I’m glad this is now in the database. I really like this one, much more than Rose Noire for women. It’s been a few months since I last wore it, so I can’t remember the details (and I can never accurately identify notes anyway) but my impression is of a fresh green rose with light dry woodiness and just a little soap (but nice soap). Not strongly masculine, but definitely not too feminine. Watermelon is a listed note–I would not have guessed; usually when any melon, cucumber, or aquatic note is listed I end up smelling raw pumpkin, but not this time. I didn’t love Rose Noire for Men enough to sit down right away and order a full bottle, especially when I have so many other fragrances, but I would definitely get it if I come across it at a Marhalls/TJMaxx.
