I ordered some samples. From house of Armaf: Club de Nuit Intense Man, Club de Nuit Intense Woman, Tres Nuit, Skin Couture Metallica and Craze. From house of Estiara: E-Homme. We all know that these six fragrances are imitation of some pricier scents. I’ve never heard of Ga-De so I also ordered a sample of Ga-De Vertigo Milano, just for fun.
Last night I was visiting a lady friend of mine and asked her to grade these seven fragrances. I let her smell dried scents on paper, I sprayd on my skin, we had a second round, a third round… She chose Vertigo Milano over the other fragrances every time! She said it’s good and manly. It didn’t give her butterflies, but it was a clear winner. A side note: She graded Club de Nuit Intense Man the worst of the bunch on every round.
If age and location is relevant: she’s 39 and we live in a place with lots of rain, snow and only three to four months of summer heat per year.
My take on Ga-De Vertigo Milano: It’s ok. I don’t hate it, I don’t love it. On scale 1 to 10, I’d say this is a 5. I will use the sample to the end but at this point I’m not interested in buying it. Let’s see if I change my mind in a week or two…
