I tested this one maybe a few years ago so I don’t know how the most recent formulation smells but back then this was one of the worst scents I had sniffed up until then.
Now I don’t mind when a scent is ‘synthetic’ but for some reason this smelled like a metallic floral. Absolutely horrible. A scent for robots and cyborgs is what I thought.
Performance was excellent though.

This fragrance has thick blankets of smoke, and oud with citrus playing hide and seek. With each sniff you can smell the 3 different layers. Smokiness gives way to the oud with the citrus not far behind. It can be an office wear if you are confident enough. Couple of sprays on your chest and hair will last good 6-8 hours. The sillage is fair but the projection is massive for the first hour. It can be a too much in close quarters. It is not worth a full bottle if you don’t like smoky oud. Try a sample before you buy.

Opus V: Ruler, Compass and geometry
Opus V is a very regular perfume. It seems that geometry is used for designing this perfume. You can detect top notes in first step, heart notes in second step and base notes in third step so clearly. Each notes don’t go to the other notes pyramids.
1- At the first, you can detect orris root. If you smelled a root of plant before, you can find this scent is from a root (Not important that it is orris). Rum is so gentle and corrected.
2- After 30 minute, top notes are fade out completely, and heart notes are fade in. Perfume in this step is only floral scent. Rose, iris and jasmine create an accord. Jasmine create a pureness scent. If you smell perfume in this step periodically, you can detect rose, iris and jasmine separately at different times.
3- After 3.5 hour, heart notes are fade out completely and base notes are fade in like previous step. Agar wood and woody notes are detected at first. The art of making perfume of Amouage house show itself again like ruler and compass: Agar-wood is so gentle and it isn’t too strong, if it was too strong, you shocked in this step, because you encountered with a mild perfume till now and you don’t expect a strong scent after heart note. After a couple of minutes, Animalic scent is detected. I don’t like animalic scent, but opus V haven’t strong animalic effect. It is like tickling the olfactory nerves and it is very interesting.
Opus V is an engineered perfume and it is like a regular army. Every notes come in their timelines not any other times.

اپوس 5) خط کش؛ پرگار و هندسه
قبل از هر گونه صحبتی باید در ابتدا در مورد نتهای عطر اپوس 5 اطلاعات مربوطه رو خدمتت دوستان گرامی یاد آوری کنم:
نتهای ابتدایی) ریشه ی زنبق زرد- عرق نیشکر
نتهای میانی) زنبق – یاس – رز
نتهای پایانی) عود – نتهای چوبی – سیوت (گونه ای حیوان) …ا
عطر اپوس 5 عطری است بسیار دقیق و منظم. انگار در ساخت این عطر از اصول هندسه استفاده کردند. همه چی سر جای خودش هست. به اندازه؛ دقیق و کاملا سروقت. نتهای ابتدایی در شروع عطر خودنمایی میکنند و برعکس بعضی عطرها که گاهی نتهای میانی و یا پایانی هم در این مورد به در حریم نت ابتدایی دست درازی میکنند؛ در اینجا خبری از این حالت نیست. در شروع اسپری کردن عطر؛ بوهای نتهای ابتدایی رو استشمام خواهید کرد.
ابتدا ریشه ی زنبق و بعد هم رام که البته خیلی خیلی اصلاح شده و ملایم هست. اگه شما تا حالا ریشه ی زنبق رو نبوییده باشید؛ با استشمام نت اولیه ی اپوس 5 دقیقا تصدیق خواهید کرد که رایحه ی مربوطه؛ مربوط به ریشه ی گیاه هست. (حالا یه اینکه این ریشه مربوط به چه گیاهی میشود در این حالت کاری نداریم)….ا
نیم ساعت از شروع عمر عطر میگذره: در این حالت نتهای ابتدایی کاملا به کناری میروند و جای خودشون رو به نتهای میانی میدهند. در این مرحله بوی گلی فقط وجود داره. خود من به شخصه خیلی با عطرهای گلی در مورد آقایون موافق نیستم. ولی بوی نتهای میانی عطر اپوس 5 بویی بسیار خوب داره. یه جورایی بوی تمیزی. البته بوی صابونی رو اصلا نمیگم. اپوس 5 این بوی تمیزی رو هم در این حالت مدیون گل یاس میدونه. اگه در مرحله ی نت میانی؛ موضعی رو که عطر زدید؛ به فاصله ی کمی استشمام کنید؛ هر بار یکی از گلهای مربوطه در این مرحله عمر عطر رو برایتان تداعی میکنه. خیلی این حالت اپوس 5 جالبه به نظر من و این سه گل با هم داِیم در نبرد هستند و آروم و قرار ندارند. به فاصله ی کم هر بار یکی از دیگری سبقت میگیره…
سه ساعت و نیم از شروع عمر عطر میگذره: عطر به مرحله ی سوم از عمر منظم خودش میرسه. در این مرحله هم دقیقا همچون مرحله ی قبل نتهایی که مربوط به مرحله ی قبل هستند به کنار میروند و دیگه خود نمایی و دست درازی به مراحلی که مربوط به خودشان نیست نمیکنند. در اینجا هست که گروه سوم کار خودشون رو شروع میکنن. در ابتدا عود همراه با چوب خودنمایی میکنه. بوی عود اصلا سنگین نیست. هنر عطر سازی آمواژ اینجا کار خودش رو در طراحی اپوس 5 دقیق و باز هم با همون خط کش و پرگار داره انجام میده. بوی عود در این مرحله کاملا با ساختار کلی عطر هماهنگه و ملایمتی رو که تا اینجای کار از استشمام عطر احساس کردید رو اپوس 5 بر هم نمیزنه که یک بوی سنگین عودی رو برای شما به ارمغان بیاره و شما رو شوکه کنه . بلکه برعکس یک بوی خیلی دوست داشتنی و ملایم عود همراه با چوب رو در این مرحله تجربه خواهید کرد. کمی که این دو با هم شروع به خود نمایی کردند؛ زمان ورود نت انیمالیک عطر به مجموعه هست. به شخصه عطرهایی رو که در آنها از نتهای حیوانی استفاده شده خوشم نمیاد. ولی در اینجا رایحه ی زباد اصلا به شما اون حس حیوانی رو نخواهد داد. بلکه یه حالتی ایجاد میکنه که انگار سلولهای بویایی شما رو داره خیلی ملایم قلقلک میده. یه حالت شوخ داره بنظرم این رایحه ی حیوانی.
در مجموع اپوس 5 عطری است کاملا مهندسی شده. تمام اجزا مثل یک ارتش منظم هستند و دقیقا سرجای خودشان و به اندازه ای که به آنها اجازه داده شده خودنمایی میکنند.
کمتر عطری این چنین تا حالا به شخصه تجربه کرده بودم…. ا

amouage opus V really reminds me maison francis kurkdjian’s feminin pluriel.I don’t mean their identical but there’s lots of similarities between them.they have this combination of iris,fruity rose and woody/earthy notes in common.but there is a dominant oud and also boozy note added to opus V and gave it a unisex vibe so this one is wearable for men too.it’s also not as cold as feminin pluriel
all in all it’s a good perfume but I don’t like oud,also don’t like earthy iris so I don’t like it.longevity is great,sillage is very good but there is bigger sillage among amouages.I think it’s good for mild weather(spring and fall)
if you love earthy iris scents this is a good one with a oudy,boozy twist.rose isn’t that much dominant here and it just adds a watery fruity undertone

اُپِس 5 ،یه شاهکار به تمام معنا از برند پرقدرت و کم نظیر امواج.
شاید در نگاه ابتدائی یه عطر ساده به نظر برسه، اما ترکیب رایحه عود و گل زنبق حسی رو از این عطر بوجود میاره که در هیچ عطری تجربه نکردم.
دو رایحه خاکی با یکدیگر تریکب شدند ،گل زنبق : خاکی پودری معطر، رایحه چوب عود : خاکی انیمالیک بالزامیک، پیرامون این دورایحه ،کمی رایحه های شیرین و ترش هم خودنمایی میکنن اما بازتاب فقط به رایحه طبیعی زنبق و عود هست.
پخش این عطر در تابستان وحشتناکه ودر زمستان وهوای سرد راضی کننده ،
با یکمرتبه اسپری کردن روی پوست تا 3 یا 4 متر برای ساعتها بوش به مشام میرسه ، دوامش بیش از 24 ساعته، نکته عجیب وقابل ملاحظه ای که برای من در این عطر بوده اینه که بعد از 6 یا 7 ساعت که اسپری میشه ،رایحه عطر برای 30 تا 40 دقیقه کاملا محو میشه و بعد از این مدت دومرتبه مثل یه طوفان خودش رو نشون میده، بارها و بارها من این حالت رو در این عطر تجربه کردم.
درضمن ،این عطر بسیار حس نشاط آور وتحریک کننده ای داره ،اگر دوست دارید همه ازتون بپرسن عطرتون چیه؟ از این ادکلن غافل نشید.

This is the latest addition to my collection from Amouage. It’s a performance beast. It stays on you forever. It’s boozy in the very beginning but turns floral quickly and stays that way to the bitter end. It’s certainly unisex. I can see this on a lady as well as on men over 30. Since the smell is not sharp even in the beginning, I used 5 sprays in total when I first opened the bottle. And my wife told me the smell was very strong even after 5 hours. So 2-3 sprays is all you need for a morning to evening performance. It’s a nice fragrance and I dont regret spending that money. Would I buy it again, probably not since this will easily last min 5 years.

Amazing fragrance; boozy, floral and unisex.
This fragrance has an Osmanthus (The Different Company) kind of feel, even a Mure Et Musc fruitiness not completely floral nor fruity-these are just roles played.
As the fragrance finds itself, there is a woody, fruitiness that contributes to the booziness affect, AMAZING! This is quite captivating! I do detect the Jasmine along with Rose. The floral composition mixed with boozy/woodsy aroma really blends well! Overall, some great juice from this house!
This is potent stuff so be CAREFUL on the trigger!!
I sprayed this on in the morning around 7:30am…one of my student’s says at 3:45pm as I see them for the first time of the day, “Mr., I smell your perfume!” Realizing, again I didn’t spray alot; here’s to show no need for much-projection is amazing! Sillage is out of the park! I put on just a spritz and the longevity is worth it!

the most sophisticated scent I own. A complete masterpiece and one of the most powerful fragrances on this website…just wanted to articulate just how awesome this scent is. Its a stunner if you can appreciate a VERY dry, VERY woody fragrance. I think the orris root has something to do with a particular soapy note, that I have no problem with. And I could be completely wrong about that…but who cares?. One thing I do know, is how impressive the longevity is, and how it stays ‘niche-smelling’ to the bitter end. One of the more organic smelling perfumes I own. And a compliment getter, everytime I wear it. I would also add, there is a fruity note in it that I pick up everytime I wear it, and its almost similar to a combo of very ripe cumquat or tangerine and a berry of some sort…and its even more apparent when I smell the sprayer after a few days.
Amouage has now become my favorite house. Most of us have that one house, that does it for them. I just appreciate their unapologetic nod to any and everything that you might find in an atypical, scent from the East..whether it be a perfume, incense or oil. To put it plain, they just know what the Hell they’re doing…far too many houses, do not.

توجهت الى امواج المجموعه المكتبيه و توقفت امام اوبس الخامس …كنت قد جربته فى دبى واثرت ان اشترى ريفليكشن ساعتها ..ياللروعه …عطر عجيب يستحق ثمنه العالى ..يندرج فى رأيى ضمن العطور الزهريه الشرقيه ذات الطابع (النواعمى ) …وذلك بفضل نوتة السوسن الغالبه على العطر والتى تبقى من البدايه للنهايه ..فى البدايه ياتى الروم بطبيعته الكحوليه ليصنع مع السوسن افتتاحيه محلقه تذكرك بديور اوم انتنس ولكن على نحو رائق واكثر صفاءا وبهجه ..نوتة السيفيت تظهر بعد الافتتاحيه مع جذور السوسن ليعطى العطر ثباتا وعمقا والنوته العجيبه التى تظهر فى الاخير مقترنه مع الاخشاب والعود الذى لايكاد يبين هى نوتة الياسمين واعتقد انها لاعب الجوكر الذى وضعه جاك كافليه ليكمل معزوفته الرائعه …العطر رائع واعتقد انه يصلح للجنسين .فخم ..ثبات جميل فوحان غير منفر ويترك اثرا فى الاماكن ..تظن ان العطر قد اختفى ولكن تمر الساعات والساعات لتعاودك نسماته و نفحاته .

Oh boy, another Amouage I love. Very different to the others I love from Amouage tho. Much more powdery, but finally, finally a powdery scent I can wear and actually thoroughly enjoy!
The Iris in the early stages reminds me of the iris in L`Artisan Traversee du Bosphore, that lingering sweetness, not nearly as intense as Traversee here though yet certainly present. The surrounding notes in Opus V make those familiar Iris aspects a little more incensed though – and very slightly smoky in character. I think we are talking about the Oud in Opus vs Leather in Traversee here, as oud and leather notes can give off similar effect as note descriptors occasionally – which is perhaps what’s bringing the familiarity. A slight leatheryness. But this is so much more than Traversee. There’s much, much more complexity here. The florals playing with the other notes bringing in a soft sensuality, the oud also a light tanginess. That slight bit of animalic lingering in the background adding complexity. All dancing and playing together harmoniously with the Iris who plays centre stage to all of these notes. The Iris being the main player and yet so complimentary and in no way oppressive to the rest. More a state of constant interaction with the other notes drawing the best from them yet still remaining centre to them. Very complimentary.
For me, the rum aspects tend to become more noticeabe after about 1.5 to 2 hrs into the drydown where the notes sort of meld together somewhat and produce a mild rummy sweetness. It’s very nice actually and adds to the complexity. I still have that leathery iris but it’s a little less obvious at this stage. A little more melded in.
Amazing stuff here folks! It’s one you really have to wear to fully appreciate. Words aren’t always sufficient enough to encapsulate this kind of tapestried beauty. It’s to be experienced! It’s all pleasure, all Amouage and all good! (…ok sounds like a buy line but if you’ve experienced the kind of tapestried love Amouage is capable of delivering you’ll know exactly where I’m coming from 🙂
This is highly wearable for a male as well, and indeed also very unisex. Take part my friends and experience this one, it’s really rather brilliant!

در اولین اسپری ، بوی پودری زنبق رو متوجه میشید. کسانی که سری دیور هوم رو بو کردند میدونند که زنبق چجور بویی هست ولی اون شدتی که در سری دیور هوم وجود داره ، اینجا ملایم تره . نت اولیه این عطر خنک و شاداب هست . در نت های این عطر دارچین وجود نداره ولی نمیدونم چرا چنین حسی به من داد . شبیه بویی که وقتی دارچین رو روی فرنی ریخته باشند و بو کنی .در پس این تندی و خنکی که هست نسیم گرم و ملایمی ، این عطر رو ملایم و کمی گرم میکنه و به نظرم کاملا کار رو چهار فصل میکنه . در نت پایانی که بسیار بسیار ماندگار هست ، روایح یاسمن ، رز و ریشه زنبق حضور دارند که گرم و شیرین هست و حسی شبیه گرمای تفاله چای رو القا میکنه . در کل کار رسمی هست و مناسب افراد 25 سال به بالاست. پخش و ماندگاری وحشتناکی داره و بسیار بسیار با کیفیته

i found this RIDICULOUSLY cheap and just bought it. basically half price and i didn’t think twice. the beginning is just pure poetry, the salty, sweaty bitter oud smell works perfectly with the sugary sweet iris. they play off each other like good cop / bad cop. occasionally one overpowers the other and then vice versa. then, the oud wins out and other players come to the fore; rose, some white floral and other hard-to-discern qualities. whilst all this is going on, the rum is overseeing EVERYTHING, watching its underlings closely and intently, kinda like that kung fu boss that lets its minions do their thing until the very end. this is inDEED a masterpiece. i don’t think anything else amouage has put out (with the exception of some of the arabic oils) comes close to the majesty and depth. there’s literally a party going on when you smell this. utterly mesmerising, five-plus stars.

OpusV is the Opus of a high calibre most definitely. A very smooth gentle creamier version of jubilation25. It is a stnner. This is rally not as unisex as it is masculine. The masculinity appears in the final base dry down. In final stage a exquisite gentle sudective hybrid deer musk. Very wonderful reminds me of the former attar bahjah by Amouage, in the mildest form in the dry down. This Opus is stunningly attractive for men. 10 shining stars

Well! According to the shop assistant I was only ‘allowed’ to try two of these!
She believes from the couple of times I’ve been in (pffft!) that she ‘knows what I like..and these two will be the ones’ I’m a perfume lover…I’ll try them all thank you very much!
She was referring to Opus V and Opus III BTW which are quite different, maybe it was the ones she likes…who knows?
I’ve got a sample vial of Opus VII and it’s plain outrageous… It should be called ‘Omen’ instead of Opus I think as it has a devilish opening which actually turns into a great drydown.
So that’s my experience of the Library collection so far…I’m getting through them steadily.
As for this one Opus V I have to say it’s very pleasant and has some the complexity I’ve come to expect from Amouage but maybe not as much in this collection generally.
It’s a sweet one this with a top note of iris which is pleasant can’t say I found it all that boozy which is a plus.
Opus V is alright by me…It has a gentle vibe to it.
Having got a proper sample to wear now I can conclude that this is my favourite of the Opus collection. Only slight contrary to what I said above it is boozy, in the best kind of way though…rum & wood this is absolutely what I’m about and it’s super sweet with iris. I actually really love this and didn’t think any of the Opus library collection would tempt me to buy but this one satisfies my sweet tooth so I might just have to get it.

There is a unique and interesting “lipstick” like quality to the opening orris absolute, orris concrete and rose accord. This matches beautifully with the sweet and alcoholic rum note. I think people may be confusing the animalic note from civet since the beggining from the oud note.
But it is just a matter of perception.

The lipstick (synthetic Iris) dominates the mid/end ranges of the frag, and I get a faint orris note as well.
This starts with a very sharp medicinal smell; not Oud, though, more like cough syrup.

Well this is wonderful on me. The Orris butter and oud predominate throughout. So, according to “Smyle12” I’m not only a “fag-head” but I “smell like shit”.
Really Smyle12? That’s the best you can muster? May I suggest you concentrate on your English grammar rather than spreading stupidity. At least try to make complete sentences while you bring everyone down.

Perhaps my skin chemistry……..but I am not a fan. Overly sweet throughout with synthetic overtones as noted by other reviewers. Congrats to those lucky ones that this scent agrees with. Strong suggestion to try a sample first….best of luck.
EDIT: Very odd and I have never had this happen. I tried to wash off this scent as I did not like being hit in the head with a baseball bat made of flowers. Once I washed it off…I was able to appreciate a much diluted essence and like it! Seemed too concentrated in original form but enjoyable in a weaker state. I am not willing to go thought that for regular wear…..but please temper your consideration of my original review.

This is juice tragic, at least on man. I smell like some rose-scented, old woman right now. I do pick up the oud, but it’s more of the orris root that I smell. There’s also a bit of a rubbery note ala Bvlgari Black, in the background, but all of this is dominated and overpowered by the rose and no one but a fag-head will notice anything other than it. YUCK!!! I don’t care how much this stuff costs, on a man, it smells like shit.

the one and only amouage frag I have, bought it because a good friend of mine offered a very good price for a full 100ml bottle.
It’s ‘oudy’ (I think it’s kinda catchy to use the word!) but not incensey or smokey. It’s not that typical woody fragrance. It’s more to a tamed and controlled oud projection along with the other powdery notes, i.e iris and other woody notes.
Well, the only problem I have is that, apart from the fact that I really like the frag a lot, to me it’s just too soft, it doesn’t project an exceptional silage as what many have said in the thread.
So, I tried this frag 3 days ago to my workplace.
Sprayed twice, one on my shirt and another to my hair. I could smell the scent somehow lingering around me, yet to my surprise, many of my friends told me I smell great, but just TOO strong. They said, the whole room smells like wood…
Only then I know that this frag projects really well… :p

Yes, as Robert Webb’s upper-class character quips in the new “comparethemarket.com”advert, in some ways the combination of dense earthy, civet notes in “Opus V” might deceive you in to thinking that, on awakening, you discover that pesky aristocratic meerkat, ‘Orlov’ in bed beside you!

However, joking aside, as all the wonderful reviews below describe: this is another bold, fascinating creation from Amouage that has grown on me considerably and deserves special mention as it refrains stolidly from following any comfortable generic line.
Indeed, “Opus V” belongs in the company of such animalic, almost bizarre, strong ‘outsider’ creations such as Montale’s “Aoud Cuir d’Arabie”; Lutens’ vintage “Muscs Koublai Khan”; vintage “Cumming, The Fragrance”, and vintage “Rose Poivree” by The Different Company – all fascinating perfumes IMHO, especially the latter.
I would have been intrigued to discover this theme with dark, burnt, citrusy top/middle notes up-front along the lines of its very distant cousins, “Derby” or vintage “Bel Ami”, but as it is “Opus V” is formidable and I love it!
Maybe my olfactory musings above will be created one day as “Opus X or XI”?

After reading all previous reviews, especially the ones describing disappointment, I came to conclusion that this must be one of this fragrances which development is HIGHLY dependent on skin chemistry. On some it will simply stink. On other it will turn into heaven. I’m in the lucky group whose skins chemistry agrees with Opus V. On my skin Opus V smells divine. It radiates warmth and comfort from my wrists which I cannot stop smelling and makes me think about sitting in a garden on a summer evening in August just after sunset but before dusk. It has a very light ‘metallic’ note which gives the drydown a kind of sharpness, but still it’s a warm sharpness. I think it will be perfect for summer and I cannot wait to get a full bottle of Opus V!
This is one of my ever favourites, it’s been now in my cupboard for over 10 months. I really like the way it smells on me. However this is only my individual perception – my colleague at work asked me once if I can smell ‘something weird and medicinal’ – I figured he was referring to my perfume, so I presented my wrist with a question: This? ‘Oh yeah!’ and then he wrinkled his nose. We both started to laugh. The point of my story is that I really dislike people saying: this perfume is horrible. It’s horrible for YOU. It doesn’t suit YOU. YOU dislike it. But please, don’t generalise: after all it’s only YOUR subjective opinion. Paraphrasing the saying (I cannot remember literally): Somebody’s heaven is somebody else’s hell’

A disturbing and overtly synthetic mix of rum, iris, oud, and some very dry scratchy woody note.
It’s cold and mechanical – the perfect signature scent for cyborgs and/or masochists.
(I’m a fan of most everything by Amouage, but I absolutely despise this scent!)

I enjoyed the opening – full of oud and rum and quite delicious and heady. About 10-15 minutes into it though it went rancid on my skin and I could smell (eek) a “pee” note. Frantic and confused, I looked back onto the fragrantica website to read the notes and there it was, the culprit – the dreaded civetta. Arggh that note simply destroys what can otherwise be a fine and dandy perfume. Really – you want urine and pee in your perfume? Well, good luck with that one.

A norlimbanol bomb.
Opus V opens with a magnificent accord of iris paired with a woody-oudish note and some booze. Just terrific. Unfortunately, norlimbanol, which is an extremely powerful woody amber aromachemical takes over in the middle phase driving the fragrance towards an endless dry woody-oudish-incensey drydown that resembles of way too many fragrances of the same genre. From many Montale’s to Nasomatto via the botloads of synthetic woody compositions available on the market.
I still kind of like this stuff but I seriously doubt there would be someone going through a whole bottle. Extremely powerful and with tenacious lasting power.

FANTASTIC.. Simply fantastic I know my oud and this is far from a potent oud aroma, very European not Asian at all, very beautiful, very long lasting and smells of sugar cane again and again.. Beautiful & fantastic if you like sweet smells and can afford the price of sheer luxury get it..
A short update five days after spraying this fantastic EDP on my neck some of it must have landed on my jacket and I can still smell the aroma like it was put on yesterday.. serious longevity..

I can definitely smell what they mention is oud. Its striking to say the least. As it comes down onto my skin I still say its a masculine parfum. It does have the long lasting sillage that everyone mentions. Its unique and different from others. I smelled the Clive Christian before maybe has that twist in it as well.

Indeed the “Gift of Kings”. I am utterly mesmerised by this fragrance, weaving images of magic carpet rides through my immagination. While it is soft for an Oud, it’s the magical combination with rose that is the key player here. I’m not a botanist (or indeed a gardener) and don’t have a clue what a natural Iris smells like … but if it’s that delicate creamy fragrance in the top of Opus V then I think I’m in love. (Warrants further investigation!). The barest trace of civet provides a hint of skank … delicious!! I’m sure I’ll have much more to say about this in the near future … for now I’ll just close my eyes and cloud surf with Aladdin.
Update:
I was stopped in the mall this afternoon by no less than 3 total strangers telling me how wonderful I smelled! The sillage of Opus V must be really good … as much as I like smelling my fragrance myself, this one does feel quite close to the skin, but obviously isn’t. I LOVE IT … been wearing it for two days straight and probably will again tomorrow … at $3 a ml, that could prove to be a little pricey :o) … I’m such a fragrance whore!!!

Arguably the lightest of the entire OPUS range and surprisingly pleasant. Not a “wow” though, rather more intriguingly gentle, docile, soft and tender.
I find it rather suitable for summer which is rare, considering most AMOUAGE scents are so heavy they can only really be used in the colder time of year.
We have a very cool and wet opening with Rum and Orris Root, two very on trend ingredients.
