Description

Flower Beauty, from American actress Drew Barrymore, presented three floral fragrances in 2014: Cherished, Radiant and Sultry. Sparkling Garden followed in 2015, and now Sunshine will launch in summer 2016.

Announced as a fragrance that “truly captures liquid sunshine in a bottle,” Sunshine is a bright and fresh citrusy-floral composition. Top notes include juicy clementine, lady apple and white freesia. A bouquet of yellow peony, pear blossom and sambac jasmine makes the heart of the perfume, while the warm notes of golden amber, sweet cassis and clear musk end up in the base.

It is available as a 30 ml Eau de Parfum with a 236 ml fragrant body mist.

Where in the world can I buy this? would love to try it because I love both LB and Mochino Love,But I can’t for the life of me find this scent anywhere, not even online. Walmart(in my area)carries the Turquoise and I absolutely love that, but really am wanting this scent.Any suggestions or sightings for purchase of this scent in East Coast Jersey Shore area? Please DM me with details.

I blind-bought this at Ross for $13 for 1 oz. It’s a great blind buy for anyone who likes citrus. The smell is like D&G Light Blue had a little baby. I say little because this isn’t a heavy or sharp scent. It actually smells like a straight dupe of Moschino Funny. It has hints of floral notes to soften its edges. The name is appropriate; it is quite a sunny fragrance. It also lasted amazingly long for something so cheap and light! Although it became a skin scent after an hour, I could smell it for around 4 hours – about the same length of time that expensive designer fragrances last on me.
Edited to add: this reminds me a lot of Light Blue Italian Zest on the initial spray. It’s quite heavy on the lemon. It’s bright, but doesn’t have as deep of cedar notes as Light Blue. I’d still strongly recommend that anyone who loves Light Blue buy this if they see it at Ross or a similar store. It’s a great substitute / dupe for $13.

When I first apply this, this smells to me as if Clinique Happy and Beverly Hills Giorgio had a baby (minus the synthetic-ness I always picked up w/Happy). I realize this does not have the same notes, but nonetheless. I was happy, but wait……..then this dries down quickly (like less than 15 minutes) into I guess sort of a citrus-cedar scent for me, sort of non-descriptive, really. Maybe a little “sunny,” but there is a definite woodiness to this, as well, at least for me.
I agree with the reviewer who said they pick up a cedar note. To me this is cedar, not musk. While the notes in this look interesting, and it is an interesting enough fragrance, I am just not sure it is something I want to smell like. Cute adorable bottle, though, if extreme excessive packaging….Comes in a big huge box and the little tiny 1 ounce bottle it’s a little comical, if sadly seems like wasteful packaging.
I do not dislike this, it just is not for me. Just comes off as confusing as to what this is trying to smell like on me. Probably going pass this on to my friend’s college age daughter. I do appreciate that being this is a cheapie/celeb fragrance, that this is not synthetic smelling, but it is just not “for me”.

I love Drew so couldn’t resist browsing the Flower perfumes and cosmetics whilst grocery shopping at Walmart last night. Decided on this one to layer with Light Blue when I wear it, since the scent fades quickly on me and this will help stretch it out. And I also smell cedar despite it not being listed.. how peculiar.. its almost like they low key made a complete copy haha. I got the body spray version of this and it’s very light, and the scent is fleeting but for $7 it’s a non issue. Especially considering it’s a dead ringer dupe for LB which is much pricier in comparison. If you are a LB lover, give it a try.
P.S. The hibiscus shade of blush in the Flower line is really nice.

This is a nice scent and I think Sunshine is the perfect name for it. Its smells like happy flowers. I’m just disappointed in the longevity and sillage. The other perfumes in this line have very good longevity and sillage so I’m not sure what happened with this one. I will not be rebuying this one simply because I have to spray it on every hour. At day one of owning it half the bottle was gone.

Out of all of them, this is the one i love! Citrusy musk and a hint of apple and peony, i’m in love! For a scent sold only in walmart not bad at all drew barrymore. I definitely will be buying this perfume soon, possibly for christmas!

I bought this blind based on all of the good reviews but there’s just something I don’t like about it. I don’t know enough about perfumes to pinpoint the scent that’s putting me off but I’m getting something synthetic that smells really bad on me. Sorry Drew, this one has got to go!

Starts out with a bright citrus, the citrus tones down a bit as it wears and I find it super similar to D&G’s Light Blue. I love both. For me, Sunshine is easy to wear, not too complicated.

Pairs extremely well with Sparkling Garden from the Flower line. Reminds me of Light Blue. Nothing earth-shattering, but a nice summer scent.

I have been a light blue wearing lady for several years. All year round. I have been trying different scents, but I miss it. I happened in walmart of all places today and smelled 3 scents by -.I had no idea. But when I smelled this I purposely bought it because it is so much like light blue minus the price. I’ll be curious if my husband and kids notice when they get home. They always smell me hahaha! !

I sampled this in the store today. Eh. I agree that it smells a heck of a lot like Light Blue. It’s actually lasting a pretty long time, so if you like Light Blue, it’s a worthy purchase. Personally, I’m glad I tried before I bought, as it’s not terribly unique.

Where’s the cedar in the notes? I swear I smell cedar. I bought this blind, without smelling it. When I did put it on, the first thing that came to mind was Light Blue by D&G. It’s almost like an exact copy, but much lighter. So if you are looking for a very affordable dupe of Light Blue, look no further.
