Signature Wild is a dark, woody leather fragrance with a boozy, overripe fruit note that lends the composition a rich, heady feel. The composition centers around davana, a rich essential oil distilled from the flowers and leaves of Artemisia pallens, or Dhavanam, which although is a bitter green herb produces an oil that smells simultaneously of apricots, dark rum, anise, and leather. Davana lends Signature Wild its characteristically heady, sweet booziness, but the perfume never feels heavy or over done, balanced as it is by the nutty grassiness of Haitian vetiver, tender orange blossoms, and a warm spicing of cinnamon and cardamom.
Drying down to a comforting blend of amber, leather, and creamy sandalwood, this boozy leather concoction will transport you to the cosy ambience of a men’s club in London, where the rich aromas of brandy, cigars, humidors, and old leather armchairs fill the air. Top notes are cinnamon, artemisia and cardamom; middle notes are orange blossom, dried fruits and woody notes; base notes are labdanum, leather, sandalwood, amber, peru balsam and haitian vetiver.

This is a soft, effeminate, cream puff of a fragrance but I couldn’t be more excited about it. It’s not the bold, brash chameleon we tend to want unknown niche fragrance like this to be, and although delicate, is full of interesting facets. Immediately reminded me of a more complicated version of Donna Karan Fuel for Men and for that reason I can’t understand why sandalwood is so low on the note votes, but there you go. The opening is sweet and powerful but fleeting mixture of fruits and orange blossom, then gives way to a prominent and biting labdanum which acts as the middle ground to what Wild eventually becomes, and that’s a powdery, woody scent. This is mainly a milky santal and clean, soapy spice of cardamom but with hints artemisia and exotic resin. The drydown is what I’d call ‘white leather’ it’s soft and almost make up like which is probably what gives this such a feminine lean. As I mentioned I think it’s got that crayons and epitome of ‘powdery notes’ smell, reminding me of not just Fuel but a couple of others like Aedes de Venustas Iris Nazarena and Atelier cologne Santal Carmin. I think with leather and heavier notes this perfume is elevated to one of the best in this style I’ve tried. Thoroughly enjoyed this one.

Masculine, really))? Though I won’t mind to see it on a man, it’s men who often find this type of scents too “girly” (but well – Dior Homme Intense is popular)). Dried fruits with some spice, balanced by leather-vetiver-all that stuff. Quite nice actually, 7/10, good longevity, some sillage… Maybe will buy.. for both of us…

Signature Wild, is a member more risky and multifaceted in the collection. It is a composition that works by fine tuning between its leather chord, animal chord, woody chord, lactonic chord and alcoholic chord. Signature wild opens with a full-bodied, thick and licorious aroma wrapped in a lactonic aroma that sends to coconut. In the background, one can see the part that alludes to the wild aspect of the composition: a slightly rubbery leather scent and an oily, animaly aroma that seems to come from a synthetic accordion of castóreum and musks. As Signature Wild evolves on the skin, it shows a more tamed side, a comfortable woody scent that seems to revolve around an interpretation of the aroma of vetiver.

The over-load of cinnamon at the start is slightly off-putting but, once that subsides and the orange blossom shines through, this is a helluva good scent. The dry-down is a gorgeous leather with very distinctive accents.

I am woman and I love this perfume! I think it is more unisex than masculine.
It is a beautiful woody scent with a lovely base of labadum. It starts off very woody and as time goes by the I smell the spicy fruits. I think this works really well as a winter scent or as a signature.
I love this perfume, works much better for the cooler months with a thick jumper.
