Savile is pretty much a wash for me. I purchased this before extensive sampling. Turns out it gets very powdery and cloying similar to a very mature lady scent.
Eh, what are you going to do. You win some, you lose some.

it’s a very very common fragrance, i guess it’s not niche at all. this is extremely like the vibe of polo brand, diesel, and other similar in the market

Savile smells good. It is indeed a pleasant fragrance mostly apeealing to male public. It’s aromatic, fresh in the opening and with an extremely well balanced ambery undertone. On my skin it smells vaguely powdery. It seems to me a scent that is both easy to wear and carry around and refined.
It does remind of some mainstream male cologne, but the quality is totally different. 90% of those give me choking and nostril burning. On top, many men abuse of those colognes and fill the air. After a while I need to go out and breathe if I don’t want to puke.
This never happened with Savile. I gave my sample to my bf and it was always nice on him, gentle enough yet present. I think that Savile, even if not an original composition, follows the generally top quality of Keiko Mecheri’s perfumes.

CLONE WARS: ….and the battle ensues. The fight amongst good vs. evil has come to a head. At this point, the lines are blurred and the perfume Gods have frowned upon the craftsmen of Savile. Keiko Macheri’s latest offering smells IDENTICAL to Paco Rabanne 1 million. Obviously, this is a disappointment of sorts. If you’re familiar with 1 million, then you know about the developmental process of this frag. This is actually a little worse than 1 million because of its 5 hour longevity. Keiko my darling what have you done?!!!!
SIDE NOTE: This also smells like a combination of Cool Black Mandarina Duck, Star In Black Pour Homme Gold, and AB Spirit Millionaire.
