I wanted to like this more than I did. I”ve given it three wearings, but my experience remains unchanged.
This is an ‘attic rose’ on me. It feels like there is a big dust ball sitting in the pyramid. Rose is my favorite floral, and patchouli/benzoin are favorite base notes. But instead of warm and sweet, I’m getting ‘weighed down’ and flat.
i”m curious to see which scent profile this was made for. I gravitate towards floral greens/oriental floral woodies. I rarely like aldehydes in my fragrances, and that might be the key to my ‘meh’ response.
