This is such a pretty scent, heavy yet delicate.. hard to describe.. the oud is strong, I wish the patchouli were a little stronger so this could be slightly more Western-smelling but that’s just my preference. The galbanum is lovely, a favorite note of mine.. this starts out very green and flowery but turns musky and oudy in a few hours of wear.. a warm cloud of scent surrounding you. It does project a bit but is not overly intrusive. The bottle is gorgeous, heavy and ornate with an expensive feel to it, and there is something very elegant about applying the perfume with the little glass rod 🙂
This actually reminds me very much of Nebras by Al Rehab.. a heavy, soapy floral, but a bit less intimate. This is like the demure younger sister of Nebras.
Truly one of my favorites. I wear this more often than anything else in my collection.. it smells so expensive and unique!

Totally, totally mesmerising. After I ordered this gem I thought I made a mistake! But I like Galbanum so i had an open mind. Now, am glad I did! This is such a delicious juice! The opening is dominated by a strong, realistic floral resin with green nuances and a woody input that adds a depth and feel of comfort and aroma second to none. Patch is there in the mix but not prominent. There is a slight soapiness that dds to the seductive effect. Overtime the concoction is dominated by a gentle oudy/woody base with the added beauty of greens and galbanum. Like the woody notes on a clean fresh body that is engulfed in florals. Green, balsamic, persistent, woody, aromatic
This is such beautiful scent. Its green and woody, powdery and fresh, floral and spirited, thanks to a polite whiff of oud. It is not a crowd pleaser yet a very appealing concoction, totally unisex and beguiling! A green take on Orientals. Yes, please!!!!!!!!!!!

Stunning!
imho, Shadha CPO is a delicate feminine floral, w/ green (galbanum!) on a lightly smoky – woodsy base. The smoky aspect just enhances the blend… Doesn’t overpower it.
Sillage is in the low / moderate range (characteristic of Concentrated Perfume Oils in general), and longevity is impressive- 18 hours+ !
Absolutely beautiful! A little goes a long way. Shadha is a smooth, feminine, woodsy (Oudh & Sandalwood), green, smoky, perfectly-blended, delicate floral. It is a linear scent.
Easy to wear, great as an intro to Eastern Perfumery. If you are on the fence, I can offer that my non-perfume-obsessed Sister (age 40’s) & her daughter (my niece, age 14) have both gone MAD for this gorgeous scent! It’s that delicate, that I gifted a bottle to my teen niece- Now, they both share it! For me, I’m on my 2nd bottle, & have just purchased my 3rd!
( On a personal note, regarding size 18 ml. volume/ bottle: I use ~1 ml. to scent my *entire* body, before dressing, by applying a trace amount of oil along all limbs, torso, head / neck / shoulders. Thus- 1 bottle provides me with 18 full-day applications… However, if you only scent your pulse points, you may use less per application. To apply, a dab of the oil is rubbed into the skin- it disappears entirely, w/ NO oily residue- Just beautifully perfumed skin! )
About the bottle:
*** Heavy, & very pretty among my multi-perfume vanity tray!
*** Dimensions: 3.5″ Tall; 1.75″ Square. (Roughly comparable in size, to a typical 30-50 ml. bottle of perfume).
*** The gilded (gold-tone) metal cage, adorned w/ (blue) sapphire gemstone, encases a delicate glass vial (18 ml.), which holds the CPO. Attached to the Metal Ball cap, is a long, slender glass rod, which extends down into the glass vial, (like an old fashioned glass thermometer)- The Perfumed Oil clings to this glass rod, & is perfect for applying trace amounts of the oil to the skin. (A little goes a long way!)
Hope this helps, if you are trying to decide 🙂 May I suggest, that Shadha is so lovely, that even if it’s not to your personal taste… You shouldn’t have trouble finding someone else who loves it! (And, it’s inexpensive enough to readily gift). Hint- Best price I’ve found seems to be this evilbait seller:
” insiyahatoor ” . Thank you for reading!
