This is opens a rose scent, but it is dark and earthy with a bit of spice. In contrast the rose seems wet and dewy. The ink note gives an unusual sourness. It is quite nice. Sadly the rose fades as it settles making it just dark and resinous — which I like, but I liked the contrast more.
