Rich, thick, warm, creamy…it’s gorgeous. It is not too sweet, being tempered by the woods, spices, and incense. I love it. The first spray is exactly buttercream frosting, but don’t let that scare you off. It dries down quickly into a much more nuanced, adult scent. I blind bought this and have absolutely no regrets.
Edited to add: It does dry down to a lovely powdery vanilla. It feels completely modern to my nose, although you can tell the inspiration is definitely Guerlain.
