This fragrance is okay for me–although my husband always compliments me when I wear it. In the top notes, I definitely sense a close resemblance to Victoria’s Secret Love Spell, but then the scent dries down to something much creamier. Passionate is not a favorite of mine, but it’s not bad either–overall, sort of just an odd concoction of scents. If I had to just guess, it is VS Love Spell mixed with chocolate cream or something strange :-/ I am going to try and wear this some more to see if I change my mind, only because my husband likes it…I will say longevity is great. I can still smell this on my skin and clothes the following day. And the base notes 4 hours+ is actually a nice, creamy scent….it’s just the getting to that part of the scent I have trouble with! And it was super-cheap! $9 online at 1-perfumes on Ebay.

I just got this yesterday and I honestly love it. I got it for $8 on fragrancenet. I’m not very good at detecting notes, but I definitely smell apple. I smell something else that might be lime or some other yummy citrus. I also think there might possibly be pink pepper, but I could be wrong. Why is it so difficult to find the notes for this fragrance?? It’s really warm and lovely. I voted for it as a fall scent because of the warmth and apple. I hope someone out there with a talent for detecting notes buys this and reviews it because all I’m really certain about is the apple. Oh, and the bow on the bottle I got is a solid red, not black with a red stripe. The bottle is gorgeous either way, though, and I really like the packaging. I have all of the Penthouse perfumes for women and this is by far my favorite. I find the others to be somewhat cheap and uninteresting, but not this one. This is definitely a love for me.
