Every time I test a fragrence from Tiziana Terenzi I’m impressed. Its obvious that Ursa is multi-dimensional, developing into different stages over time. It might start off barn-yardish, but it enters a sexy as all-getout-phase pretty quickly.
Ursa is the patchouli love den of scents: boozy-leather combined with incense, tobacco and a high quality oud make this an evening scent. I don’t think this is office safe unless you work in a creative field like fashion or advertising.
That said, Ursa is not unisex.
This is a Uber masculine scent, and I’m a woman who loves to wear unisex and masculine perfumes. I could never pull this off but would LOVE to smell this on a man.
I gave my 5ml decant to my husband (and if he’s smart he’ll start wearing it immediately.)

Love it. Put it as my signature in my profile. I certainly have a few more frags I like as much as Ursa but this week I feel like this is my signature frag.
The barnyard opening resemblance by some reviewers is spot on. But man, it quickly develops into something so smooth, and rich. Yes, one reviewer said it smells rich, and I totally agree. This thing smells of money. Half an hour before an important and difficult meeting spray heavily of this juice, put on an expensive (or expensive looking) watch and go to that meeting. It might very well change the outcome of the meeting in your favor.
Longevity is good, sillage is strong first half an hour but stays very close to the skin after that if you use 3 sprays. So if you really want this beauty to perform, dont be afraid to be heavy on the trigger. It’s not going to bother anyone except maybe in the first 5 minutes when it still has that barnyard effect.
p.s. I bought the bottle for 160$ from Notino, but I guess Notino decided it’s too good a juice to sell at that price point, so they increased it to $220. Too bad, now I feel like I need to hold back on the use of this beauty because of the hefty price tag.

Ursa reminds me of a romantic dinner at the restaurant on the river’s edge with candles all around and gentle piano music in the background.That’s probably because of an incredible blend of earthy patchouli,boozy rum,a little bit sweet tobacco,smoky incense,oud and fine leather.It has similarities to Straight to Heaven By Kilian,but courtesy to a leather,tobacco and resins he took a different approach.He’s got that wilderness vibe going on.Be that as it may,I love this fragrance.
Longevity – 10/10(10+ hours)
Silage/Projection – 9/10(heavy projection and silage for the first 3-4 hours)
Weather – best in early spring,autumn,winter
Age – 22+
Compliments – 8/10

Main notes according to me –
patchouli,rum,dried fruits,nutmeg,leather,tobacco.
The drydown is nice and smoky and i get some -earthiness,vetiver,oud,leather,vanilla and resins.
Emotions -sensual,seductive,addictive,wilderness vibe, boozy,sophisticated,dark vibe elegance.
Occasion – best for date,nights out,special occasions and romantic evening.
You’ll get compliments with this one.Could be a signature scent.

Patchouli, leather and tobacco are tame while oud, to me, is not intrusive throughout Ursa’s development.
This scent comes across as an example of a great republic, each and every one of the notes seems to have a say in this scent’s existence.

I am more like an average guy, overweight and bald :))) therefore I can easily say, that its the fragrance that gets the attention and not the whole picture ( appearance, looks, scent, etc. combined )…
Every time I wear this, I get compliments or I am asked what I am wearing. This is a confidence booster for sure;
listed as a unisex frag but it is definitely a man’s scent; I don’t think that any woman can pull this off.. I would not approach any woman wearing this :))
This reminds me of Marc Jacobs’ Bang from time to time, but is much more complex, natural and long lasting. I get more than 12 hours on this.. starts off with a heavy sillage and turns moderate after 3-4 hours. I have read it in the previous reviews and could not agree more; do not leave the house when you apply this… let it settle for 15-20 minutes and it will turn into something divine….
One of the softest leather and oud combos I have encountered. This could easily become my signature fragrance over time… hope that this will never be discontinued….

Beware of the Russian bear! Never go out right after spraying, let it cool down some 15 min but sweet Jesus, this is why I got into the niche game. This is Straight to Heaven with an animalic funk and I really wished the animalic note wasn’t that strong, it smells like a damp fur carpet which is not nice, specially when you have friends that are animal rights activists. As it dries down, it really starts to resemble StH. Depending on how you dress up when wearing this, people might think you are some sort of high class socialite, or a bum that hasn’t bathed for days. Beware!!

This smells like nothing else. That doesn’t mean I love it but it’s growing on me. The combo of nutmeg and patchouli hit me like a ton of bricks when I first tried this. The effect was like an ancient spice rack or dry ginger that smells a little off. But as my nose got used to Ursa, sparkling clean notes like vetiver start playing off of tobacco and dried apricots. It is at once warm and cool, bitter and sweet, clean and dirty. Really unique and gives an overall impression of something expensive and niche. I really think this is better suited to a man although I’m sure there are women who could pull this off as well. Longevity is decent and sillage is polite enough to wear to work.

This leather-themed fragrance effortlessly bespeaks undisguised affluence, influence and elegance. It’s strictly for men (and women) who exude unadulterated class, style and panache. With notes of rhum, patchouli, tobacco, vetiver and oud, Ursa is versatile enough to be worn to office, church, red carpet, gigs, etc. It projects really well & is very long lasting! If I were to rate, I’d conservatively rate it 8.5/10!

This is among the best fragrances in my entire collection (more than 200 perfumes). You can imagine how much I like it!
Very wearable slightly animalistic (especially in the beginning) perfume. During the first minutes right after application animalistic notes, rum and nutmeg are more evident. In the middle part still be some rum plus incense, vetiver, patchouli and minor tobacco while in the drydown the notes of agarwood and minor leather are most recognizable for my nose. Except animalistic notes Ursa is very close to Kilian’s Streight to Heaven (which I also have) but Ursa is more potent, longevity is 10+ hours and silage is very good.

The dry down… the black pepper conquers and the overall smell will be like Odin no. 11.
It is quite the best among their collection for sure as their collection (sorry to say so but) quite too commercial while this one here is kind of different for their line but remains a safe choice after all.
I guess it will become very trendy as “Nur” & “Black Afghano”.
It is a good fragrance, and not linear at all.

İyi Oud parfümü bulmak pek kolay değil. Bunun sebebi parfümlerin kötü olması değil, Oud un oldukça sert, müdahale edilmez ise acı bir koku olması. 40 yaş üstü Anadolu çocukları için bir başka sorun ise Oud un gül yağı gibi aklımızda “haci yagi” olarak yer etmiş olması. Kısacası Oud ile tanıştığınız zaman, yer ve şekil sorunlu ise o zaman sevdiğiniz bir Oud bulmakta zorlaşıyor. Gerçi artık o kaşar çok Oud parfümü üretildi ki mutlaka seveceğiniz bir tane bulursunuz. Ursa da bunlardan birisi. Paolo Terenzi ile İstanbul da Luna serisinin lansmanı için geldiğinde sohbet ettik. Kendisi de Ursa nin favorisi olduğunu söyledi. Haklı, serinin en güzel kokusu. Paolo bu parfüm de vetiver ile oud ü bir arada tutmak ve uyumlu kılmak için çok çalışıldığını söyledi. Konunun o kısmını pek bilmediğim için degerlendiremeyecegim ama Oud, Vetiver, Patchouli ve Rum bir arada çok uyumlu. İlk başlarda hepsi kuvvetli geliyor ama kısa süre sonra yumuşak hale geliyor. Odunsu ve hafif şekerli gibi bir havada devam ediyor. Kalıcılık ve koku dağılımı kuvvetli. Paolo parfüm de kadın erkek ayrımı olmaz diyenlerden. Teorik olarak bunu kabul ediyorum ama benim kendi koku hafızam ve pratiklerim zaman zaman buna itiraz ediyor. Bu parfüm unisex olarak kabul edilebilir ama kesinlikle daha çok erkeksi bir koku. Ancak tabiki keyif alan her kadın da kullanabilir. Bir önceki seride favorim Ecstasy idi bu seride ise Ursa. Mutlaka denemenizi öneririm.

for a second it reminds me of Alexandre.J jewel “Oscent White ” , but i need to double check to be sure .
