The opening is very spicy, especially heavy on cloves. It takes over one hour until the cloves are starting to relax a bit and the notes are beginning to balance. It’s still mostly spicy with added cinnamon and pepper; this feels like I am preparing wine spices. This theme goes mostly unchanged into the drydown and I struggle to find a tea note in there, but fail. This thing projects big at first, but it fades drastically after the first hour. I am not a fan of the clove note and it’s clearly dominating the fragrance so it’s a pass from me.

It took me ages to find this scent on here as it came to me labelled AbdesSalaam Attar Te Delle Isole.
A very interesting scent right from first spray. It begins with a strong fizzing berry and liquorice which quickly changes to mulled wine spices. I get star anise, cinnamon, cardamom. All the spices you would usually expect with a chai fragrance.
It dries down to a very soft and warm incense suitable for day or night.
This is an all seasons perfume. The top notes are wintry but as it lingers I’m getting hot sultry summer nights.
Very very nice.
