Bright fizzy crushed orange leaves mixed with a touch of orange blossom, fresh and green without being biting. Long lasting citrus burst drying down o a mossy orange blossom. Reminds me a lot of Nest paradise and Hermès orange debut but I’m liking it more. I still love my other orange bursts and will rotate as my mood predicts. One lovely layering I did with this was with Shalimar, wow!

Aromatic, juicy and full of sun citrus fruits. A little bit…too bitter, but not synthetic. Sometimes it may be too literal and too realistic, but very refreshing and energizing. This smell improves my mood!
For me, it’s number one among the doping scents.
I really like this fragrance, nothing groundbreaking but a great signature fragrance for warmer weather.
Tangerine, grapefruit and lemon can brighten up my day!
    Pretty good longevity. Highly recommended.

Bright happy tangerine with some green notes to keep it grounded…lasts a good four or five hours which is not bad for a citrus perfume…perfect summer fragrance…reminds me a bit of Jo Malone’s Lime Basil and Mandarin without that over-the-top green bite that makes me question how much I like the Jo Malone…

It’s a lovely, fresh, sunny, optimistic, clean tangerine – perfect for any warm-to-hot-to-baking day. True-to-life and not cloying; a natural sweetness which doesn’t grow sticky or overbearing.
Utterly unisex, too – a touch more feminine than MH Le Pamplemousse, which I have and love even though it gets a bit butch and over-oakmossy to me in its later stages – but lasts a whole summer’s day.
Sadly, for me, Tangerine Vert is extremely short-lived – 60-90 minutes max and it’s just gone – so for days when it’s gotta be orange, not grapefruit, I’ll be sticking with Hermes Concentre d’Orange Verte – which is sweeter and has slightly more rounded and varied notes than the MH, as well as lasting much longer.

This is very ok fragrance, but staying power is very low! Sometimes it lasts only 0.5 hour only.

No other fruit save perhaps lime has the clarity and brightness of tangerine. It’s a wonder that there are relatively so few perfumes available with this terrific opener.
On a hot and muggy day it is my absolute favorite. It’s a true to life juicy and fresh tangerine followed up by a slightly dry greenness. I love it, it makes me feel clean and fresh and like I just stepped out of the shower.
In a sea of citrus fragrances, this is one of the very best!

This is a wonderful, bright orange, very fizzy and exuberant. I think it is a big contrast to citron citron which seems both austere and very herbal (until it fades to a softer lemony scent). I cannot understand how anyone can see citron citron as gentler or friendlier than tangerine vert. I can only assume people experience some elements in citrus scents in a very different way.

wo, what a lovely surprise! I was afraid to open my bottle until this morning because of the not-so-good reviews here. But, I am very pleased to find out it is a such lovely friendly one! light but certainly persistent. The tiny bit of bitterness keeps it from being cloy sweet. Considering the millions of perfumes on this category, its ability of standing out is pretty impressive! Definitely worthy its own place IMHO.

The green seems to overpower the tangerine. The citrus is there but it smelled mostly of the green.

A tender, delicate and polite citrus based cologne type fragrance. It is likeable and could be a good alternative for any traditional summer colognes. Well balanced between the citrus notes (not sweet or sharp lemon pledge) and the green herbal notes. The self-effacing character somehow makes me think that this should be more feminine than masculine.

Straight away this smells like orange drink mix: That powdery, sugary goodness you add to water for a refreshing drink. It’s very nice and made me want to drink orange juice. Perhaps a bit too literal and one note for me. Quality is obvious but just not my thing.

This is a “take no prisoners” assertive citrus scent with woody backing, and I wear it frequently. It is very “green” and can seem a bit harsh (unlike the gentler Citron Citron), but it is somewhat more complex and more aromatic. I wear this to work and enjoy the joyful energy it gives me. It does not last that long (no natural scents or citruses do), but I feel that what evaporated off of me is making the air better around me. No chemicals. Excellent perfume in my opinion.

As I am a big fan of Hermès ORANGE VERTE (both the concentré and the cologne versions), it’s not that surprising that I took an immediate liking to Miller Harris TANGERINE VERT. The concept is very similar and the execution and quality are as well.
In the Miller Harris composition, there is more emphasis on the orange and less on the green, but it is still a seriously scrumptious citrus creation. I find TANGERINE VERT a bit sweeter than the Hermès, which is not however to say that I find it sweet. (Nothing like BBW ORANGE SAPPHIRE, for example…)
TANGERINE VERT is a wonderful rich green citrus with florals, moss, and wood adding complexity and depth without detracting from the bright and cheery tangerine. I like it, I do!

I got this as a sample and it smells so wonderful. It opens up with a tangerine/lemon/grapefruit and green herb smell and ends with citrus and soft musk. It smells so fresh and clean. The only drawback is that it only lasts about 5 hours since it is mainly a citrus perfume. It is best for the spring and summer, and is a good scent for a man or woman.

Extremely true to name – a tangerine, it’s bright green leaves, and very little else to interrupt this straightforward botanical olfactory experience.
Not especially long lasting, which is a shame, since it is quite pleasant.

This is my newest favourite perfume. It’s a lovely very green citrus scent. There is a nice depth to it and virtually no sweetness. I’d say this could work equally well on either sex

This is a perfect summer scent. It’s a crisp, uncomplicated scent that begins w/ tart green citrus, then goes to orange citrus fruits–both layers accompanied by a very faint wisp of something like powder. This is not your average fruity scent. It’s fresh and clean, but for grown-ups.
