S de Scherrer Homme is now packaged in a different bottle far less interesting than the one pictured here. And well, now it actually matches the fragrance which is unfortunately less interesting than a brand like Scherrer deserves. Maybe (and hopefully) their scents for women are better, but the one for Men has nothing with to do with the bold opulence and aristocratic extravagance Scherrer is renowned for. But it still better than having no Scherrers at all, and i’m happy his fragrance line has been relaunched.
S de Scherrer is a nice woody-spicy scent with a touch of lavender to ensure it’s still french. Surprisingly strong, it is a fragrance that is quite pleasing and should be more popular.

This is exactly what you will expect from such a big house. A perfect smart fragrance that is like none. Warm but not really sug sweet. Freshly aromatic with a caracterful sillage & drydown. Absolutely perfect lasting power when used as what it is yet an eau de toilette. I can wear it every day except maybe for those very hot days I’d rather look for something 100% sea fresh. This fragrance not having had the success it deserves is the best proof fragrance shop will not sell quality & nice stuff no more but what is brand new & what they have the most benefits & gifts from!

I love this fragrance, the cardamom and vanilla blended beautifully, fresh and mouth watering at the same time. The dry down is little like Pure Lavande by Azzaro.
