I picked up Weekend Getaway as a blind buy from TJ Maxx. It appears that not too many people are familiar with it. I don’t smell any of the supposed floral notes in this. To my nose, it’s straight up passionfruit juice. It’s a very sweet tropical punch scent, but very linear and more like a body spray than a real perfume. I end up wearing it when I get out of the shower and want a little scent but don’t want to waste one of my better perfumes. I’ve also used it as a base layer under tropical perfumes like Escada Rockin Rio, Clinique Calyx or Ferragamo Incanto Charms. That’s really what this is good for, it’s not too impressive worn on it’s own.
