Second try
This doesn’t have the weird note that the first test had. The weird note might have been due to environment or others I had on.

Totem blue
Tried yellow and blue today, haven’t found the orange.
Blue: it dies nice things in the beginnning, it’s a bit off in the middle, that cedar mixed with other notes is not bad, not good, very different, I will say I was feeling like crap today and the tests I had on were making me a bit queasy.
I had this, the yellow one, Dior jadore l’or, and Dior jadore Touche last ine was a scrubber so got removed, and it might have been the lively L’or whafting up and mixing with the blue totem doing weird things??
The note I got reminded me of roberto cavalli with the oval bottle and Fancy lid edp. Like a (nice) rubber eraser note??
I got the pineapple at the dry down after several hours, it was cooler and more unisex than the yellow one, but warmed up in the dry down.
I think both could be easily unisex. Great sillage and longevity. 6hours or so

Totem blue is a pretty good scent; let’s not forget it’s supposed to be easy, likable and is quite affordable, i’ll take this any day over a 400$ pretentious niche scent that cost 10 bucks to make.
Totem blue is straightforward citrusy juicy pineapple, laid over a semi-sweet woody base, with occasional spicy and coconut-y accents. Good for cooler summer nights and laid back occasions. Unpretentious and quite fun, the bottle is nice too.
scent: 7+/10
longevity: 6/10
sillage: 5/10

I think it’s the best from Totem line. Also one really great pineapple scent. I don’t get how it’s supposed to be unisex, smells too feminine for that. Fresh and nice pineapple scent with a hint of wood.

In my opinion it is the most yummy one of the three Totems. Girly, dolly-like, I feel a strawberry candy but not pine-apple. Yes, it is yummy and simple.

Syrupy pineapple juice and car fresheners. Smells like a less complex version of “Animale” (if it’s possible to get less complex than that).

This blue totem opens with a bunch of sweet pineapple notes. There is also something ozonic or aquatic in the mix, that gets a bit stronger as the scent progresses. Still lots of pineapple but also darker notes that give this scent a certain bite and make the base more sturdy. The drydown is cedar-ish, tiny bits of ozonic aquatic notes, a bit of iso-e-super and pineapple on top.
Sillage is moderate, longevity moderate.
I can’t really define the cardamom in here, it’s part of a dark accord but not as cardamommy as I’d like it to be. The pineapple, on the other hand, is quite out there and enjoyable. I can see myself wearing this in summertime when I feel like something simple and fruity.

This is an easygoing pineapple cedar combination that does not impress very much.
It’s light and easy wearable but lacks in character and sophistication.
For me Kenzo has better offerings than this one.
Pass.
