I’ve always enjoyed wearing a really well composed and balanced iris scent, this one is no exception it has quality all the way through. I really like the fresh green and slightly citrusy notes against the iris it seems to show off the iris in quite an elegant and sophisticated way.
Twisted to perfection and in my view unisex.

A sour, green, tangy iris-violet with that peculiar “green bean” note that haunts a couple other violet fragrances, notably The Unicorn Spell and Dryad. I’m usually a fan of green, violety fragrances but the galbanum and citrus have a sour, weedy aspect here that just makes this feel off-balance.
It’s definitely unusual (and “twisted”), but not for me.
