GaZz – :
According to Scent Bar, Stelle di Festa is supposed to evoke an ice cream with flavours of vanilla and zabaione, which is an italian dessert of egg yolk, sugar and a sweet wine. I do get a creamy vanilla which becomes stronger as the fragrance dries down. However, the main accord of Stelle di Festa on my skin, is actually a sweet medicinal scent reminiscent of a ginseng flavoured candy.
The sillage is moderate to close, and the longevity is around 8 hours. I’ve never smelt anything like ginseng in fragrances, Stelle di Festa is thus a novelty, and quite fun to sample. But I would not recommend it as a vanilla fragrance because of the association with ginseng candy.
