Review of perfume oil.
Very powdery floral. Very different from original pheromone.
Soft,clean and comforting.
For me, it’s not so smoky, not so woody. It’s there but subtle.
Bright, feminine and powdery floral(iris).
If you don’t like powdery perfume, it’s not yours.

I wanted to update my review of this wonderful perfume! Oh my I need more of this for sure! I think it’s the camomile I’m loving. (The notes are incorrect up above) This has a comforting quality to it and it brings joy to a stressful day. It lasts forever on the skin too! Lovely hidden gem!

A much more woodsy smoky version of Pheromone. This one is one of my least favorites of the flankers. For someone that likes a deeper darker fragrance, but without spice, this might be for you.
Pheromone Gold Perfume
•Top: Bergamot Italian, black currant buds, sparkling florals and gold chamomile
•Mid: Cassie absolute, jasmine absolute, ylang ylang, iris absolute, white rose and marigold
•Base: Vetiver, sandalwood, tonka beans and ebony wood
•Classically rich and inspiring; intoxicating and sparkling; radiant and feminine

I can’t believe that Jasmine was NOT added into the notes, it’s one of the main notes of Marilyn Miglin’s infamous scent! I can also detect the myrrh and wood notes, too, but no lotus. I also detect cinnamon, after dry down. It’s VERY powdery and I’ve been told so, repeatedly.
I’ve worn this for over…….well, too many years to count. Pheromone was a gift from a boyfriend and I found it suited me greatly, even though it’s not a perfume I’d normally even like, how strange indeed. I normally go for fresh, sporty scents and at that time I was wearing Chanel’s Cristalle, but Marilyn’s crowning glory just got me hooked at the age of nineteen.
I recommend this scent to anyone who wants a very feminine yet bold fragrance. It’s not for someone that doesn’t want to get noticed.
Regrettably, Ms. Miglin has advertised this lovely potion in the wrong places! No one wants to admit to wearing this with her advert choices, it’s almost embarrassing. I’d NO idea about her ad choices until a friend showed me exactly WHERE the print ads where located and what they advertised. Regrettable indeed.
A gorgeous, feminine and wonderful scent, yet NOT for everyone! You either love it or hate it, it would seem. I recommend just one sniff, you’ll know straight away if it’s for you or not.
