OK!! Were to start… I just got this today it is NOTHING compare to the original Si… This is STRAIGHT REAL ROSE SCENT ALL TRU.. I MEAN.. in your face roses scent but not artificial roses & not OLD lady roses scent either 🙂 really sophisticate delicate but real roses scent. I get a little vanilla at the end but not much on me is more ROSES 🙂 & I LIKE IT!! this is a *I GOT MILLIONS OF $$$ IN MY BANK ACCOUNT* kind of scent!! If you like REAL ROSES SCENT give this one a try you will not be desapointed & IT LAST SUPER LONG. The original Si doesn’t last at all on me saddly 🙁

Armani Si intense was a blindbuy which I didn’t really like so I was never excited to test other versions.lately in a perfume shop SA was raving about a new flanker of Si that was a love at first sniff for her and is her signature now.she made me curious enough so that I decided to give it a sniff
The only ones in Armani Si family that I had ever tried are:original Si,Si intense,Si parfum and if I want to choose most similar one among these three it would be original Si.it was easily recognizable that it’s Si’s daughter.I found them like 80% or more similar but the slight changes made this one a better version of Si IMO.more pleasant.more balanced.as it’s name suggests, rose is added here.a fruity and modern rose.
Si’s blackcurrent and woodsy patchouli which I don’t like are still there but rose makes them seem less intense, softer and better blended.all in all I liked it better than Si,and way more than Si intense but not enough to buy it.
If you have original Si and are totally happy with it,I think there’s no need to own them both.if you like Si but you need some changes to smooth it out to a more feminine and prettier version,it’s for you.if you don’t like Si at all, this flanker is not totally different and I don’t see much chances to love it,but even in that case I encourage you to try it as I see it as an improved Si

This reminds me of Lush Rose Jam (lemon-rose-vanilla) in a more complex wine-soaked way. I didn’t think Armani Si EDP was unique enough for the price, but this rose flanker is sexy, rich and delicious. For a grown woman, but not at all an “old lady” floral. Roses are my relaxation scent (lavender is too soapy for me). Just beautiful!

I prefer Si Rose Signature II over and above the original Si EDP. The dominant rose accord in this flanker tends to smooth out the composition and give it a touch of understated elegance.
It’s not nearly as tart as its fruit-chouli predeccesor, however it is still quite fruity with juicy black currant, bergamot and mandarin orange. It’s a well-rounded rose fragrance on my skin, further complimented by the fruity and musky accords in the heart and base.
Si Rose Signature II could be its own stand-alone fragrance as it barely resembles the original. Heightening the rose accord is what the original Si should have done in the first place as I find it much more wearable and more skilfully blended.
If you like creamy, fruity rose fragrances, Si Rose Signature II is definitely worth a sniff. I would also recommend this flanker to those that like Si but wish it had less sharpness and more femininity. I see this flanker as the new and improved version, not to mention that the peach coloured juice with the cute pink ribbon detail makes it so much more appealing from a purely visual standpoint.

Love this fragrance and it’s one I’m desperate to add to my collection.
I absolutely love the floral rose scent. Incredibly elegant and so different from the original Si which changed terribly on my skin.
This would be a perfect wedding day scent. Soft enough but long lasting.
    Love.

may i be the first to say ‘I don’t like it’. at first anyway.
i’ve sprayed it on myself for maybe an hour ago and i seem to be on the verge of sneezing for a while now. it’s tickling my sinuses but maybe not in a good way. apart from that i find Si rose II to be a bit sour and maybe old and musty smelling. apologies to those who like the bitter rose. roses have been there from the initial spray but i can’t detect any other notes other than green notes. no sweetness at all.
maybe it’ll transform into something nice but at this moment, it’s a big thumbs down for me. i wish i’d learn not to blind buy so this is not a good gift to buy someone and test first before buying.
i have a 50ml edp that is up for swaps? in australia.

If you have an affinity and appreciation for rose in it’s many iterations, I encourage you to explore this fragrance. And as a bit of kind advice, when you spray this on your skin, wait at least 15 seconds before smelling it. I promise, it changes dramatically in those few seconds. It needs those moments to actually unfurl on your skin…and then, oh yes….
I have both the original Si edp, and now Si Rose Signature II, and of the two I prefer this scent. It opens with rose right off the bat, and it’s serious, beautiful, and with a little bit of mystery. This is really well crafted, interesting, multi-faceted. The DNA of the original Si is undeniable of course, but because of the double rose accord (the absolute Rose of May and Turkish Rose) and iris, I find this one has more flowing femininity that the original. A few minor negative critiques I will offer are that it unfortunately does not last quite as long as the original, and I would have hoped for the “Rose Signature II” to be somewhere on the presentation of the bottle, but it is not.
I love the formality and class of this perfume. The bottle is exquisite. Armani said from its 2017 launch that this is a limited edition, and that is truly regrettable because this gem can stand strong on it’s on two legs and as a worthy, and I’ll say, better flanker than the original.

I haven’t smell a more sensual and at the same time more inoffensive perfume than Armani Si. Juicy without being girly, mysterious or cheap that we could find in other high end perfumes with similar vibes.
In my case, my favorite edition used to be Rose Signature. The rosie milkie-like juice of it was such a nice idea and the perfume itself of course. Hope they will not discontinue it but they actually have sooooooo many editions of Si that it’s scary to choose, isn’t it?
Now, Rose Signature II: I don’t know how to desribe it to the bone. Firstly, to my nose is like a more concentrated formula of 2016’s edition with rose being the star, young and mature but…If I was a bee or a bug, that flower would be something like my fast food choice. It smells exactly like a huge, plummy, dark red, freshly watered bud of a centifolia rose, dipped in the best quality of honey. That says all…

I actually caved and picked up a bottle and i think this may be a wearable SI and the rose is their but does soften down after a while and it has no acrid woody note like the other versions….so with that said ..this is a much better version. Its wayy better than the edt. And less sweet n sharp than the edp. And much more fresh , very lasting and blended well. Im happy i liked this version, and it works .

This is indeed different than the previous version. It has MORE rose, and most importantly, the notes are blended together better. They aren’t clashing against each other like the last one. The rose is lightly flavored with the cassis, and the patchouli and vanilla are quietly laying in the background. Very sophisticated and elegant, but not overly formal.

SO…TRIED this out and yes..its a bit different than last years version. I do think this is a much better version than last years and its much more floral and clean and more rosey. My only neg is this is much more rosey after the drydown and then it fades to a dull light sweet original si but with annoying intense roses. The only part I like in the fragrance is the first spray of 10 mins. That doesn’t stick around…so wont be buying

I tested this on paper strip and smelled almost the same like last year version but softer – I need to test it again on my skin…anyway it goes on my want list as I missed the chance to grab it last year.

I smelled it today. Being a rose addict, I have to admit that if I had the $152 plus tax I would have blown the money on the spot ! It’s roses roses and more roses , with little , if any , or the original Si left. The lasting power is really good as I have been home for a few hours and I am still sniffing and wishing I could make it mine. The roses here are quite mature, not fruity or candied at all . It’s elegant and classy, and definitely on my wish list .
