I’d avoid this house. I blindly bought a fragrance after watching a YouTube review, likely done for marketing. I mistakenly bought the wrong one and found out their customer service is terrible. Beware. The following is my email exchange:
Dear Gate Fragrances,
I am being charged $15 for shipping on my refund which I don’t think is fair.
When I first made the order, it was made by mistake, mistaking one fragrance for the another. You have no phone contact so I immediatley sent an email WITHIN MINUTES to cancel. I followed up with two more later on to ensure it was received.
Finally, after about a day, I was emailed that it was too late and the order was being shipped but I could return it when received. Fair enough, and although not happy to pay foir my mistake with a shipping charge sending it back, I understood your policy. You were nice to add a free sample in case I changed my mind. It didn’t, so I paid the $13.95 postage to have it sent back to you for a refund.
So now, based on latest email, I am totally surprised and upset that I have to pay your shipping charge to me, which is shipped free when ordered so how you came up with $15 is a mystery, as well as a shipping charge to mail it back? I don’t think that’s fair and not right.
I request my full refund of $180, which is due to me. I don’t understand why it was shipped in the first place. If this stands, I will let others know via social media, Fragrantica and comments on reviews of your like of perfumes on You Tube (which is where I discovered your perfumes) regarding your customer service.
Please helps, I hope you understand, from my persepctive, the customer, how I feel. I would like to purchase Memories in the future but if this stands I will look elsewhere.

Very poor sillage, skin scent almost immediately. Poor longevity as well. IMO, not worth the money. Mar.Caratini (previous reviewer, not sure where you are getting the heavy sillage and long lasting. My sample was definitely not that and I won’t be buying a bottle. I am disappointed with this company. I ordered this by mistake online, sent an email immediately to customer service, 3 times, and still got this shipped to me. They did send me a free sample to maybe change my mind, but the sillage is way too low for my tastes. I unfortuntaly will have to pay the shipping costs to send it back. Bad customer service.

Definitely, Agree with skytreshan. This fragrance is stunning in its own way. Smell like fall in a bottle. wonderfull mix of cardamon and fruit. its a good unisex frag 🙂 heavy sillage and a is long lasting !!

Just so so so delicious and tasty, very obvious cardamon and fruits smell. I dont smell flowers so much but just so lovey smell
