This is nice. Mostly vanilla, but the apricot does come through a bit. It’s just not special enough to justify adding to my wardrobe. I would call it basically a straight up vanilla with a bit of something else in it. That’s all. Haha

As most have said, this is a very, very sweet fragrance. The apricot doesn’t stand center stage to me, but it does add a bit of interest to the very sugary vanilla syrup. As with a lot of CSP’s fragrances, I fall in the middle of the road with this.

Top notes are papaya, jackfruit and apricot; middle notes are apricot, jackfruit and papaya; base notes are vanilla and sugar.
1st fragrance I purchased after Pink Sugar. Extremely sweet and cloying, this is a SUGARBOMB.
Sugary vanilla apricots, almost makes your teeth ache.
I really liked it when I was younger.

    Love this.
No longevity, so I spray it on clothing instead of skin.
Almost exact dupe is Monoi Tiare Tahiti Vanilla perfume, but it’s discontinued, I think, and not exactly cheap. But it smells nearly, if not entirely, identical.

To me, this smells fantastic. The only negative thing I have to say is that on me, it simply does not last…which means I’m going through it pretty fast. I cannot even explain how pleasant this scent is. It just gives me like a little happy boost when I smell it. I like it so much that If they had a shampoo or soap in this fragrance…I’d use them too.

I have a bottle from 10 years ago that I was convinced into buying by the sales people at Sephora who all loved it. I made the mistake of not trying the perfume on myself but smelling the sales person instead and it smelled great on her. After spraying two healthy spritzes on myself at home, I was very regretful because I didn’t really get the tart, fruity apricot because it was totally muted by the papaya and jackfruit which are very sweet tropical fruits, and the vanilla and sugar were so sweet and persistent on my clothes that I had to take them off. I was expecting a tart and deep rich vanilla perfume like the Victoria Secret’s line that had vanilla mixed with apricot and peaches and other fruit from the 80’s or 90’s, but this was just too sweet and linear to like on my person. I discovered that using it as a room spray is wonderful and makes your house smell like you baked cookies. I spray this on my lampshade so the heat from the lamp distributes is wonderfully throughout the whole room.

This is pleasant, but I would not repurchase. CSP pricing is outrageous. Generic fruity vanilla body sprays have more longevity. I do wish someone would come up with a true apricot-warmed-in-the-sun perfume. Would snap it up in a heartbeat.

This is a very nice mix of apricot, vanilla, and sugar. Like everyone else, I find an issue with the sillage and longevity. My tastes have changed over the years and so tropical/fruity sugar scents are not really my thing, but this is lovely.

  9. :

If only, if only, this had more sillage and projection I would repurchase. In one summer I have gone through almost an entire 3.3 oz bottle. You have to use a TON for it to be smell-able to others, but it’s one of my favorite comfort food scents.
If you grew up in the 80’s, you probably remember getting a new doll or My Little Pony and opening the box. Remember that sweet plastic scent that wafted up from the doll? THAT is this scent, and for me it brings back such good memories. It’s the perfect vanilla tempered by the apricot, and I just call it my Doll Head scent. I’m so sad that I have to use so much, so it’s just not a good buy for me. But if anybody knows of a similar Doll Head scent that actually has sillage power, please let me know! I’d love to find it and make it my holy grail!

  10. :

To me this smells like a vanilla-scented candle, nothing more, nothing less. Sillage/projection is barely moderate, more of a skin scent, and longevity is rather weak, with it getting very cloying and even sweeter on the dry down.
Definitely must (obviously) love vanilla and heavily-sugar-scented fragrances to own this one. I do not dislike this, it just is not anything unique and I feel like there are many much more affordable fragrances out there and I am just not a fan of metal cans for a fragrance. That said, I think this will be good to hang on to for vacations; no worry about the bottle breaking and it is a ‘safe enough’ fragrance for crowds/company. All in all it’s not a disaster fragrance, just not a fave or an everyday scent by any means.

I can see the Froot Loops reference and recognize it from many other of my perfumes like Lann-Ael, Dulcis in Fundo and Unknown Pleasures. This one is more like Solero shots to me. If you don’t know what that is, it was a popsicle with lemon and strawberry flavour. A quite nostalgic and tropical smell to me. If I didn’t know the notes I would say this starts with a tart, fruity pineapple-like thingy, mellowing down and unfortunately lasting not even an hour. Very disappointing since the scent itself is really lovely and gourmand. A much more expensive and more grown up alternative is Sunshine Woman by Amouage. That one has lasting power. I’m going to try Montale Sweet Vanilla in the future.

Smells really just like the name says… Extremely sweet, strong and one dimensional. But also really nice if you like vanilla and apricots. I had a bottle that leaked a little and tbh I’m not sad about it and wouldn’t buy it again. The scent is delicious, but maybe better suited for a scented candle, room scent, shower gel or something like that. I don’t want to smell just like vanilla and apricots all day anymore. But I would recommend CSP to those who want to.

You smelled one, you smelled all seems to be my story with Comptoir Sud Pacifique fragrances.
It’s vanilla with a drop of something else. And that drop is just an excuse to ‘create’ another flanker.
I adore osmanthus and apricot. But here I only get a extremely light sort of floral note, barely recognizable, swimming hopelessly in a sea of vanilla.
If you enjoy sweet perfumes, then probably Vanille Abricot will make you more than happy.
For the rest of us, we’ll, this could easily be confused for a obnoxious vanilla from a Bath&BodyWorks line.
In any case, I would rather choose Vanilla Insense from Atelier Cologne,

oh, this is just yum! I don’t get any of the fruity notes at all, it’s straight up sugary, syrupy, custard-y sweetness. My first spray lasted about 4 hours, and my second lasted well into the evening. I layered the second spray with Lolita Lempicka EDT of all things and it toned the sweetness down and tamed the powder in the LL.
I was happy to find that it was a yummy custard flavoured cotton candy (I know, there’s no such thing but it smells like it!). Most perfumes go powdery on me so I was pleased that this one didn’t, and I got no waxy notes, either.
It does conjure up an image of pink clouds made of cotton candy and unicorns hopping in the bouncy castle made of vanilla sponge. Having said that, I’m not sure if I want to wear this to work. It’s akin to that piece of cake you’re not supposed to so you eat when nobody’s looking…

Not paying attention- I queued up to receive this two x’s in in 3 months from an online sample subscription. When I put it on today (last week of Oct.) it smelled so good that I couldn’t remember why I wrote it off in August. It smelled like sweet, buttery toffee over apricot ice cream. No arid, powdery, king tuts-tomb note like in some other vanillas. All good to me. I walked through the house so the hubby could affirm how good I smelled; and that quickly it was GONE. Gone without a trace – I smelled like nothing. That’s why I wrote it off. Twice. 🙁

I’ve tried really hard to not like this perfume, but I digress–it makes me feel happy! It definitely isn’t something to take so seriously, since it’s pretty much 100% liquid fun. Very cute, but linear scent. CSP Vanille Abricot opens up with Skittles + waxy vanilla candle (yes, it smells exactly like the ones you can buy at IKEA). It doesn’t really deviate much from that except the vanilla gets warmer and more full-bodied; it’s thick and rich, but not suffocating. It smells like a mixture of either vanilla extract or cake + orange-coloured fruits (or Skittles). Smells completely delicious and edible. This should be a staple for any gourmand lover out there. It’s sweet, but nowhere near the likes of Pink Sugar, which is another gourmand perfume that is in the same subcategory as CSP Vanille Abricot. If you like Pink Sugar, you’d most definitely like this. Sillage is poor however, but it does last quite awhile.

Sweet vanilla cream candle! Yes, like a previous review said, there is a hint of waxiness. It isn’t unpleasant though. If you love the smell of a room when a particularly strong vanilla candle is burning and would so desire for your body to smell the same, then go for this. For me personally, it is much too sweet and linear with barely any sign of fruit. Just vanilla whipped cream.

Lovely delicious fun scent. Something to wear on all girls party. I cannot exactly imagine myself wearing Vanille Abricot while seducing the man of my dreams…

Wow, I am 15 minutes into my first spray of Comptoir-Sud-Pacifique Vanille Abricot, and can’t stop sniffing myself. I love, love this straight-up burst of vanilla cake batter and frosting. Lucky Dog just came up and licked my arm. I smell sinfully delicious. This is something I could see spraying on myself at home as a comfort scent, or layering as a deep, yummy base for other fragrances. Thank you Fragranticians for another winning recommendation!

Smells just like a strong vanilla candle, all the way down to the waxy effect.
That’s pretty much it. Nothing special or groundbreaking here – move along.

This is a very interesting fragrance; it definitely wasn’t what I expected based on the notes listed here. It’s a very sugary vanilla, but not an immature vanilla; it smells like very good, high-quality vanilla extract with a blast of sugar. The middle of this scent brings out the abstract impression of tropical fruit (though I wouldn’t be able to tell you exactly which individual fruit this reminds me of…), though the vanilla is still by far the most prominent note, and by the end of my time wearing this the tropical fruit accord had begun to recall bubblegum. It’s kind of a fun fragrance to wear, even though none of the scents I’ve listed here are things that generally appeal to me! It’s done well enough that the overall impression remains elegant.

Kill me now please. I found this at Gordmans for $20 on clearance. They had a ton and about 7 different scents. I couldnt smell it or read the notes with my phone so I skipped it. Get a sample in the mail now and I LOVE it but cant afford it for the price its going for. Kill me. Please, anyone? :'(
Check out your Gordmans, Yours may have it cheap like mine did!!

I thought I really liked this when I first applied it, but then I very quickly realized what it smelled like – orange flavored cough medicine. Granted, I quite like orange flavored cough medicine, both the smell and taste, so I wasn’t disgusted by this or anything. But the association was there, and I felt a bit uncomfortable being surrounded by the smell of it. It became a bit cloying. After about four hours it’s dried down to just vanilla, so I can handle it a lot better now.
I will say, this stuff is tenacious! A friend of mine could sniff out the orange/apricot and vanilla on me from a distance. And I can still smell it wafting at the end of the night.

Sugary sweet vanilla with the apricot taking a back seat. Enjoyable experience, but will be giving to my tweens.

This perfume is so yummy! When I first spray it, it’s a lovely clash between sweet and sour. It brings to mind instantly Sweet Tarts and Sour Patch Kids. I imagine something candy, chewy, fruity, and rolled in sugar. After a while, it becomes a warm, apricot cake. The apricot and sugar stand out most to me, but the other notes somehow meld to make the scent so realistic, and there’s nothing sharp or synthetic about it–unless you find the scent of candy in general synthetic.
You have to like sweet in order to like this perfume. If you love Flowerbomb, La Vie Est Belle, Pink Sugar, or Pour Femme by D&G, and you aren’t afraid of going sweeter without a flower in sight, you may just love Vanille Abricot. If you love Fresh Cream by Philosophy, Prada Candy, Pure Vanilla by La Vanilla, and the like, this might just be a perfect new sugar fix for you! I absolutely love it and it will forever have a place in my collection. 🙂

I cannot smell anything other than straight up cotton candy. Not for me!

  27. :

    5 out of 5

I smell like a juicy vanilla candy and I love it.
A straight up sugary vanilla scent that isn’t TOO sugary sweet or overwhelming. The apricot lends a fruit juiciness to it and altogether it smells like a creamy vanilla milkshake, very gourmand. I don’t find the sugar to be very cupcake or sharp; it’s softer, more like a cookie lol. For the price point you can’t go wrong. Good for layering to get an extra bit of sweet vanilla.
Only downside is the longevity on me is about 2-3 hours.

This Comptoir is the one I find the most fun.
Sweet, beautiful candied apricots, vanilla and lush ness of something exotic like banana – very much like their vanille Banane scent.
I’m sad these are being removed or re-issued, they should really make large EDP bottles of this!
Sweet fruity gourmand, simplistic but real Quality at total bargain prices and not a smoke tarred beaver fur coat in sight!
    My rating: 8/10.

  29. :

    4 out of 5

    Subtle and Sweet…
The fragrance is a simple one. Sweet and fruity, but not cloying. It mixes the smell of tart juicy fruits (jackfruit, apricot, papaya) with edible notes of sugared candy and a heavy underlying base of vanilla. It sits on skin very well, blending with your natural aroma to give a sweet, natural scent to warm skin. Almost edible-like sweet and delicious.
Apart from that, it’s simplicity is it’s only drawback. It literally smells like it’s name. Vanilla and apricot. Which isn’t a bad thing, as sometimes you want something simple which makes you feel happy. If sweet perfumes and fragrances are your thing, look no further than this to cheer you up, Vanille Abricot is sweet without being cloying or tooth-achingly so. I like it, but I couldn’t wear it every day.

They do this one so well, it’s their best seller in the U.S. for a reason. Based on the ingredients, you’d think it would smell like a jolly rancher candy, but it doesn’t, it somehow manages to smell like true vanilla bean, but juicy too, like biting into a fresh apricot. Good stuff. A late 90’s, early 2000’s fave of celebs like Nicole Kidman. It’s certainly no longer a fresh concept, and like the Fred Segal store that sold it, it’s defunct, but it was so popular for a reason. I still recommend it.

Vanille Abricot is one of my all-time favorites. A warm delightful apricot melange including a lovely bright vanilla. When I’m wearing it I feel like I’m in a fuzzy sweet cloud. It’s so original and distinctive, you might enjoy it too. Everyone always asks what it is and wants to buy some.

  35. :

Apricot is one of my favourite fruit notes, vanilla is one of my favourite notes in general, and I’m easily seduced by sugary scents, so this Vanille Abricot sounded like exactly my thing. I was a little hesitant to try it, though, because the few other Comptoir Sud Pacifiques I’ve sampled so far didn’t do much for me: not enough going on, too much focus on just powerful sweetness. This one, however, is a hit!
It’s not much subtler than the other ones I’ve tried, but that doesn’t matter, because it delivers on its promise: it’s a wonderful blend of vanilla and apricots with extra sugar on top – it smells just about exactly like I hoped it would. It’s obviously still very sweet, but not in a cloying way: the apricot and papaya provide a little fruity contrast, just a nice little hint of tartness in all the sugary goodness. I like it very much, and am considering a full bottle. It’s a pure comfort scent: definitely not for every occasion, and I wouldn’t want to use it daily or even very regularly. But from time to time it can be a craving; for example it’s just what the doctor ordered on a night like tonight, after a stressful day at work.

The last bottle I bought seemed watered down,it might even have been going rancid.I had got it from eBay.I decided to order the rollerball to be safe in case it wasn’t what I was hoping for, plus coming from Sephora online,I knew it would be fresh! Luckily It’s wonderful. The burst of apricot dissipates fast, leaving the perfectly wonderful aura of soft sweet vanilla beans and it lasts and lasts!!! Very gourmet and very foody..I will now order a full size from Sephora online because it will be fresh.

I liked the old formulation of this when it still came in the aluminum can. (Seriously, this was a genius idea for packaging, while not entirely glamorous, all my vintage CSP fragrances have kept extraordinarily well. Even the top notes have not faded.) The apricot was more tart and gave more of a balance to this sweetness of the vanilla. I just got the rollerball version of the newest formula, as I was suspicious of what the newest reformulation would be like. Rightly so, it seems. There is a new candy floss note in the vanilla mix that immediately pushes the sweetness way over the top and does not cease. Ever. Ugh! It is nauseating. I have given up trying any new “Vanille” anything from CSP again. I am hoping their Voyages en Orient will sustain me, otherwise I will probably just be done with any more new offerings from this company.

  38. :

I bought my first bottle of CSP Vanille Abricot 12 years ago in Paris. Since that time I have finished off several of the old style aluminum bottles. Today I received, as a gift from my BFF, a fresh new glass bottle of Vanille Abricot. The first spritz made me sad. This has been reformulated. It starts off with a very harsh opening of Skittles. Skittles! Why? The good news is that the Skittles fade away quickly, then the old friendly floating island of vanilla and apricot reappears. Yes it’s desserty and sweet, but much less than Pink Sugar. It’s not sexy, not sophisticated, but is very cozy and happy. The longevity is above average.

  39. :

    3 out of 5

Sugar, sugar, and more sugar! To me this seems similar to Pink Sugar. I get lots of refined white sugar, vanilla, and something similar to banana. After reading about it I decided it’s jackfruit that is creating this banana smell. Funny how I get no apricot at all. The staying power is pretty low, maybe an hour and a half, and sillage is decent.
EDIT – the more I use it, the less I feel the Pink Sugar similarity, and the more I think I am smelling Montale Vanille Absolu. The banana sweetness is the only difference, I feel.

This just arrived today and I love it! Sweet, sweet and more sweet! At first I get a strong fruit spice smell but that quickly fades into a lovely strong vanilla. The dry down to me is very very similar to the original body shop vanilla that was discontinued many years ago. I’m smelling them both side by side and they are almost identical. Vanille Abricot is very strong on my skin. I think I may have an original?? My bottle is the blue one with the silver lid in the first picture listed above. Very beautiful vanilla fragrance!

This smells like a vanilla cake with peppered fruit icing.
    Syrupy sweet, imo.
Even though it’s not listed, there’s cayenne pepper in here somewhere, I just know it.

  42. :

    5 out of 5

I prefer Vanille Extreme and Amour de Cacao, I find both more exciting and “spot on” scents. Vanille Abricot is hindering on too sweet and sugary for me, tiny bit sharp. However I do enjoy the whiffs I get when I start to get used to it during the day, and it is fun.
I feel it never really meshes completely with me, doesn’t “become me” during the day, I’m very aware of wearing it (and not because it’s that potent), but like it for it’s fun value. 🙂

  43. :

    3 out of 5

This is an utterly delectable scent. Vanille Abricot is everything I wanted Aquolina’s Pink Sugar to be. It contains more depth than many foody perfumes. The jackfruit and apricot round out the sugary notes to create a candied scent that is more vibrant than cloying. A tropical cotton candy. The initial spray has more of the fruit than the drydown but I thoroughly enjoy both. As far as gourmand scents go, this is a fantastic vanilla. It is neither one-dimensional nor so packed with extra notes as to nauseate the wearer.
My only two issues with CSP VA are 1) that I immensely dislike the packaging and 2) the sillage is rather poor. That said, I would recommend this to any lover of Prada Candy, Flowerbomb, BS Fantasy, JS Fancy, etc. under the caveat that you may want to bring the fragrance (or a sample) around with you for touch-ups.

  44. :

Nice, dependable fruity vanilla that settles nicely on my skin and wears well. I tend to wear this when I’m looking for something easy and uncomplicated to wear, or if I feel like eating candy (a sweet perfume is a great substitute for me). Don’t find it terribly sophisticated, but is definitely a fun fragrance to wear that won’t offend.

  45. :

    4 out of 5

This is sugared apricot and papaya covered in warm vanilla. There is a hint of jackfruit which, if I hadn’t looked at the notes beforehand, I most likely would have missed. I did not detect the peach note mentioned by some other reviewers. At the beginning, Vanille Abricot smells plasticky but it settles nicely into a pleasant gourmand scent. It lasts a long time on my skin, and more than a day on my clothes.

  46. :

This is an ok fragrance. Way overpriced but I guess worth it if you like super sweet smells. I think this smells like barbie dolls (plastic) or those cabbage patch dolls. The good thing it is comforting and reminds me of my childhood for some reason. It has an ok lasting power. Ive gotten that I smell like muffins from one person

I bought vanille abricot blind and at first wondered if I made a big mistake. The top notes to me were almost medicinal and off putting, like a big fake rotten peach was sitting in a heap of custard. I was almost getting upset until it quickly started changing.
Thankfully the fake fruit thing fades away to a more candy floss apricot/peachy vibe once the dry down occurs. The vanilla stays custardy. This fragrance personally doesn’t remind me of pink sugar, I mean I can see the candy floss comparison though. The fragrance is fun, fruity, creamy, and linear. It lasts about 4 maybe 5 hours on me but I spray a lot on, six sprays on my chest and neck. I agree it’s weak. Still, I only paid $40 for 100 mL so I’m not too crushed. It would be wonderful if they made an EDP or made it stronger.
My bottle was bought after they did their last reformulations in 2009.

This was something my guy was interested in because he likes the sweeter stuff. To me it smelt like sticky candy with vanilla. I don’t think it smells bad but it’s not great either. It’s okay.
I don’t get the poor lasting power comments. Mine is recently packaged in the new style but lasts 6 hours.

zenbabylove, you have saved me from the brink of insanity. I recently purchased a bottle of this after sampling and loving the test bottle (which was considerably older than the ones for sale, and smelled just like vanilla apricot ice cream with powdered sugar and vanilla angel food cake), only to get my brand new bottle home and find to my extreme dismay that the first spray revealed vaguely sweetish NOTHING.
This juice has been SO watered down in its most recent formulation it plays tricks with your head. I blamed myself after a generous spraying and thought I had become anosmic, but in the end I decided it was the reformulation that was to blame. I threw my bottle away because the employees at the store said I could not return my purchase. It wasn’t even good enough to swap.
Thank you zenbabylove! I owe you one.
The reformulation blues are painful indeed. The newest bottles are glass, with blue rectangular stickers for labels, that you can peel off with your nails.

I have worn this in the past and loved it.
The fruity aroma passes quickly and melts into a sweet cake scent on my skin.
However, the most recent bottle I purchased seems watered down and has no lasting power!
It might be best to go with eau de Parfum in this fragrance.

this is very sweet. no doubt about that. but, I love sweet perfumes, especially when they dry down and become soft, sweet and dreamy. this does that for me. this is marshmallows dipped in vanilla and rolled in softly sweet apricot syrup. yup, it is sweet. I love it.

I’m trying Comptoir Vanille Abricot on one hand, and Laurence Dumont (Les Senteurs Gourmandes) Vanille Abricot on the other hand. The Comptoir is sweet and powdery with a main note of sugar, vanilla, and just a hint of apricot in the background…while the Laurence Dumont version has sweet apricot/peach candy as the main note w/ some vanilla and a hint of powder in the background. If I was to ever buy one( which I’m almost positive that I won’t) , I think I would pick the Laurence Dumont version because it’s more apricot-y. Lasting power on both is terrible…both about 2 hours

I bought a big bottle of this a couple of years back…It is a lovely, gourmand scent…but…when I tried it on my skin, I seriously thought my crowns and fillings were going to pop right off of what’s left of mah real teeth, it was that sweet…I’m trying to avoid further tooth decay, so I had to pass on this one…I gave the bottle away to a niece…

Another good one from this company – the apricot injects a little citrusy fruity scent into it. It lasts a little longer than the other ones from them I love. I love this one too. Very pleasant fragrance – sweet – foodie type.

I find this as described a strong vanilla scent, with fruity sweetness.
On my skin the vanilla is overpowering – way too much for me. Need to wash off!!!

  56. :

    5 out of 5

I blind bought this because I was interested to know how a pungent fruit like jackfruit would blend in with papaya. Real papaya can smell/taste almost fishy, real jackfruit has a pungency just slightly more tolerable than durian.
Unfortunately my first impression when I first sprayed this on, was that it smells like this sweet and powdery pastel pink cough syrup for children. However as it dries down, the sweetness dies off a little and it begins to develop more into a burnt sugar with a very slight marshmallow undernote. I don’t smell apricot, definitely no jackfruit nor papaya. I would probably layer it with something else (I got this in hopes that it would enhance the vanilla base of Shalimar Initial… not sure that would work now). It lasts longer if you add it to a scentless lotion. Otherwise it only lasted two hours on me.
    Edited to add:
I’ve been using this with Shalimar Initial/ L’eau, and I’m glad to say it does work well together on me. If Shalimar Initial/ L’eau gives people the idea of a well-behaved young lady, the addition of Vanille Abricot turns the young lady into a pretty sticky young lady that just ate a huge cone of cotton candy. VA drags out the longevity of the vanilla in Shalimar a little longer, which was what I was hoping for.

fyetan: Spray on more perfume then and it will smell stronger and longer 🙂

VERY sweet and delectable. As its name suggests – vanilla with apricot.
However, I can’t buy this because of the very poor lasting power.
1 spray on my arm and it’s already a skin scent in ten minutes.
    Sillage is similarly poor.
The smell is great though, with a slightly burnt caramel undertone (similar to the one in Pink Sugar) to add some depth to the scent. I’ll buy it if they improve the sillage & longevity.

Another truly foody offering from Comptoir Sud Pacifique, Vanille Abricot offers a big blast of vanilla sugar and a touch of apricot. The note pyramid on the house-manufactured carded sample pretty much sums up the story: vanilla and “sugar candy” are listed as both heart and base notes!!!!!! The top notes listed are “jackfruit” (not sure, actually, what that is), apricot and papaya. I do not personally smell any papaya.
So here we have a jar of Bonne Maman orange-colored fruit preserves. No citrus, though: this is not at all a jar of marmalade. This is more like a pan of apricots stewed in lots of sugar with probably too much vanilla. I’d call this a vanilla perfume before anything else.
Vanille Abricot is not for me, but I’d definitely recommend it for testing to anyone who frequents sweet celebrity scents, as the quality seems higher and the price is right–at least at the discounters. Does anyone pay MSRP for CSP perfumes? I wonder…

i love this pretty fruity sweet scent! i just wish it would last longer! really pretty scent but i have to keep it in my bag and keep spraying myself because it doesn’t have any lasting power at all. but i love it anyway.

I can’t discern whether this is trying to be apricot or any other type of fruit because what I get is very sugary synthetic fruit with a hefty dose of vanilla. It reminds me quite a bit of the cotton candy note in Pink Sugar but this one lacks any of the other nuances that make Pink Sugar work.
Sillage is decent, can’t speak of longevity because I wore it for about an hour or so before I washed it off.

Sweet, creamy, like a hybrid of mango and peach in a bowl of vanilla cream. Very yummy! Very similar to The Body Shop Mango! I already own that, so I will pass on this one.

I’m not sure how a perfume can be so cloying yet have such little staying power. This smells like the worst artificial marshmallow vanilla on me. I do not get any apricot at all. Traded it away because it made me ill when I wore it…but it doesn’t last at all. I’ve yet to find a CSP fragrance that blows me away.

Not much to say on top of what others said already except I want to eat myself when I wear it . I have the older version in metal bottle, and after purchasing one 50 ml I ran and got backups 🙂 recommended to those who like simple , not complex , gourmands . Average silage and longevity , ugly metal bottle that dents and scratches easily . But the scent is just edible !

Still on the lookout for an intense peach/apricot scent,I gave this a whirl at Sephora and was disappointed.
It is a very rich and creamy vanilla, but I don’t get the fresh tang of apricots anywhere in this.
A very yummy vanilla scent, just not what I am looking for.

As people have said – this perfume is VERY sweet – not for the feint of heart, or those who don’t really love gourmands.
I happen to be a gourmand lover, so I dont find this at all offensive, but I could see how some might.
I recieved this as a gift, and it is a very delicious perfume. When I first spray it, the opening is very bright, with the distinct smell of the apricot fruitiness, but it is warmed with the darker smell of vanilla. A very nice combination I think on me. At the dry-down I really begin to smell the papaya middle notes, and a bit of the sugar in the base starts to come through. Hours later its all warm vanilla. A very sweet girlish scent, brings out feelings of youth and happiness – is going to be great for the upcoming hot Louisiana summer nights.
The longevity on me is unbelievable too, I think its my longest lasting perfume I have curre
