It reminds me of something called “Sweet Pea” by Crabtree and Evelyn I had in 1985. Very fresh green flower. Maybe it’s because my decant is a little old but it barely stays on me for 30 minutes. Next time, I’m going to overdo the dabbing and see if it lasts longer. I think the green pea scent goes away and makes way for watermelon but … it’s so light now, I am not 100% sure. So that’s it, green flower to watermelon.

Years ago, I had a small bottle of this.
It was a scent so delicate and evanescent too much for my liking.
Here it is to me a big bottle and, wow! Vert d’Eau has managed to surprise me.
It is much more intense, herbaceous, floral and yet full of sweetness.
But the strange thing is that the smell is completely different every time you spray.
The first spray in the heat of a sunny afternoon: flowers and watermelon and honey, fresh sweet and delicious.
The second spray in the fresh air of the evening, herbal almost sharp, and then much too flourished as a room full of cut lilacs which exhale their strong scent.
Now it is night in the warmth of my bed and the last spray is still different, innocent flowers and warm together, and even a touch of watermelon gives watering …
Usually I do not like florals, but this … I like this …
As is often the fragrances of Les Nereides, it is a bit ‘ambiguous: innocent and sensual at the same time, fresh and warm, soft and sharp, young and mature.
And in time there is something that reminds me of Hypnotic Poison but softer, more natural and sweet.
After two hours I left on the skin vanilla, white flowers, and maybe sugar almond …

If you don’t have it hayfever during spring/summer time then you should like it. Is nice and very, very fresh. Smell Is just like fresh cut grass. Unfortunatelly I can’t stand it – I blame my allergy for grass. Gave me a really bad headache.

I can´t smell any watermelon. In my opinion it´s really fresh without being toilette cleaner-ish.

this one sounds interesting…but for the watermelon. can’t stand the taste of it, therefore probably wouldn’t want to smell like it! to me, musk de java is THE summery smell.
