Description
“To convey the spirit of safari, the perfumer took a strong aphrodisiac (black musk) and added a molecule of whiskey to make fragrance softer and warmer. Further he added bergamot, patchouli and geranium, which express the atmosphere of the burning air of the savannah. And of course such an olfactory composition is inconceivable without a bit of fruit and vanilla.
Thanks to such notes the fragrance has its own unusual style. Safari is not just a perfume, but the embodiment of spirit and adventurism of travels! This fragrance urges to start the olfactory journey that will continue the whole evening, all year or even a lifetime!” – a note from the brand.
Safari was launched in 2017. The nose behind this fragrance is Jacques Huclier.

Safari is another pleasant & subtle oriental creation of this house with great versatility. It’s not a new smell for me though.
At the opening I get geranium, bergamot and lavender. After a while I get cinnamon with the green apple, mild vanilla and mild whiskey. This is not a boozy scent. The rest notes are very mild. As time passes the cinnamon becomes stronger.
Longevity is good, projection is soft to moderate.

At the late dry down it feels close to Sensual M. Micallef
