Description
The Elysian Fields is the first Mirus Fine Fragrance release since 2016’s Ceremony, which was a finalist for the 2016 Art and Olfaction Awards. The Eysian Fields is a rich fougere that explores the more sumptuous aspects of this classic fragrance style. The perfumer used a special lavender oil made from just the lavender flowers, with the stems and greenery removed, which yields a sweeter smell that is more true to nature. This rich, sweet lavender melds with Venezuelan tonka bean absolute, natural oakmoss and geranium to form a heady fougere that’s both traditional and decadent.
The Elysian Fields was launched in 2017. The nose behind this fragrance is Neal Peters.

Reminds me of the fougere style of the 70s-80s when oakmoss still played a key role. Truly great perfume! Available at Tigerlily in San Francisco 15ml atomizer.
