This is nice, if not an original scent. If you’ve got a large fragrance collection, this will probably be boring for you. But sometimes, and often depending where you live or events, etc., you do not need or want a ground-breaking perfume. I think this is fairly inoffensive, not tremendous sillage and longevity is a couple of hours. Smells a bit synthetic to me on the opening but dries down a a safe type of general floral light perfume smell. I am not picking up any of the fruity accord, if anything this is a very light floral on me and I pick up a bit of powdery-ness. I do not pick up any sweetness here, no candy-bomb, that’s for sure. I think in general this is nice for women 30+years of age, although of course, wear what you want. I just think this likely would be lost on most of the young’uns. Also has a wee bit of vintage smell. But all in all a light floral with a hint of powdery-ness. I sort of agree with the similarity to Camuto Fiore, but I don’t see any similarity to Chance Eau Tendre. To each their own. 🙂
It’s nice, but I am glad I was able to test this one, there are similar fragrances out there, and I’m sure I could find one or two similar ones in my collection. Having said that, if I ever see this at a really good price, I will likely buy a full bottle. But as it is, to me it is nice, but nothing special.

Lovely, bright and summery scent, this reminds me somewhat of Marc Jacob’s Daisy but far longer lasting! It is a little generic but still beautiful and in my opinion if you have the funds a summer must have! To be fair though I bought my 30ml bottle at Debenhams when it had accidentally been marked down from £39.50 to £26… 30% off? Snatched that right up! Thank you very much clumsy pricer!

Quick pear burst that disappears in a minute or two. Then this is mostly peony and freesia. I don’t get any vanilla or sweet notes. On my skin this is floral perfume with poor longevity. Anyway this is different than other MK perfumes, this is softer and prettier on me. Not unique or lovely though. Just a floral perfume.

This does remind me of Daisy, Chanel Eau Tendre and even Vince Camuto Fiori, but there is an elusive watery/aquatic character in Sexy Sunset that keeps it from being a complete clone of any of those fragrances and I assume it’s the top note of lotus. It also doesn’t veer quite as powdery as those other three do on my skin (especially Eau Tendre and Fiori) but there is an essence of a make-up compact here, albeit a tropical make-up compact LOL! I love the mixture of pear, lotus and freesia here and it actually lasts quite a while on me and projects nicely enough that people notice in a good way. I can’t wait to wear this in hotter temperatures, though and see if it blooms differently in heat, as I notice that Daisy reacts to heat in a much better way than it does in cooler weather (Eau Tendre and Fiori, while lovely, become nearly unbearable in the heat as that face powder scent just takes over everything else in the otherwise delightful composition).

Michael Kors fragrances have their typical smell and this one also has it.
It’s a modern floral scent. Strong lotus, freesia and peony notes.
I can also sense musky scent and pear.
I think it’s quite fine, it could be worn easily.
An everyday fragrance for sure, a good one to use daily, fresh and clean.

Sexy Summer is a delicate fragrance that is sweet wihout being overly irritatingly sweet and overpowering. At first spray, I find the scent not really that common at first whiff. It was refreshing though not in a citrus way. I bought it based on repeated whiffs at a local store and I immediately felt drawn to it (hence the repeated whiffs). I bought it without testing it on my skin long enough. I love the fragrance though I had somehow expected it not to last because its notes were so subtle to begin with. I oversprayed with this even though it is eau de parfum. I sprayed directly on skin in various areas (behind both ears, front neck in between collarbones, nape, scalp, both wrists and both antecubital areas behind the elbow). I also sprayed as a mist all over my body with my clothes on. After wearing it about 1-2 hours spent with friends, I couldn’t smell it anymore. My friends also didn’t compliment/notice the smell, making me think that the seepage is just a small area. I returned home about 10 hours after I sprayed it and it only lingered on my clothes, a little faintly but it is there. The perfume I sprayed directly behind the ears is still there but can only appreciate it if I touch the area with a finger and then smelling said finger.
Since the smell is so lovely, I did not have any regrets buying it. I just hope it would last longer. Guess I’ll just have to re-spray. It is rather on the expensive side though. Would I buy it again? Probably not because of the price. But I am glad I was able to try it.

Sexy Sunset is kind and an easy to wear fragrance for summer. Refreshing at the beginning and flowery at the end. Not very unique but lightly sweet with some colorful blossoms. I would take it as a gift but not buying it for myself as it is too expensive and not special enough. Even though it’s nice and a good choice for work or sports.

this perfume remind me of Daisy by Marc Jacobs the original and Chanel Eau Fraiche. very fresh, very floral and fruity. average longevity and very close to my skin. this perfume is absolutely for daily perfume. easy to wear because it is unoffensive at all.

I just figured out that this reminds me a lot of Michael Kors’ “Very Hollywood,” but fruitier, and less floral. I like it, but don’t love it.

I do find it a tiny bit of a generic tropical perfume, but I still love it. Makes me think of the beach at night. It lasts a very long time for a tropical/citrus perfume.

A fruity cocktail smelling body splash that eventually turns to B.O. This should not be as expensive as it is.

Ordinary, loud, and nothing special. Ostentatious, just like his clothing and accessory labeling.

Its first notes are very nice, sparkling and summery. However, after a while it’s just ordinary floral scent. What a shame because this bottle is my thing.

Absolutely Beautiful ♥ Smells Just like Daisy ftom Marc Jacobs, but more complex and the dry down is even better, than Daisy, and Dsisy is one of my favorites. This is even more than that, rich, soft, beautiful and complex ♥

Pretty – shoe-polish-like pear notes overwhelm the whole blend. I think the combo of pear and freesia turns to something toxic when it hits my skin. I just know I’m going to be smelling this on others and thinking it’s wonderful, but, like Clinique Happy, Happy Heart, and other fragrances with lots of freesia, this gets bitter and depressing for me.

I work in a perfume shop and this came in just today had to see the reviews and myself personally thinks it smells a lot better than the other Michael kors fragrances, by far my favourite mk fragrance and is a very summery fragrance! I love it!

The notes sounds very much like an Victorias Secret perfume. Nothing wrong with that ofc, i love VS.

I own a ton of perfumes. I am a perfume junkie. The only line of perfumes that I don’t really care for are the ones by Michael Kors. I am just being honest. To each their own I guess. I saw this online and I ordered the 1 ounce to be safe before I dropped a ton of $$$$ on a 3.4oz. On first spray it was not an immediate hit for me. It was very strong and I could really smell the Blackcurrant. Mind you I only sprayed once on me. However I will say this…the dry down of this perfume is surprisingly very very nice. A very summery type of perfume. I love the dry down just not the initial spray. The strange thing is even though this perfume is strong (needing only 1 or 2 sprays) it does not last very long on my skin. Goes away quickly. On clothes maybe 1 to 2 hours. Overall it is a good perfume and it is worth the money. Just wish it would last longer on my skin.
