Description
The collection of fragrances Today Tomorrow Always by Avon has been expanded by another edition, promoted by Olivia Wilde, announcing a light and romantic composition which blooms slowly just like love. Name of the fragrance is Avon Today Tomorrow Always Amour and this edition is available starting from May 2013 in a characteristic flacon shaped like previous editions AVON Today Tomorrow Always Diamond, In Bloom, Heart, In Love and Romantic Voyage. The new bottle features floral engravings making it even more romantic.
As announced by the house of Avon, composition of the new fragrance Amour transfers the essence of love and harmony. Love elixir opens with optimistic and luminous citruses supported by fresh and juicy green notes and pink pepper which rekindles feelings. The heart of the composition blooms with a bouquet of white flowers composed of gracious white magnolia, lily of the valley and delicate jasmine petals. Floral harmony is full of emotions and is resting on the base of strong woody notes of sandalwood and cedar, accompanied with musk, symbolizing strong feelings of true love and gentleness. The main, most prominent aromas of the composition include citrusy notes, delicate jasmine and sensual musk.
Fragrance Avon Today Tomorrow Always Amour is available from May 2013, as 30ml Eau de Parfum.

I barely smell anything when I spray this. I get a blast of alcohol and then a slight floral scent, it’s very weak. I believe I’m anosmic to this because other people say they smell a nice lilting floral on me but I just can’t smell it. I’ll probably give this to someone who can actually smell it and enjoy it.

My very first Avon as an adult.
(Well, Since I was eight yrs old). This was gifted to me by a friend who put her Fragrance and make up collection on a diet. I was SURPRISED!
Wow, this is pretty. It doesn’t smell cheap as I presumed it would. This is really, really, nice! And sooo pretty. If you like J’dore or Bvlgari frags you’ll like this. It reminds me of what I call the “White J’dore”. I wore J’dore for a while. My hubby bought me the wrong one, the toilette I believe it was. I wore the parfume. It was a bit different than the typical J’dore Parfüme. But, light and airy. Perfect for summer IMHO. This Avon delight reminds me of the “White J’dore”
I wore that faithful summer. Very nice perfume. It’s nice light floral with a touch of lightly fruit nuances. Average Silage & longevity. But, nothing really lasts long on me anyway.
I would like to take this opportunity to apologize for having this sort of prejudice of Avon. Thier perfumes sure have changed, evolved and improved dramatically since the 1970’s. I’m going to find a local Avon lady and start incorporating some Avon perfumes into my Fragrance Wardrobe.

I am positive I have smelled this exact same scent before, in a number of perfumes, I just haven’t yet put my finger on which ones (I can’t help but look to find out). Overall, I haven’t had much luck in liking Avon scents, with the exception of absolutely adoring Haiku, but I’m still holding out hope for Amour since I have only had it for a week in all fairness and did not have an immediate dislike.
My initial impression was “synthetic” which is my biggest turn off but that did seem to dissipate rather quickly. My second impression (I strongly lean towards citrusy scents) is the citrus in Amour is very much “green apple” which I’m not too crazy about tbh. It does feel like a “pretty” aroma, I do not get the fresh/linen or green that some other reviewers have noted, definitely heavier on the soft floral and apple scent are my main impressions really (spritzed in the air, on clothing and myself).
I’m going to continue to play around with this one for a while longer in hopes I will become more drawn to it and/or possibly find it to be a good layering perfume perhaps since it has good longevity and sillage imo. Tbc……..

* These are my personal experiences/thoughts with this fragrance. Yours/others may differ. *
Initial – citrus + lily of the valley + pepper
Drydown – magnolia + jasmine + cedar + green notes + musk
Duration – 12+ hours
Projection – 1st hour moderate, soft afterwards
Experiences – Doesn’t have the standard Avon “alcohol” note in the opening. Longevity is amazing for such a soft fragrance. Jasmine/magnolia play very nicely together in this.
Quick Thoughts – feminine, delicate, clean, citrus, floral

This was a successful blind buy from the Avon website during their current year-end sale. AMOUR (which is part of their Today, Tomorrow, Always series) is a fresh and pretty floral that brings to mind clean laundry drying in the sun on a breezy day. The floral notes are smooth and green and after a few hours the fruitiness becomes more noticeable. Interestingly, although mixed citruses are the only fruits listed, on me it smells more like ripe, juicy peach. Later still, the fruitiness fades and the woody, musky notes emerge. This is a refreshing fragrance rather than a sweet one and the clean aspect doesn’t have any soapiness to it. Sillage is low-moderate and I can apply several sprays. Longevity is excellent on me. All-in-all, this is quite nice and very versatile. I think it will be even nicer in warm weather.

Sweet fresh and inoffensive. Very feminine and floral. It’s nice for what it is I just prefer a bit more depth to my fragrances.
bodimen – :
white shirt scent
it’s basic floral with hint of citrus and fresh from water
very good quality at this price point I’ve got it for 12 dollars
this one is Avon’s great perfume among those crappy products they have released these days
it’s remind me of Tommy Girl and Clinique Happy not exactly same but same kind
easy for use
basically everyday scent
marco mag – :
Such a pretty scent; crisp & delicate. The white flowers along with the citrus scent makes it the perfect everyday scent for summer days. Classic and elegant; I really like this frag.

I love this perfume! I think this might become my signature scent (for now). It smells fresh, clean, pretty, simply beautiful, a well rounded fragrance. I get floral and musky notes, as well as green and citrus, kind of reminds me of a field with flowers and greenery on a chilly, breezy morning before a light summer rain.
I picture this perfume being worn by a humble, kind, caring, intelligent and bright eyed woman who has her life together and enjoys being independent and enjoys walking through nature by herself.

Picked up my Avon order today and this was one of the perfumes I purchased. It was a blind buy-as are almost all of my fragrance purchases these days. I gotta admit…I stereotyped this perfume when I was reading about it. I figured it was one of those Granny powdery rose scents. I am one to admit when I am wrong and in this case I was really wrong. This actually smells really nice. Its not anything magical or ridiculously amazing but its a safe, pleasant and pretty smell. It has a shampoo type freshness to it-honestly it kind of smells like my ” BIG SEXY HAIR” shampoo and conditioner, which is a good thing as long as it’s the right price!
hindivlad – :
This is too sour!
mav_sm – :
The white floral notes of Jasmine and white magnolia coupled with crisp citrus is very similar in both Alfred Sung Jewel an this new one by Avon. Jewel is fresher, greener and smells expensive even though it no longer is. It has lasting power and the notes hold until the end.
Avon’s Amour Today Tomorrow and always starts of smelling almost exactly the same on me but after and hour or so it fades down to a soft white floral body scent. It’s nice and can be used for an every summer day kind of nothing too special scent whereas Jewel needs a wedding to go to!
porgan5 – :
I don’t know what to think of Amour. Initially, I love it. The crispness, the fresh floral symphony…beautiful. But…if I raise my wrist to my nose and inhale, there is a weird “aftersmell” that hits me a second or two after I inhale. I would describe the weird smell as very synthetic and plasticy. It really ruins an otherwise near-perfect winner in my collection. If only that weren’t there, Amour might go into my “love” list. Sigh…
ETA: I made myself resist the urge to scrub it off…and eventually the weird smell went away. I still don’t think I’ll be reaching for this one often, but if I decide I simply must wear it, I’ll just have to remember to make it through until the weirdness subsides.

If I had to marry now,I would probably choose to wear this fragrance-so innocent and clean scent, not overpowered, just the right mixture to make a woman to smell sexy and wanted and at the same time to show a woman-that woman, who can take a good care of a family.A nice mixture of all my favorite flowers-Jasmine,lily of the valley and magnolia-love it!The ad is very proper.
stipol – :
It smells nice, kinda makes me wanna eat it. But it smells a bit young/ body spray-ish for me.
lotos – :
I do like the way this smells very much but, like so many of the Avon scents anymore, it does not last long enough. At first all I could smell was alcohol but then when that fades away, it smells of floral. It is a pleasing aroma of delicate flowers. I do not get much citrus from this, nor do I smell green, or pepper. It last about 2 hours tops on myself. Even if I spray it on my clothes, I cannot get a lengthy amount of time from this. I wish Avon would add more oils into their fragrances and perhaps they would last longer. If Avon were to find a method of making their scents last longer, I would spend way more $ with them.

Not everything that glitters in the house of Avon is gold, but this is truly a diamond. One of my favorites from Avon. Fresh burst of citruses in the opening notes soften into something more romantic and feminine. I don’t usually like jasmine, but in AMOUR it is well blended with other notes.
The bottle is beautiful, just like scent. There is something fresh, something beautifully floral and sensual.
This will be my spring fragrance.
I bought my 30 ml edp with less than 11 euros. And I can assure it does not smell cheap!
sqx156intitytek – :
I think that this scent it’s really beautiful and enjoyable, i find this combination of ingredients perfectly balanced and clean, personally i love jasmines and citruses and this one has a lot of both.
Shkiperr88 – :
Soft, floral and fresh

Just like a shampoosmell:) fresh, floral and clean.
Megvm192JeomiWogkig – :
This reminds me of premiere luxe also by Avon.
xzverx – :
I really wanted to love this perfume but it’s too cloying of a floral to me.There are some fresh notes but they are over powered by some syrupy smell. Also this perfume is the twin of Incandessense by Avon.I wouldn’t buy it again and i’m giving mine away.It gives me a headache. It has the aftersmell of a car freshener.
EncotsEngenny – :
This is amazing! Not at all Avon-ish.
The opening is fresh, white, dewy and slightly green- like the air after the rain when all the natural scents become stronger. I think the magnolia and the jasmine are more pronounced than lily-of-the-valley, but still they are very well rounded and feminine. And THE base -just lovely, sensual, almost hypnotizing. Those wood notes and light, inviting musk notes mixed with still lingering flower notes create a wonderful, warmly fresh (if that exists) scent, like a high quality scarf that you can wear in the summer to hide from that hot, hot sun and in the winter to keep yourself warm. Feminine, elegant, expensive smelling!
Vitalij777 – :
Soft and feminine. There’s some musk for sure and jasmine. A great ‘today tomorrow always…’ line from Avon:))
vardantanya – :
I can imagine this is type of perfume men would like to smell on wonmen – very feminine, clean and gentle even innocent. I can understand the good reviews however this is so much not me, I like something more warm, mysterious and enticing.
Also, yesterday I checked the new Avon perfume Love Pulse which is very similar to Amour in character – fresh and flowery – just for the fraction of price. Tomorrow I`m planning to compare them one to one – spray Amour on one wrist and Love Pulse on other and see how does that feel. Will let you know.
kyle21 – :
So soft and feminine. It takes me to an early summer day and makes me smile…:)

Just found a sample of this so i gave it a go – my 1st impressions are surprisingly good for this TTA flaker.
It does smell very much like a pure white flower bouquet or a classic wedding dress… no hints of girly or sweet here – its a purely mature womanly perfume.
The thing that i like the most about it is how woody and earthy it smells on my skin – makes me feel very proper and in need to have intelligent conversations LOL
But… the heart of the perfume stays rather close to skin and the only zing that anyone would smell on u would be some fresh nondescript fragrance.
It’s not my kind of perfume at all but i feel that in some formal events it could be wearable or even as an office friendly fragrance =)

When I saw the bottle and check out the notes I expected some boring white floral fragrance but I was very wrong, this is clean and tender scent but very soft and feminine, the more I wear it the more I like it.Long lasting on my skin and currently one of my favorites.
feelka – :
I’m not usually a big fan of white florals, having overdosed on them in the past, but I like this one.
It’s fresh and light – imagine you have just brushed by a jasmine bush during a summer’s afternoon walk, that’s the effect it has on me.
Last for hours on the skin without choking you to death.
Very cute bottle, etched on white flowers, rather than a sticker type logo.
hooligan20 – :
I’m usually not so keen on white flower scents, but in this one I find these notes quite charming. On the Hungarian FB site of Avon I read: “This fragrance is like sipping icy lemonade on a hot summer afternoon” – and I went like “wow, this is exactly what I need right now!” And yes, I enjoy it immensely, although the weather turned quite cold these days. It’s not too harsh or overwhelming, its sillage is good, and it’r really refreshing. Love it.
Ghgftdtru – :
Best TTA !
Innocent, warm, girly.. But it is really amour ! Because it smells like love !
Just like first dance, first kiss, first smile..
HYBRID – :
Effervescent and clean. Nice citrus-floral, more well blended than I had assumed. There is almost a champagne sparkle.
Longevity: moderate to long
Sillage: moderate, but inoffensive. Lasts well on fabric.
Weather conditions: stands up marvelously in very hot humid weather.
I might actually buy another bottle, which I never seem to do with Avon scents.
Edit: Bought the 2nd bottle, can’t believe I like it so much, it isn’t really that unique, but it seems to really work with my chemistry and lasts and develops on my skin in the nicest way.
Суратевич – :
A nice, kind, tender scent with a touch of soapy cleannes from the musk. It’s good for every day due to it cozyness, but good for occasions, because it’s a kind of white, clean, tender and not overwhelming fragrance. The white florals and citrus make it sparkle in a silvery, cool way, still it stays soft and feminine. The bottle perfect fot the scent!
amigrant6 – :
Ordinary,nice,but not long lasting.
