this is what the original Juicy couture perfume should have smelled like. I remember I was so excited when I saw the notes for the original Juicy couture scent and being so disappointed when I smelled it… I hate it. lol I also can’t stand Malibu, which I also thought I’d love from the notes. However, “I am Juicy couture” is one of my ultimate favourite scents, and I also love Viva la juicy noir… so I am always ready to give Juicy couture’s scents a try. I was so excited when I saw they were releasing a Viva la juicy sucré, cause I am very much into sugary/candy/gourmand scents. Well… Once again, the bottle is ABSOLUTELY horrible, tacky and seems to be designed for a 5 years old girl. Disney bottles are more classy, it gives you an idea. 😛 But well, who cares? You don’t walk around with the bottle in your neck, let’s talk about the juice. It is alright, but not to jump around. I feel the initial vibe of the original Juicy couture scent, but with a sugary twist. It is not what I’d call extremely gourmand though, and it is not cloying. It is a good everyday scent, it is sugary, but not overwhelming. Definitely don’t Worth the 90$ though!!!! For me, this is a pretty big like, but definitely not a love.

Oh my gosh, I love this sooooooo much! One of my new favorites. The smell is so sweet and yummy and the bottle is absolutely adorable!

The bottle is ridiculous, like a five year old’s design. The scent is boring fruity floral. I didn’t really get a lot of cream either. It does seem stronger than the original or the gold, but somehow manages to be dull at the same time.

I wouldn’t buy it for myself, because it’s not exactly my taste. But the scent is quite good, I must admit.
Quite deliciously sweet like a dessert with lots of cream and sugar.
Reminds me of many other sweet scents, so it’s not original.
It also reminds me of other fragrances from that line, typical Viva la Juicy scent is definitely there. I sense almonds, vanilla, gardenia and peach notes the most.
Like it, but don’t love it.
I don’t like the bottle though, it looked horrible.

Cute bottle, scent is ok but no staying power at all.

Sucre is, of course, super, super sugary sweet, and given that I love really sweet scents, I do like it. BUT it is quite one-dimensional and I have too many other toothache gourmands that have more going on for this to be a worthwhile purchase. A+ performance in terms of projection and longevity, though, and Juicy collectors could get it for the bottle alone.

Such a fun and cute bottle with a delicious edible smell. Unfortunately it doesn’t last very long and the silage is low in my opinion.

I have been wearing this every day for the past week. To me, its like a sweeter Viva La Juicy. VLJ has some sour notes to it and in Sucre those sour notes were taken out and replaced with some yummy, long lasting sweetness. It is very pleasant. I am not crazy in love with it but I love it and rather have Sucre over VLJ.
As to the packaging…I think they over did it. ALL of that extra was not necessary. It is as if they aimed to attract 12 yr old girls. In my opinion, It might be intimidating to the older fans. Anyone could really wear this fragrance because even tho it is sweet, it is not a “childish sweet” type of perfume but more like a refined and sophisticated sweet. They need to re-package this thing. It is Hideous!
