I would say cotton candy and peach…maybe some flowers…strong sweet but pleasant…smell like real French perfume probably should smell…

Fruuuuuuity! Not candy sweet, but a nice cheery fruit. Citrus and peach. Dries down to lovely, complex, clean, soapy goodness. I don’t love the opening personally – on my skin it takes the fruity notes a while to settle (my skin doesn’t love peach), but it’s quite pleasant once it calms down. Yum.
Reminds me of an after bath splash for little girls and I mean that in a good way. Anyone remember Petite Nate from their childhood? Sweet Courreges is basically Tween Nate. I would have been utterly obsessed with this in junior high/high school. Very fresh, pretty, youthful. It makes sense that this was a first perfume for so many reviewers. I almost wish this was an eau fraiche without alcohol. I wouldn’t say I strongly recommend hunting this one down; but I did and I’m happy with it.

This is unknown gem. I had a sample of it that I liked, finally got a bottle, the best 20$ bottle of perfume, smells high end. Tuberose, bitter orange and peach are present that gives a little bitter smell that I love. Light floral, very easy to wear. I needed something like this for summer, something that is lasting, light and easy on my nose))) Now I am getting a matching body lotion.
A review for new EDT.

I enjoyed the sample if it , very happy light but lasting fruity floral. Wander if there is a difference between new and old formula.

I really like this perfume. fragrance that can’t be forgotten. very fresh, soft, fragrant, clean. I found myself completely in love with this fragrance. though I buy a lot of other perfumes, this is the most I love perfume and better than Davidoff cool water that made me feel bored and lovely by SJP is too sharp. the only thing that makes me sad perfume is discontinued and can not be found anymore in my country. I highly recommend this for people who love perfume very fragrant, fresh and clean. This perfume is also very soft and I really missed this perfume.

Sweet Courreges Pink, I owe you my childhood. My mum used to wear this before they discontinued it, what a pity. It was quite an enigmatic scent with much depth, its scent was actually relative on what you used it on. I remember the sharp citrus +aldehydes sticking out more when my mum sprayed it on her polyester-nylon shirts and suits. When we were going to the park and my mum used it on her cotton tee, the fruity apricot and berries were more apparent but it was never cloyingly sweet due to the citrus/yuzu notes. The bottle does turn dark and sourish with age, so never keep your bottle for more than a year. Another drawback is the balmy rancidness when mixed with my sweat, it’s impossible to feel clean after running around in it. Overall, it’s a very versatile scent that’s both elegance and innocence, steely career lady and damsel in distress. It’s ageless too. When I wore it, it became a ‘sweet little barbie girl scent’ ( I was 10 then). For nostalgia’s sake, I sometimes used Estee Lauder’s Pure White Linen Light Breeze as a substitute. It has the same depth and versatility as described but Light Breeze would have to be a much much fresher and tea-like scent.

I would swear it had melon in its notes, but it hasn’t. Lovely fragrance. Sweet sour, gentle and cheerful! It is sweet but not gourmand and powerful. Seems fragile and tender. I still have some in my bottle and I keep it as it is very rare as Empreinte.

I remember this perfume : I was searching for a perfume with my boyfriend, we were in a shop, I tested Sweet Courreges, I loved it and the boyfriend chose Tocade – Rochas. So I had Tocade and I loved it. But I never had Sweet Courreges and now it’s impossible to find it ! What a pity ! I’m sure I would still love it, it was so sweet !

Yummy. There is really no other way to say it. This scent starts off with the sweet and tart scent of peach, lemon, bergamont. It dries down to an incredibly sexy floral with hints of vanilla and chocolaty tonka beans. It smells like an elusive candy that you always wanted but couldn’t buy because no one makes it. I really like this fragrance, I use my bottle sparingly in order to preserve it.
