Brazilian alternative to the iconic Zino Davidoff, but lighter and cooler, as often all the brazilian versions (EDC to “adapt to the Brazilian heat” say the marks), but the fact is that the more dense flavors usually are the best commercial success. When brazilian perfumeries accept this fact, we can finally compete on equal bases with internacional brands. It has a soapy lemon in the top notes, then florals emerge, especially geranium (with some Lily and jasmine touches) tempered by sage and nutmeg, which give the cologne a “eighties old-school” style, supported in the background by patchouli and creamy sandalwood. Aroma is excellent. Duration could be better. All national colognes should have their EDP version, more powerful dense. Anyway, Vezzo worth it´s low price, for sure.

This was, for years, the best Brazilian cologne ever produced, in my opinion. I don’t wear it anymore, since I became a collector and a personal consultant, but people complain that it has suffered some reformulations.
I received one bottle so many years ago, as a birthday gift, and the sillage was awesome. Better than that, the longevity was beyond any expectations.
My mom used to pick up my clothes to wash and clean and I remember she always said: “your cologne is still here”. Sometimes, days after I have worn.
The inspiration was unknown by that time and years later, I discovered that was Zino, by Davidoff, which I have on my personal collection, obviously.
Good days from my past!
