Description
“Awakened by the light of a radiant spring morning; the memory of a nights revelry.
Dewdrops coalesce in the heart of a rose – the Nightingales Cup – petals open, warmed by the coming sun.
The Nightingale’s Cup starts cool yet warms on the skin to a radiance that captures the joy of Spring mornings and the coming of the sun.
With a sparkling lemony fresh introduction, a radiant rose heart melts into a base of iris, ambergris and oakmoss. The inspiration for the name is from a piece by Persian poet Rumi;
“When the rose is withered and the garden is gone,
You will hear no more the nightingale’s song;
When the rose is withered and the garden laid bare
In attar of roses the scent is still there.” – a note from the brand.
The Nightingale`s Cup by Cult of Scent is a Floral fragrance for women and men. The nose behind this fragrance is Jocelyn Fullerton. Top note is lemon; middle note is rose; base notes are iris, ambergris and oakmoss.

Just tested this and it is absolutely gorgeous, like brushing against lemon balm on a sweltering hot day. If it didn’t have to come all the way from Australia, I would buy it like a shot. So beautiful and uplifting.

I fully agree with @tinkmoi on this one – it’s an instant love for me too. This one actually reminds me of Cristalle by Chanel. It’s not green, but the lemon citrus and rose kind of combine to make a very Chanel like elegance. I hate to say ‘this reminds me of that’ but it really, truly does.

This fragrance is one that made me swoon when I first smelled it. Immediately uplifting with just the right amount of citrus and rose. So many citrus/rose turn sour for me – but here base notes of iris, oakmoss and ambergris are blended perfectly.
Extremely easy to wear, soft sillage and moderate longevity.

Juicy Citrus Rose perfume, very true to the flower. Its Vibrant, easy to wear, and in dry down the oakmoss base blends seamlessly.
